Prince Sister Storms Out of Family Meeting Money Fight Looms

29 minutes ago BY TMZ STAFF

0428-prince-tyka-getty-ap-01It didn't take long ... Prince's sister Tyka went ballistic in the first meeting with the singer's siblings and marched out of the room ... and we're told it's already becoming a money squabble.

Sources with first-hand knowledge tell TMZ, the meeting was held Thursday in Minnesota. Tyka, Prince's younger sister, was present, along with brothers Alfred and Omarr

We're told the meeting was tense, and 2 hours in Alfred expressed his displeasure that he was the only sibling excluded from Prince's memorial service, which Tyka planned. We're told an argument erupted and she stormed out of the room.

We're also told the brothers have a clear impression from the meeting ... Tyka thinks she's entitled to more than them when it comes time to divide Prince's assets. As we reported, under Minnesota law all 6 siblings -- irrespective of whether they're half or full -- share equally, but apparently Tyka doesn't see it that way.

Our sources say after Tyka left, a rep from the bank that was appointed as the administrator took Alfred on a tour of Prince's home and the area where he died "so he could properly grieve."

4/28/2016 1:30 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Nothing takes the sting out of being swept in the playoffs like a Justin Bieber concert ... so says NBA superstar Andre Drummond

The Detroit Pistons star was at LAX -- proudly displaying his VIP backstage pass to Bieber on his backpack from his concert in Michigan on Monday night ... one day after the Pistons were eliminated.

"He's a cool dude," Drummond told us.

AD also says Bieber put on one helluva show -- but it wasn't perfect ... he's still got some room to grow.

As for the rest of Andre's off-season plans -- don't worry Detroit, Drummond says he'll come back even STRONGER next season.

DJ Whoo Kid Lights Out, No License ... Arrested in NYC

4/28/2016 12:52 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

428-djwhookid-tmzDJ Whoo Kid got pulled over by cops for driving in the dark ... without his headlights, and things quickly went downhill from there 'cause he ended up getting arrested.

Whoo Kid was driving his Escalade in downtown Manhattan, around 1:30 AM Tuesday, when cops noticed his headlights were off. They also discovered his driver's license had been revoked, and there was a warrant for his arrest -- so, off to jail he went.

The Shade 45 and G-Unit DJ had a similar run-in with cops in 2014, but failed to show up for court ... hence the warrant.

Cops say he paid a fine and was released later on Tuesday.

Whoo Kid tells us he didn't realize there was a warrant out for his failure to appear in the 2014 case, since he paid the ticket. He has a June court date for this latest arrest.

Charlie Sheen Ex-Wives Powwow for More Child Support Kids at Risk

4/28/2016 12:15 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0428_brooke_charlie_denise_tmzDenise Richards and Brooke Mueller are meeting right now with their business managers and a psychologist for one of the twins to make a case for more child support, because they say the children are at serious risk.

As we reported, Charlie had his monthly support reduced from $55k he paid to both Brooke and Denise. Charlie claimed he could no longer afford that amount, and the judge reduced the support payments to $10k each.

Sources connected with Brooke and Denise tell us, they cannot afford to cover basic bills. We're told one child is receiving significant psychological help and there are other needs as well among the 4 kids.

We're told insurance is not covering even basic bills, and neither Denise nor Brooke can cut it.

Denise, Brooke, the business manager and psychiatrist, Charles Sophy, who has treated the children in the past, are meeting to formulate a game plan so they can go back to court.

4/28/2016 11:29 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

The U.S. Olympian who was paralyzed in a freak training accident says he's GETTING BETTER ... and in an emotional new video, says he's lucky to be alive.

As we previously reported, 2-time Olympic high jumper Jamie Nieto fell on his head while training Olympic hopefuls this past weekend ... and suffered major damage to his back.

Nieto has now made a brand new video from his hospital bed -- thanking everyone for supporting him ... including Olympic star Lolo Jones who launched a fundraising campaign to pay for his medical bills.

In the emotional video, Nieto says doctors believe he has a "high chance of getting better" -- which is amazing considering he almost died following the accident.

As for the fundraising, we're told Lolo has raised more than $40k -- which is extremely significant considering Nieto had canceled his health insurance before the accident due to financial struggles.

Charlie Sheen Scores Legal Victory Ex-Fiancee Not in Danger

4/28/2016 10:33 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0428-charlie-sheen-brett-rossi-TMZ-02Charlie Sheen does not pose an imminent threat to ex-fiancee Brett Rossi ... so says a Los Angeles Superior Court judge.

Rossi claimed in legal docs her life was in danger, claiming audio existed of Charlie threatening to have her killed.

At the time Rossi filed, a judge issued an immediate restraining order based only on her claims, but after a hearing Thursday a judge threw out the order, saying there was no immediate threat.

One thing that didn't help Rossi's case ... she was a no-show. Sheen's lawyer, Marty Singer, was incredulous, because he learned she was in Atlanta for a special appearance at the Pink Pony strip club, touting her as a "world famous adult film star" and "2012 pet of the month."

A judge set a hearing for May 18, to decide if a permanent restraining order was appropriate.

Sugar Ray Leonard 5 Year Restraining Order Against Stalker ... My Life's In Danger

4/28/2016 10:13 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0428-sugar-ray-leonard-TMZ-01Sugar Ray Leonard just got EVEN MORE protection from a man who allegedly threatened to shoot and kill the boxer and his family ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Leonard had previously obtained a short-term restraining order against 55-year-old Mark Anthony Francisco ... claiming he's been waging a campaign of terror against the Leonard family since 2008.

Leonard claimed he was receiving terrifying handwritten notes, harassing phone calls and says Francisco even showed up to his home one day.

Thursday, Leonard and his family appeared in court and begged the judge to extend and strengthen the protection order against Francisco -- and the judge obliged.

Now, Francisco has been ordered to stay at least 500 YARDS away from Sugar Ray, his wife and children for the next 5 years ... and restrain from contact of any kind, including phone calls and letters.

Urban Meyer Ezekiel Elliott's a Big Deal ... Maybe Taylor Swift Will Call!

4/28/2016 9:53 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Hope Ezekiel Elliott's cell phone is on ... because he's become such a big deal, the running back might finally get that long-awaited phone call from Taylor Swift ... at least, that's what Urban Meyer told us.

The Ohio State coach is out in Chicago -- where Elliott is expected to be drafted in the top 10 Thursday night -- when we asked about that famous tweet EE put out back in Sept. asking Swift out to dinner.

But Elliott was just a lowly college kid back then -- and now that he's about to go pro, Meyer joked, "She might be calling him now."

Probably not -- she's got a BF ... but don't worry Elliott, there's PLENTY of ladies interested in a guy about to sign a multi-million dollar contract.

DeAndre Jordan Undercover Nightclub Party ... After Clippers Loss

4/28/2016 9:32 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

428-deandre-jordan-tmz-sportsHow do you get your mind off a crushing Game 5 playoff loss?? If you're DeAndre Jordan ... YOU TURN UP!!!

Hours after the Trailblazers downed the Clippers at Staples Center ... Jordan hit up Warwick nightclub in Hollywood with a few lady friends.

We're told Jordan tried to keep things low key ... but it's hard to miss a 6'11" NBA star ... even with a jacket over his head.

It's hard to blame the guy ... with Chris Paul and Blake Griffin out for the rest of the playoffs, DeAndre could probably use a drink or two ... or three ... or ten.

Prince Search Warrant Served on Singer's House

4/28/2016 9:27 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

42716-prince-getty-02Authorities have obtained a search warrant for Prince's house, and in the docs there's an ominous warning ... if the justification for the warrant gets out it could cause others to destroy evidence.

The warrant was issued Thursday in Carver County, Minnesota, allowing cops to search the home in Paisley Park Studios, where the singer lived and died. Our sources say authorities want to see if there's evidence of drugs, correspondence, prescriptions and medical information that could help in the death investigation.

The sheriff's office says in the request for a warrant ... they want to keep the information in the warrant confidential because "premature disclosure of the details provided in the search warrant and its accompanying documents may compromise this law enforcement investigation by causing the search or related searches to be unsuccessful."

Translation ... we know authorities are interested in drugs that were prescribed by doctors and filled by pharmacies, and they don't want evidence tampering.

TMZ broke the story ... our Prince sources say it was known among close friends and family ... he had a Percocet addiction for years.

The judge ordered that the sensitive documents be sealed for 6 months or until the commencement of any criminal case.

Sheila E. I Want to Protect Prince's Legacy NO Interest in His Money

4/28/2016 9:14 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

428-prince-sheila-tyka-02Sheila E. is doing everything she can to make sure no one exploits Prince's music or his money ... but she's NOT warring with his family over her friend's estate.

Sheila has deep concerns that vultures are looking for opportunities to profit off Prince's death -- so she's offered her support to his family and Paisley Park reps ... according to Sheila's rep.

The rep says there's no truth to reports Sheila is fighting with Tyka, Prince's sister, over the estate. She adds, Sheila "has received no compensation nor will accept compensation" ... and she's already turned down multiple offers to get paid for "tribute" concerts.

Additionally, Sheila thinks all memorial shows should be authorized by the estate and all revenues should go to Prince's favorite charities.

NFL's Justin Blackmon Pleads Guilty to DUI After Bombing Sobriety Test

4/28/2016 8:25 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

1221-justin-blackmon-mug-shot-01Former NFL star Justin Blackmon has pled guilty to 1 count of misdemeanor DUI ... stemming from a December arrest in Oklahoma where video showed he could barely stand up straight.

As we previously reported, the ex-Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver was pulled over around 3 AM on December 19th ... and claimed he only had 2 drinks before getting behind the wheel of his Jeep.

Cops weren't buying it ... and the dash cam video obtained by TMZ Sports shows the guy was absolutely hammered.

Now, we've learned Blackmon entered a guilty plea in court Wednesday morning -- and faces serious time behind bars when he's sentenced in June.

Besides being Blackmon's 2nd DUI arrest in 3 years -- he was also suspended indefinitely from the NFL in 2013 for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
