Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have architecture super fans (yeah, they're a thing) up in arms after they demolished an historic L.A. pad to build their dream home, but the architect's daughter says it's not that big of a loss.

Erin Ellwood, daughter of the legendary architect Craig Ellwood -- who designed and built the Brentwood, CA home in 1950 -- tells TMZ there's no need for the uproar over the Pratts' teardown of the iconic residence known as the Zimmerman home.

In her eyes, it's not nearly the tragedy her father's fans are making it out to be, especially because it's not the most spectacular example of his elegant work.

Eva Evans -- a popular TikTok influencer -- has died ... her sister, Lila announced on Instagram Sunday.

Lila posted a photo of Evans alongside a heartfelt caption saying she finds herself stuck between denial and acceptance ... because the family just found out her sister died yesterday.

The actor broke the sad news this week, saying his spouse Samantha had recently passed away -- although, he didn't get specific on the cause, or under what circumstances.

He says, "My wife and soulmate, best friend. Devoted mother, My favorite human. My most trusted confidant and an ardent supporter of everything I did in my career, has passed. The most open, warm person I have ever known. Her passing has left a huge hole in our lives as a family. I miss her hugs."

Witnesses report the little girl -- who became separated from her mom while at Anne Loftus Playground in Fort Tryon Park -- didn't even notice the filming crew or Mariska's scene partner, Ice-T, in her search for help. She just went straight for Mariska, apparently.

A baby Bubba is on the way ... NASCAR star Bubba Wallace and his wife, Amanda Carter, just announced they're about to become mom and dad in the fall!!

The couple revealed the awesome pregnancy news on their Instagram pages Wednesday evening ... sharing a photo of them in a car with a sonogram hanging from the rearview mirror.

"Spring has sprung. Summer will be rad," the duo said in the caption. "Fall is the first time, We'll be mom and dad!"
