He went on, "I do block, bitch. Be a f**king fan."

Penn then grabbed a security guard and told him to tend to the fans.

Sean Smith's Victim Needed Metal Plate In Face ... After Beatdown

10/2/2017 12:25 AM PDT

The man who claims he was attacked by Oakland Raiders cornerback Sean Smith suffered so much damage to his face, he required major reconstructive surgery, including a metal plate.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ Sports ... the victim was diagnosed with 5 facial fractures following the July 4 attack, in which officials say Smith punched and stomped on him in the streets of Pasadena.

Smith has plead not guilty to felony assault charges -- but we're told the victim is adamant Smith was his attacker.

We're told the victim had been dating Smith's sister for 2 years -- and have known each other for 6 years.

As for rumors that Smith was retaliating against the victim for an alleged violent attack on his sister, one source tells us that's "absolutely not true" -- there have never been allegations of domestic violence involving the victim and his GF.

We're told the victim is extremely traumatized by the attack -- and has withdrawn from school where he was working on his master's degree in social work.

Smith appeared in court this week where he entered his not guilty plea and his lawyer has said the NFL player will fight the case.

Smith is also not allowed to own or possess a gun.

The terms of the protective order go into effect today.

As we previously reported, the victim was dating Smith's sister at the time of the alleged assault.

Pissed off at Marshawn Lynch dancing on the Jets' grave?

DON'T BE, says legendary Oakland rapper Too Short -- cause Beast Mode was just gettin' down the only way he knows how.

"It's pretty normal where we're from," Short told us outside Catch in WeHo. "That's how we all dance."

Of course, Marshawn's from Oakland ... so when Vell and DJ Mustard's "Oakland" track hit during a timeout in the Raiders' blowout, he had to let it flow.

Some Jets players reportedly said Lynch's beast moves were demoralizing -- and Short definitely agrees.

7/31/2017 9:23 AM PDT
Breaking News

Prosecutors are moving forward with the rape case against Oakland Raiders 1st round draft pick, Gareon Conley, this according to the Cleveland Police Dept.

Officials say the District Attorney's office believes it has enough evidence to prosecute and they kicked the case over to a grand jury -- which will ultimately decide whether to indict the 22-year-old.

As we previously reported, a woman claims the former Ohio State cornerback raped her at a hotel room in Cleveland on April 9 -- just days before the NFL Draft.

Conley says the two did have "brief oral sex" -- but insists it was consensual and says there was no vaginal intercourse.

The accuser had told police they met in the elevator at the hotel. But video shows the two partying at the same bar and leaving at the same time earlier that night.

Meantime, the Raiders officially signed Conley to his rookie contract a few days ago -- reportedly worth more than $10 million over 4 years.

We're guessing the team is monitoring this case very closely.

Beast Mode just got in some drills with Luis Badillo Jr. (AKA the dude with the world's fastest feet) up in the Bay ... and Marshawn straight-up wrecked his course IN THE SAND.

Badillo couldn't believe what he was seeing -- telling TMZ Sports the Raiders RB had the best footwork of any sports star he's ever worked with ... including Ronaldo and Olympic sprinter Asafa Powell.

Feet Mode -- activated.

NFL defenses -- screwed.

Metallica's James Hetfield On Raiders Move to Vegas: 'I'm a Little Pissed'

5/16/2017 8:51 AM PDT

Metallica frontman James Hetfield is a huge Raiders fan -- and says he's "a little pissed" that his team is ditching Oakland for Sin City.

FYI, Hetfield actively campaigned for the Raiders to stay in the Bay Area -- and publicly supported Ronnie Lott in his efforts to build a new stadium for the team in Oakland.

But those plans didn't work out and Raiders owner, Mark Davis, ultimately got league approval to move the team to Las Vegas. The team is expected to relocate in 2019.

Hetfield says he'll continue to support the Silver and Black (he stuck by them during the L.A. years) ... but it's clear he's still bummed.

Gareon Conley Admits 'Brief Oral Sex' with Accuser ... Not Intercourse

5/2/2017 7:19 AM PDT

Oakland Raiders draft pick Gareon Conley is telling investigators he did receive "brief oral sex" from his accuser on the night of the alleged sexual assault ... but insists it was consensual.

We're told Conley says he was the recipient and that he did NOT force himself on the woman.

The former Ohio State football star is currently being investigated for rape -- after his accuser told police he sexually assaulted her in a Cleveland hotel room on April 9.

Conley's attorney, Kevin Spellacy, says the two did engage in a "consensual sexual event" -- but says it was NOT intercourse.

The accuser told police they did have vaginal sex -- claiming he grabbed her, spun her around and raped her from behind. A rape kit was administered following the incident.

Meanwhile, Conley met with police on Monday and provided a DNA sample and a voluntary statement.

Tim Brown on Gareon Conley: Raiders Better Be Right!

4/30/2017 12:35 AM PDT

Tim Brown says he REALLY hopes his beloved Oakland Raiders chose wisely by taking a chance on Gareon Conley ... saying, "If it goes bad for him, it's gonna go bad for the Raiders also."

The Raiders raised some eyebrows Thursday night by selecting Conley in the 1st round -- despite the fact he's in the middle of a rape investigation

Conley insists he's innocent and the Raiders clearly believe him ... and Brown says he's "hoping and praying" the team made the right bet.

Brown raised an interesting point ... saying former Raiders owner Al Davis was never afraid to take guys who were in trouble because he felt those guys would end up being the most loyal to him.

Makes you wonder if Al's philosophy rubbed off on his son, Mark Davis, the new guy in command of the Silver and Black.
