After not being seen with husband Guy Ritchie in ages and refuting rumors that her marriage was over, Madonna was spotted leaving a London restaurant on Tuesday night -- arm in arm with her boytoy.
Papa don't preach, she's keeping her baby!

With reports that the Material middle-ager and Guy Ritchie -- her husband of over seven years -- were on the outs, Madge's longtime rep Liz Rosenberg issued a statement saying, "I am delighted to confirm that Mr. and Mrs. Guy Ritchie remain happily married."

Madonna has not been picked for a jury and has been officially dismissed from jury duty.
She exited through the judge's elevator, escorted by four uniformed deputies and one woman in plain clothes.
There was only one jury panel picked this morning -- and she wasn't on it. Madge, like the rest of the potential jurors, is free to go.

Madonna returned from her jury lunch break this afternoon and she actually had a wardrobe change during lunch. So that's why they call her the Material Girl!
She was sporting a pair of black capri pants, a black jacket and a pair of sneakers. She was holding a Starbucks in one hand and two cell phones in the other.

Baaaaaaaad Madonna! Animal rights groups are pissed over a photo shoot from a few years back, where Madonna and Guy Ritchie dyed sheep different colors -- all for a great looking magazine spread. The shear insanity!
According to The Sun, Madge claims that they were just paying homage to photographer Cecil Beaton. The animal groups aren't buying it, calling it an "irresponsible publicity stunt." The RSPCA is sticking firm to the idea that the whole ordeal is sending the wrong message to others -- who might copy the stunt. It's unlikely Madonna's losing sleep over this one.

The $120 million Material Mama went for her morning constitutional-plus on the Upper West Side, then zipped back to her place in the neighborhood. On the way out, she nearly slammed the door on Casares, which she actually did the day before when Ingrid was trying to get into the truck. Wake up, Madgie!

Sure, they're vividly remembered for their live spit swap, but how is it possible to confuse music icon Madonna with popwreck Britney Spears?
TMZ spotted Madge as she walked out of a workout yesterday in New York, with a few spectators heard shouting "Britney! Britney!" toward the Material Mom. If Madonna were leaving a Taco Bell, perhaps it'd but understandable, but when was the last time you saw Britney at a gym in Manhattan?
Madge also joked that it must be a slow news day to be covering her, clearly oblivious to the $120 million contract she's about to ink with Live Nation.
