Kanye West rolled into the Original Pancake House in Chicago this morning for a little flap-jack action with the regular folk ... but it was the lady he brought to breakfast that got everyone talkin!
The lady scarfin' down breakfast with K was Amber Rose -- the girlfriend he reportedly just broke up with.
We're told the two were extremely nice to staff and patrons during the meal -- but they weren't seen doing "anything couply" during the meal.
In case you're wondering what Kanye's breakfast of champions contains -- one omelet, an order of strawberry pancakes -- and extra whipped cream.
Who's hungry?!

Now we're not sayin' she's a gold-digger -- but whoever Kanye West is dating just scored a serious wardrobe upgrade.
TMZ has learned the rapper and one of his boys rolled through the Deliciously Vintage women's clothing store in Chicago on Thursday -- and we're told he blew more $5,000 on dresses and accessories.
Sources close to the situation tell us Kanye was looking for inspiration pieces for a new clothing line he's launching. When asked if the clothes were for a special lady friend, he replied "Come on now, you know who it's for!"
Any guesses?

Kanye West pled not guilty to three criminal misdemeanors on Friday -- vandalism, battery and theft.
It's all over that incident at LAX last September 11. One of the casualties... a TMZ camera light.

The most shocking part about this Louis Vuitton photo isn't that Kanye West's former stripper GF is posing naked, it's that the shoes on his feet reportedly cost around a thousand bucks!

Kanye West's lawyer went to court today and won a delay for West's arraignment for smashing a photog's gear.
The famous Blair Berk reps Kanye, who is charged with vandalism, battery and grand theft -- stemming from a tussle with two photogs at LAX last year. Kanye's manager, Don Crowley, is also charged with two counts of vandalism, two counts of battery and two counts of grand theft. He's repped by prominent defense attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, who wore a yellow pinstriped pant suit to court -- with a necklace.
Bond on both defendants was exonerated because they do not have criminal records and promised to appear for their arraignments.
The incident occurred on September 11, 2008. A TMZ cameraman captured the confrontation ... Kanye can clearly be seen smashing the photog's flash to the ground.
Kanye could get up to 2 1/2 years in jail if convicted on all counts. Crowley could get five years.
Berk and Holley could end up squaring off with TMZ, since our camera got wrecked during the attack. We're only slightly scared...

Kanye West has just been charged with three criminal misdemeanors -- vandalism, battery, and grand theft -- in connection with the camera-smashing incident at LAX.
The L.A. City Attorney has also charged Don Crowley, Kanye's manager, with the following crimes -- two counts of vandalism, two counts of battery and two counts of grand theft.
TMZ happened to catch the incident on tape. In fact, Kanye broke our camera light as we were shooting. Crowley is charged with breaking both the TMZ camera and the still camera. Kanye is charged with breaking the flash accessory to the still camera.
The incident occurred last September 11. Both men are scheduled to be arraigned on April 14.
Kanye could get up to 2 1/2 years in jail if convicted on all counts. Crowley could get five years.

Finally, an explanation re: Kanye's feeble attempt to become the next Arthur Fonzarelli.
The superstar/emotional/ninth-grader was wearing a letterman jacket this week ... now we know it's from Kamaikin High School in Washington.
We're guessing it was a shameless attempt to recruit fans, because students at the school went nuts after seeing the video on TMZ. They made Friday Kanye Day. No word if the school will change its name to Kanye High -- come to think about it....
