Sure, her parents may both have played superheroes in the movies, but it's Violet Affleck who's got the truly superhuman powers.
Even as temps plunged to nearly zero degrees, and her mother Jennifer Garner and other members of a stroller flotilla bundled up like sherpas, Violet boldly and blithely exposed her face to the elements and munched on crackers, seemingly oblivious to the cracking winds.
The kid is tough.

They're so picture perfect -- it's disgusting. But they are human -- as proved by Ben nearly tripping over some garbage in the middle of a NYC street. Such a daredevil!
TMZ caught Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner and their incredibly cute daughter, Miss Violet, in New York yesterday -- just walking along and being perfect.
Maybe Ben will get a good script this year.

Former "Alias" CIA agent Jennifer Garner made friends with an unlikely ally yesterday -- the NYPD.
With overwhelming and aggressive paparazzi attention surrounding celebrity moms in NYC lately (see Liv Tyler, Mary-Louise Parker), it's easy to understand why the mom of adorable Violet Affleck might befriend the boys in NYPD blue.
Garner even exchanged digits with one of the officers. Gotta love a man in uniform!

Ben Affleck's baby mama, Jennifer Garner, gave fans a fast-forward autograph spree after her "Cyrano de Bergerac" performance -- signing what she could before flashing her signature childlike smile for fans. 35 going on 13!
Also in New York: "Little Miss Sunshine" herself, Abigail Breslin, gave up her Halloween outfit idea, and Peter Sarsgaard roamed the streets in what could have passed for a costume. Nice leatha' pants, Sahs-gahd!
In L.A: A reblondered Lindsay Lohan hit up the Beverly Center, camera-shy Jessica Alba and Cash Warren dined at Orso, and Brooke Burke, Eric Balfour and Slash attended the Guitar Hero 3 launch party on the roof of Best Buy.

Jennifer Garner is one of the cutest actresses around ... add daughter Violet Affleck to the mix, and bam! Cute overload!
TMZ caught the ass-kicking mom in New York, taking her adorable celebuspawn to play in Central Park. A smiley Garner was spotted pushing Vi on swings, standing alongside a group of other moms doing the same.
But for a few cameras in the distance, Garner and daughter went virtually unrecognized.

Jen Garner is a autograph signin' fool!
For the second day in a row, Garner was spotted in New York putting her John Affleck on anything thrown in front of her. She must have a movie coming out!
The amazingly friendly actress also chatted up tourists from Arkansas and Texas outside "Regis and Kelly" yesterday, signing away the entire time. Damn, girl must autograph in her sleep!

Jennifer Garner showed up to David Letterman's show yesterday, and she could've shown Kate Walsh a thing or two about how to make a "Late Show" entrance.
After alighting from her gigantic SUV, Jen was all smiles (but, seriously, when is she not?), posing patiently for a paparazzi wall, and when she emerged from the taping, she signed and signed and signed some more. Of course, even that wasn't quite enough for the autographerazzi, who groaned when she got back in the car.
Did we mention that she was smiling?

Superman Shaquille O'Neal and former super spy Jennifer Garner ran into each other at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.
The Miami Heat center courteously bent down to squish Mrs. Ben Affleck. The 5'9" inch Jen was on her tippy-toes to embrace the 7'1" Shaq. It's the new Dream Team!

Little Violet Ann Affleck, 14 months old, took mommy Jennifer Garner for a walk in the park on Sunday. This is the first time we've seen the littlest Affleck out of mommy's arms and walking on her own.
Jen and Vi are in Vancouver filming the movie "Juno," which is about a pregnant woman who makes an unusual choice.
No sign of Big Ben Affleck this weekend, but the girls don't seem to mind.

Arvin Sloane better watch out -- the "Alias" crew is back.
Jennifer Garner, Michael Vartan and Victor Garber were spotted after lunching together at Beverly Hills eatery Orso. Garner looked every part the spy in a trench coat and dark sunglasses, telling her former TV dad Garber, "I love you," before jetting off.
Vartan, with whom Jen was once romantically linked, was caught off-guard by the paparazzi attention, telling photogs, "I wish it was valid ... did I get a job that I don't know about?"
Keep those fingers crossed for an "Alias" reunion -- apparently, Vartan needs the work!

A stoic and purposeful Jennifer Garner was nearly swallowed whole by a group of photogs yesterday.
The former "Alias" star got herself into a nasty crush when paparazzi swarmed her outside John Frieda salon on Melrose. As she weaved through the flashing mass, shutterbugs began pushing each other into cars, leaving Garner visibly annoyed. Still, as she neared her SUV, she managed a terse "Get off my car please," as paps parted like the Red Sea to let her pass.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's daughter Violet was born a year ago this week, and the "Hollywoodland" star is apparently ready to expand the family.
On today's episode of "Ellen," the talk hostess asked Ben if he wanted more children. Affleck responded, "You know... I would love to."
As DeGeneres tried prying some more info out of the smiley hunk, but Ben kept it coy, saying, "I think I should probably talk to my wife before I talk to you." This is one poker player who knows when to hold 'em.

Jennifer Garner can smile and look cute all she wants, but she's still gonna have to pay the parking ticket she got over the weekend.
The former "Alias" star was spotted by photogs while feeding a meter, but she didn't watch the clock. On returning to her silver Lexus SUV, she found the violation on her windshield.
We know "Elektra" didn't do well at the box office, but we're guessing she can cover the fine. Appropriately, her next feature is "Catch and Release." Oh, and she can park it here anytime.

Jessica Simpson and Ben Affleck may be used to getting the royal treatment but when going through airport security they are just like you and me.
Simpson was at LAX with her mane man Ken Paves and a small entourage on Sunday. The paparazzi swarmed as Jess made her way through security and proved that even world famous popstars have to show identification.
Jessica gets her bags x-rayed but not before removing her beloved dog from her carry-on bag.
Affleck also made his way through LAX on Sunday, albeit sans entourage. Ben, looking handsome as ever, shows his ID, removes his shoes and even appears to charm members of the Transportation Security Association.
While airline travel has gotten to be more of a hassle lately, it's comforting to know no one, not even Oscar winners, are getting around the system.
