Getting a shot of Megan Fox can be a serious pain in the butt -- and one super-intrusive paparazzi learned it the hard way Monday night in Hollywood.
While chowing down with Shia LaBeouf after the "Transformers 2" premiere, one dude ran into the restaurant, bum rushed their table, snapped a pic and booked it. Only problem: Their bodyguard was faster.
Security chased the D-bag down and used the atomic-wedgie technique to keep him from escaping. All while Shia and Megan got a laugh at the moron's expense.

Shia LaBeouf must be feeling used -- because Thursday at LAX, Megan Fox took advantage of him ... and not in a fun way.
The two arrived back from Europe on the same flight and while all the paps were scrambling for Shia, they missed the shot of their tattooed queen -- who snuck out amidst LaBeouf's photog insanity.
On the plus side Shia, there are worse people to be used by than Megan Fox.

It's not a guess ... it's not wishful thinking ... she actually confirmed it with her own two perfectly shaped lips.
Here's the actual quote she gave to The Sun newspaper during an interview in some country for some movie she's promoting: "I'm currently what you would call single I guess."

The folks over at High Times magazine got their pot prayers answered when Megan Fox told GQ she'd like to see marijuana legalized. Emerging from a cloud of smoke, the editors of HT have decided they need Megan in the mag -- STAT!!!
Senior Editor David Bienenstock tells us he's reached out to Megan's people about doing an interview -- and possibly even a cover. There's no denying it: The idea of Megan posing half naked with an assortment of pot paraphernalia is enough to turn anyone into a stoner.

Megan Fox desperately wants to buy some weed -- but only if she can get it legally.
In a seriously blunt conversation with GQ, the 23-year-old swore that if the U.S. Gub'ment legalized the sticky stuff, she'd be the "first person in line to buy a pack of joints."
Fox then added, "I can't tell you how much bulls**t I've been through because I will openly say that I smoke weed."
"People look at it like it's this crazy, hippy, f**ked up thing to do. And it's not. I hope they legalize it."
Fox then grabbed a bongo, some Funyuns and a hacky sack and took off for the nearest drum circle.

NEWSFLASH! Megan Fox may have been busted at LAX this weekend for possession of a microscopic imperfection hidden somewhere between her upper lip and left nostril.
THE EVIDENCE: Fox suspiciously covered up the alleged flaw by using a number of crafty tactics, including the pinky block, the head tilt and the seductive tongue lick.
Although we're still not 100% sure the blemish exists, a number of TMZ staffers have volunteered to watch this video over and over again until a final decision can be made.
