Alba and baby daddy Cash Warren dined out at Mr. Chow last night -- which is the equivalent of a hen hanging out in a fox house! Maybe that explains why Cash got pushy and nearly ran all the paps down with their black BMW.

Mr. Jessica Alba was p.o.'d yesterday, striking out when photogs stormed their quiet neighborhood.
The paparazzi were waiting for the couple to leave for Jessica's baby shower, but Cash Warren was the one clearly ready to pop, snatching the keys from one photog's car and taking the cap off one of her tires. The pap called the cops, but Casheroo eventually put the stuff on the mailbox -- situation defused.
Funny moment -- the pap seems indignant that we're filming her calling the cops!

Unbeknownst to her, a crude photog went low -- real low -- by trying to take pictures up Jessica Alba's skirt.
The pap smear took place as the mom-to-be made her way down Melrose Ave. last week. Under California law, anyone who uses a "concealed" camera to shoot pics "under or through the clothing" of the person being photographed is guilty of a misdemeanor. So, the camera is out in the open but as far as Jessica is concerned, it's concealed. What do you think?

Jessica Alba couldn't escape from paparazzi yesterday -- she was locked in at two red lights and swarmed by photogs!
The pregnant sourpuss was caught riding shotgun in Beverly Hills, with photogs warning her driver it was illegal to turn right on red at one specific spot as they snapped away.
Their pestering paid off though -- Alba finally gave up a smile for the paps! Amazing!

Jessica Alba announced that she and Cash Warren are expecting a little bundle, but she forgot to announce her engagement -- if, in fact, that whopper of an iceberg on her hand is an engagement ring!
That looks like a three or four carat stone for the two-time Razzie Award-nominated cranky actress, who is due in the late spring.
