Q: What’s blue-eyed, hot and Australian?
A: A Hemsworth brother.
Question is … who do you want in your outback?
Kardashian sources tell us, Kourtney believes 5-year-old Mason, 3-year-old Penelope and 7-month-old Reign need to have a real, meaningful relationship with their dad. So she wants to hammer out a formal custody agreement which not only gives them joint custody ... each will spend a substantial amount of time with the kids.
Our Kardashian sources confirm Kourtney met with disso-queen Laura Wasser last Monday. It's significant because Wasser is known in divorce lawyer circles as an attorney who always pushes for joint custody.
As for money issues, we're told Scott has made no mention of wanting child support. We're told Scott is actually rolling in dough from various ventures, including TV shows, businesses and a significant inheritance.
They've been jawboning about it for years ... he already has 2 kids and a 20-year-old grandson, but she wanted a kid. In the end, she got her way, after nearly 14 years of marriage.
No word on how far along she is or the gender, but if it's a girl and Coco's genes are dominant, then good luck Ice.
LeBron James is not sticking to the rivers and lakes that he's used to -- instead he took the whole damn fam on vacation to Hawaii, and had a run-in with a waterfall that had him grinning from ear-to-ear.
The whole James gang ... including mama Gloria and her rapper fiance' Lambo ... are over in Kona, Hawaii, and so far the highlight of the trip is this tropical dip.
LBJ's got a lot to celebrate -- a bonafide Hollywood hit with "Trainwreck," and a lucrative new development deal with Warner Bros.
It's always good to the be king (except sometimes in the NBA Finals).
Scott Disick has begun the family healing process ... spending Wednesday with his son.
Disick took five-year-old Mason to Barnes & Noble in Calabasas, where the kid loaded up on toys.
Scott and Mason then went for an early dinner at Rosti Cafe.
But face-to-face time works much better.
Kelly Rutherford was just dealt what could be an unrecoverable blow in her battle to regain custody of her 2 children.
A judge just ruled the actress had no recourse to wage custody war in California. Her ex-husband, Daniel Giersch, has an order from a judge in Monaco -- where he lives -- giving him custody of 8-year-old Hermes and 6-year-old Helena.
The kids have been living with their dad in Monaco but Kelly won the right to get them for the summer. Today's ruling clears the way for Daniel to take them back.
Kelly has been fighting for 3 years, but it's mostly been a losing battle.
It now appears the mysterious tent that was erected outside the hospice caring for Bobbi Kristina had no connection to her, because her aunt paid a late night visit on Wednesday.
As for the tent, it appears the facility constructed it to shield other patients and their families from the media.
TMZ obtained a copy of the birth certificate ... which lists her full name as ... Bodhi Jameson Rein Brown. The little girl was born last Thursday at Cedars-Sinai in Bev Hills.
We don't know for sure why Bobby and Alicia Etheredge picked the name Bodhi -- but in Buddhism the word refers to Buddha's enlightenment. More recently ... it was the name of Patrick Swayze's badass character.
Last year, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green also named their son Bodhi.
Sources close to Nia Guzman tell TMZ ... she thinks many of Chris' friends are gang members or gang-affiliated, and the robbery shows they've now turned on Chris. We're told she's not cool with Royalty being around that element.
As we first reported ... Chris' mother also thinks last night's hit was an inside job.
It's bad timing for Chris. He just filed docs asking a judge to hammer out a formal custody agreement -- partly because he says Nia's been denying him visits with Royalty.
If the court sees things Nia's way it could affect custody.
Caitlyn Jenner has invited her entire family to be by her side when she receives the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs Wednesday night, with the exception of her 3 ex-wives.
Chrystie Crownover, Linda Thompson and Kris Jenner will not be attending the ceremony, and it makes sense. We're told Caitlyn wants her family there, and the exes are not family anymore. As one Caitlyn source put it, "Her ex-wives don't celebrate Father's Day. Fact is, they're just not her family, but the kids are."
And the kids will be there in force ... Kim, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie. Brody, Burt and Cassandra will also be at the ceremony, but Brandon is up in the air because his wife, Leah, is about to give birth. Caitlyn's mom and sister will be in attendance too.
Then there's Rob Kardashian ... we're told he's definitely invited, but it doesn't look good because he's shunned every public appearance for more than a year.
Kelly Rutherford doesn't have to say a word about how she's feelin' ... now that she has her kids for the summer ... her smile says it all.
Rutherford's 8-year-old Hermes clung to her and 6-year-old Helena hung on tight, as they walked the streets of NYC with Kelly's BF, Gucci exec Tony Brand.
The brood has been hitting up some highfalutin places ... the Met, a children's museum and some high-end shopping. Tony probably came in handy.
Kelly's in a battle royale with ex-hubby Daniel Giersch. He won custody of the kids and lives in Monaco, but the judge recently allowed the kids to spend the summer months with their mom.
We're told Brad, Angie and a few of their SIX kids cruised into the sandwich shop in Glendale, CA over the weekend. If you're wondering what it takes to feed a crew that size -- 2 Meatball Marinara footlongs, 1 Chicken Teriyaki sandwich, and a few kids' meals.
Total tab ... $44, and Pitt made the sandwich artist's day with a hefty $6 tip! Kinda unheard of at Subway.
First, it was coach flights ... now Subway? Look out for Maddox and Pax on an MTA bus near you.
