Abby, who retired late last year after winning the World Cup, was booked for DUII (driving under influence of intoxicants), and released on her own recognizance.

Just a few days ago, we shot the Olympic hero in Palm Springs where she was partnered with Caitlyn Jenner in a golf tournament.

update_graphic_red_bar11:29 AM PT -- EAG Sports, which represents Jon, just issued a statement saying, "Jon and his team are taking this very seriously and we will let the legal process play out."

"We are confident he will be released once he has an opportunity to explain to the judge the facts in this case." update_grey_gray_barJon Jones was booked in New Mexico for violating his probation moments ago -- and posed for a brand new mug shot after turning himself in ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told a judge had issued a warrant for the UFC star's arrest for violating the terms of his probation after he was cited for drag racing in Albuquerque last week.

Jones was sentenced to probation last year after being convicted in a hit and run case in which the UFC star crashed into a pregnant woman's car and then ran from the scene on foot.

One of the terms of Jones' probation was to not get into any trouble with the law -- and the judge felt the drag racing citation qualified as a violation.

Jones turned himself in to the Albuquerque PD at 10 AM Tuesday morning. He's currently being held at the county jail.

Cody was a former Ravens defensive tackle -- but was cut in 2015 after he was convicted on various animal cruelty charges, including illegal possession of an alligator.

3/21/2016 1:55 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
Breaking News

032116-paul-qui-mugshot"Top Chef" winner Paul Qui was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, after she told cops he beat her up while high on a combination of coke, Xanax, weed and alcohol.

Stephanie Rodriguez claims the season 9 winner dragged her out of bed in the wee hours of Saturday morning so she could join a party with a bunch of his friends. Rodriguez says one of Qui's pals then propositioned her for group sex which sent Qui into a rage.

Rodriguez says Qui first kicked his friends out of the house, and then turned his rage on her, throwing her up against the walls and doors and preventing her from leaving.

According to the police report, when cops arrived they found blood on the walls and floor, and all over Qui himself. Cops also say Qui admitted he got physical with Rodriguez, but said all he did was restrain her until cops arrived.

Ex-UFC star Mayhem Miller was arrested again -- this time for vandalizing a tattoo shop -- and officials have set his bail at a whopping $1 MILLION ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Miller -- who's previously been arrested for DUI, fighting cops and domestic violence -- was taken into custody Tuesday stemming from an incident back in January when officers say the 35-year-old vandalized the ink shop in Orange County, CA with graffiti.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Miller's bail was set at $1,000,000!!!!!

We're told the number is so high because Miller was out on bail at the time for a previous felony and has a deep, DEEP criminal record.

He's currently behind bars ... where he will probably stay for a while.

Dak Prescott THE MUG SHOT ... After DUI Arrest

3/14/2016 2:01 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0314-dak-prescott-mug-shot-watermark-01TMZ Sports has obtained Dak Prescott's mug shot ... taken the same day the Mississippi State QB was arrested for DUI early Saturday morning.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Prescott was pulled over at 12:31 AM in his 2016 Cadillac Escalade SUV -- and later charged with speeding and DUI.

Interesting note in the police report ... cops say Prescott took 2 breath tests -- but one was an "insufficient sample" and the other one was an "invalid sample."

This could be a very good thing for Prescott -- because the absence of a blood alcohol sample makes it harder for prosecutors to get a DUI conviction.

Prescott was one of the top QBs in the upcoming draft and before the arrest had been projected to go in the 3rd or 4th round.

He's due back in court in April.

A Donald Trump protester -- who happens to be black -- got knocked to his ass by a white Trump supporter, and now cops have arrested the attacker ... TMZ has learned.

The video from the Wednesday rally in Fayetteville, NC shows an unidentified supporter in a cowboy hat totally sucker punch a protester who was already being escorted out of the venue.

Officers, who observed the hit, reacted quickly, but slammed the protester down on the ground -- not the puncher.

We've learned police did not arrest the victim, but did kick him out of the event. As for the punching cowboy -- we've learned he's 78-year-old John McGraw, and he's currently in police custody. According to cops, McGraw voluntarily came in Thursday morning to be interviewed ... and that's when he was arrested.

0310-mcgraw-mug-shot-01We're told he's being booked for assault and disorderly conduct. He's scheduled to appear in court April 6.

This is what happens when you get "escorted" out of a Donald J. Trump rally....note to self, you have to see how the Cumberland County Sheriffs Dept does Keem Jones after a supporter punches him in the face...

Katt Williams Arrested After Cops Raid Home Find Drugs, Guns

3/8/2016 7:04 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Breaking News

030816-katt-williams-mugshot-02

Katt Williams is once again locked up ... after cops found weed and firearms while serving a search warrant at his house.

The Hall County Sheriff's Office in Georgia say the warrant was part of an investigation into Katt that began on March 1, after one of Katt's bodyguards claimed he was beat with a baseball bat and choked after refusing to "engage in criminal activity" at Katt's behest.

The bodyguard claimed Katt threatened to kill him ... but said the assault was carried out by others in the group.

When cops raided Katt's home Tuesday morning ... they found several firearms, and "large quantities" of marijuana.

Katt was booked for aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and false imprisonment.  Cops say they will also add the drug and weapons charges.

His latest brush with the law puts Katt's tally at 4 ... after allegedly holding 5 women at gunpoint, assaulting a pool store clerk, and becoming a battery suspect in L.A. ... all within a week.
