Pam Anderson and Rick Salomon are officially kaput.
TMZ obtained legal papers filed a few minutes ago in L.A. County Superior Court, annulling the marriage that was shorter than Pam's skirts.
The marriage was annulled on grounds of fraud. Initially, when Pam filed legal papers back in December, she was asking for a straight divorce. But on February 22, documents were filed asking for an annulment, citing fraud.
Sources tell TMZ both Rick and Pam privately stipulated to fraud -- that Pam promised Rick they would have children together. As we reported, Pam was pregnant at the time the couple separated. Shortly after the separation, we learned Pam was no longer pregnant. Subsequently both Rick and Pam filed annulment papers.

Rick Salomon, Pam Anderson's soon-to-be ex, has filed legal papers saying he's down with the annulment.
Last month, Pam filed legal papers trying to annul her two-month marriage to Ricky-poo, on the grounds of fraud.
Today, Salomon responded with his own legal papers, saying he also wants the annulment on grounds of fraud. Neither Rick nor Pam was specific about the nature of the fraud.
Rick, who has substantially more moolah than Pam, is not asking for support.
In related news, Rick got a ticket last night, but not his ticket to freedom. He got slapped with a $65 ticket for illegally parking his Bentley. Trust us, he can afford the fine.

Brigitte Bardot, 1960s sex symbol, is passing the torch to today's bustiest sex icon, Pamela Anderson. Pam is in Paris where she is scheduled to perform Bardot's famous song, "Harley Davidson" at the Crazy Horse. 
According to our source, Bardot, 73, has asked that Pam visit the Bardot Foundation Offices to make this year's annual plea to save the seals. Bardot, the original sexy animal activist, has worked on this particular cause for years, but this go-round, she's handing it over to Anderson, a big animal activist and PETA's current Honorary Director.

TMZ has learned the divorce between Pam Anderson and Rick Salomon has just gotten less complicated, because Anderson is no longer pregnant.
As we first reported, a then-pregnant Anderson filed for divorce last month, but briefly reconciled with Salomon. But then it was on again. And then there were photos last weekend that made it look like a second reconciliation was in the offing.
Now we've learned the divorce is definitely on, and there will be no child support issues to complicate matters.

TMZ has learned Pam Anderson has changed her mind yet again -- the divorce is back on.
Pam filed for divorce against Rick Salomon on December 14, a little more than two months after they married. Days later she called off the divorce. This past weekend, TMZ got a photo of the two lookin' like a couple again. But now we've learned Pam wants out.
A little unfinished business -- as TMZ reported, Pam was carrying Rick's baby, at least as of earlier this week.
