Jessi Lawless just hopped on TikTok with a video that spells it all out -- she says she's filing for divorce ... and she says she's already filed the docs. In any case, JL says it's coming -- and she goes on to cite Jenna allegedly drinking again as the impetus.

She explains she's had Jenna on a tight leash ever since they got hitched when it comes to booze -- saying it was a hard-line issue for her from the get-go -- and claims Jenna recently got away from home and went to Chicago ... where Jessi says she learned JJ was drinking.

We caught up with the 20-year-old outside Studio Siwa in Burbank, where she told us how she came into possession of her viral track, "Karma." As JoJo put it ... she was pitched the song -- which she defended as a very normal thing in the music industry.

A Planet Fitness gymgoer was arrested after allegedly walking around totally naked in the women's locker room ... claiming they identified as a woman, something the gym didn't buy.

Christopher Miller -- identified as male by online booking records -- was arrested in Gastonia, NC Thursday for indecent exposure after gymgoers claim he walked into the women's locker room at a local Planet Fitness.

A shocked woman reportedly called the police when she saw Miller, telling the 9-1-1 operator a fully naked man wouldn't leave the room ... adding he identified himself as a woman when asked to do so.

JoJo Siwa is walking back her claim about wanting to create a new genre of music, called "gay pop" ... saying she didn't mean to snub the LGBTQ+ legends who came before her.

We caught up with the 20-year-old singer outside Studio Siwa in the L.A. area Wednesday ... where she told us she was simply misunderstood when she said in a Billboard interview she planned to invent gay pop with the release of her song "Karma."

She said her mission was to simply raise awareness regarding the genre of music, since many people are still unfamiliar with it. However, she did acknowledge she underestimated the public's familiarity with queer icons ... like Elton John, Freddie Mercury and Madonna, etc.
