He may be the hottest criminal since Armie Hammer ... people are going nuts for accused weapons offender Jeremy Meeks.
Those eyes are hijacking Twitter. The 30-year-old Stockton, CA convicted felon is being held on $900,000 bail for illegally possessing firearms and ammo, carrying a loaded firearm in public and criminal street gang activity. The specific charge is street terrorism.
The Stockton Police Dept.'s Facebook page is blowing up ... with more than 15,000 likes and 3,700 comments.
Another guy -- Terry Bailey -- was arrested during the same police sweep, but his mug shot generated only 14 likes and 4 comments.
The man arrested for stealing Miley Cyrus' Maserati is currently facing 2 separate criminal charges of stealing cars ... and he's on the run, TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... Tylor Scott and Naomi Charles have been arrested for the burglary last weekend at Miley's place.
We've learned Scott was arrested in September for stealing his parents' car. According to the police report ... obtained by TMZ ... Scott told cops he just went on a joy ride "for the thrill of it."
We're told he crashed the ride and ditched it.
Days later he argued with his mom and stole another car, which he drove around for a few days until it got a flat ... and he left it in a 99 Cent Store parking lot.
In December, he was arrested for stealing a Mercedes CLK near the University of Arizona. According to the police report ... a month before he walked into an open garage, saw the keys hanging from the wall and made off with it.
The docs say he has a drug problem -- reinforced by the fact that cops found a pipe in the Mercedes with marijuana residue.
Scott never showed up for court so there's a warrant out for his arrest.
TMZ broke the story ... Scott and Charles allegedly abandoned Miley's Maserati on a Simi Valley street almost immediately after taking it.
TMZ Sports has obtained John Elway III's mug shot ... taken after he was arrested in Denver for allegedly ripping his girlfriend out of his car by her hair.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Elway's girlfriend claims she was having a verbal dispute with the 24-year-old around 1:40 AM on May 31st ... when he stopped the car and things got violent.
"Elway got out and proceeded to pull [victim] out of the vehicle by her hair causing her hair extensions and some of her real hair to be ripped out."
The GF says she attempted to stand up and get back in the car but Elway "pushed her down to the ground again."
The GF claims she suffered scrapes to both knees. Elway was tracked down and arrested for disturbing the peace and assault. Bail was set at $550. His father picked him up from jail.
FYI -- Elway III was a former college quarterback who was a member of the Arizona State University football program before quitting the team a few years ago.
This is enough to make anyone "hate the f***ing Eagles, man" -- a fan claims a cop arrested her for NO REASON at an Eagles concert ... after smashing her face and breaking her elbow.
Jamie Voelk is accusing Officer Molly Fischer of doing the damage last year in Minneapolis, and she's now filed a lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming Fischer's excessive force put her in the hospital.
Voelk was at the concert minding her own business when an event security guard bumped into her, and then Fischer pounced, immediately escorting her outside ... according to the suit.
In the docs, Voelk claims Fischer slammed her face into a metal storefront curtain, fractured her elbow ... and then placed her under arrest.
Voelk was later booked for "obstruction of the legal process" ... but in her suit she claims the charge is slated for dismissal.
Voelk is suing Fischer, the city of Minneapolis, the police department, and AEG ... the concert promoter ... for excessive force, false arrest, battery, and infliction of emotional distress. She wants at least $50,000.
Wiz Khalifa was arrested early Sunday morning at an airport in Texas ... after a "green leafy substance" was found during a TSA check.
The "Black and Yellow" rapper was flying from El Paso to Dallas when TSA officials discovered the green stuff ... according to law enforcement sources. Wiz was taken into custody and turned over to local police.
We're told cops concluded the obvious -- the leafy substance was marijuana -- and that's against the law in those parts ... so he was arrested.
Cops say he was in possession of 0.5 grams of weed.
Wiz clearly isn't that concerned ... he tweeted a jail selfie.
Rapper/pastor Mase believes his wife is such an embarrassment to their church, he's banished her from the pulpit ... and it all has to do with hitting the bottle.
Mase is now blocking Twyla Betha from spreading the gospel on their pulpit ... all because she was busted for DUI and pled guilty last month. She blew a .14 ... nearly twice the legal limit.
Mase apparently thinks drunk driving is blasphemy ... so he told Twyla to get flocked. And, we're told the church elders and parishioners think Twyla is a hypocrite because she preached that drunkenness is a sin ... which she committed, so they're down with the ban.
7:50 AM PT -- A FOX News spokesperson tells us Gregg "is dealing with serious personal issues at this time. A date at which Gregg might return to air has yet to be determined."
Gregg Jarrett, an anchor with Fox News, was arrested at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport on Wednesday following an argument with police.
According to airport cops ... they received a call at around noon Wednesday ... complaining of a drunken patron at an airport restaurant. Police say Jarrett would not cooperate with their directions, describing him as "belligerent" and "non-cooperative."
Jarrett was arrested for obstruction of the legal process -- a misdemeanor -- and taken to jail. He posted $300 bail and was released at around 1:00 AM Thursday morning.
The judge just threw the book at Michael Lohan's baby mama Kate Major -- sentencing her to 8 months in jail for being a really drunk scofflaw.
Major was hauled off to lockup in Palm Beach Monday after pleading guilty. The DUI conviction triggered a probation violation, stemming from Major's 2012 battery case ... when she allegedly attacked a police officer in Boca Raton.
As a result, the judge revoked Major's probation and sentenced her to 8 months in jail ... with 70 days credit for time served. Major will begin serving the balance of her jail time immediately.
V. Stiviano -- who is currently under investigation for extortion -- is no stranger to the criminal justice system. She's been arrested for at least 4 crimes and has used 5 aliases, and she's a true chameleon, changing her race from crime to crime.
2002 -- Stiviano was arrested by LAPD for petty theft. The official documents -- obtained by TMZ -- show she was a 5'4" 128 lb Hispanic woman named Vanessa Maria Perez. She was convicted and placed on probation.
2004 -- Stiviano was arrested by Santa Monica PD for another petty theft and felony burglary. Her name was Vanessa Maria Perez (same as the first) but this time she's taller and thinner -- a 5'8" 115 lb Hispanic woman.
2010 -- Stiviano was arrested by LAPD for possession of a controlled substance -- a felony. This time she's Vanessa Maria Perez again, but she's black, weighing in at 5'7" and 125 lbs.
2012 -- Stiviano was busted by CHP for DUI. This time she was booked as Monica Gallegos, a 5'7" 110 lb black woman. We don't know the disposition.
In addition to Vanness Maria Perez and Monica Gallegos, court records show she also used the names Maria Valdez, Maria Vanessa Perez and Mariamonica Perez Gallegos. She's currently going by V. Stiviano.
Now it's clear why Donald Sterling was so confused about her race in the recording.
It's like something out of "Grand Theft Auto" -- one of the drivers from History Channel's "Ice Road Truckers" has been charged with 3 felonies after allegedly kidnapping a Vegas prostitute ... and forcing her to jump out a second story window.
According to official charging docs, Tim Zickuhr has been charged with first degree kidnapping, extortion, and coercion. But the story behind the charges is out of control. Seriously, out of control.
According to the police report, the prostitute -- who goes by Snow White -- told cops Tim hired her to perform services on December 18th. She says he gave her his ATM card to withdraw her payment, but he later accused her of taking too much.
She claims Tim arranged a meeting at his apartment the next day to settle their money dispute -- and he attacked, punching her in the face, and threatening to kill her if she didn't get him the money she'd stolen.
She claims Tim tied her up with backpack straps, continued to beat her, and then poured cold water on her from a mop bucket. She claims Tim then locked her in his closet and demanded a phone number for someone who could get him the money.
Stroke of genius from Snow White -- she gave Tim the phone number of a police officer she knew ... and according to the report, Tim actually called it, claiming he'd kill Snow White if $1,000 wasn't delivered to him.
Tim and the officer arranged a meeting -- but rather than leave his apartment through the front door, Tim allegedly forced Snow White out his second story window.
Long story short, the cop met Tim and immediately arrested him. The officer claims Tim sang like a canary, admitting everything ... placing the phone calls, dousing Snow White in water, locking her in a closet, and pushing her out a window. Just ... crazy.
Tim is due in court in May.
A rep for History channel had no comment -- but told us Tim hasn't been on any "Ice Road" programming since 2011.
