They add, "The assailant didn't merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted."

Kanye West might have new legal trouble on his hands -- he's the named suspect in a battery report, and cops are now looking into the claims against him ... TMZ has learned.

GloRilla found herself in a jail cell this week after cops busted her for DUI -- and she apparently had a wardrobe malfunction while this all went down ... TMZ has learned.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, the rapper was arrested and booked early Tuesday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence, consuming/possessing an open alcoholic beverage container and a separate traffic charge in Gwinnett County, GA.

She was hauled into jail around 6:12 AM ET and bonded out a few hours later. Her booking info, obtained by TMZ, notes that one of her aliases is Hallelujah ... which is her legal middle name.

The actor was spotted this week in costume and in character as an LAPD officer, shooting scenes up in Malibu -- which included one set piece that required him to chase a dude down into the sea, fully clothed mind you.

Chris was on the move in another clip too ... where he was seen holding out his gun and telling someone to get down. BTW, this movie he's filming is called 'Mercy,' and it's a sci-fi thriller where he plays a detective accused of a crime and needing to prove his innocence.

Riley Strain's family just dragged his fraternity brothers through the coals on national TV -- claiming they didn't seem to care that he'd gone missing ... allegedly going partying instead.

The late 22-year-old's mother, father and stepfather did an interview with NewsNation Tuesday night -- and much of the 15-minute segment was dedicated to slamming Riley's fellow Delta Chi members who were with him the night he went missing in Nashville.

According to the family, they didn't notify cops about Riley until the next day ... and they go on to claim that when the family showed up, they continued on with their itinerary.

Riley Strain's mom claims her son complained about his drink not tasting right ahead of his disappearance and subsequent death ... and the implication is that he was roofied.

Michelle Whiteid and her family sat with NewsNation's Brian Entin for an interview that's airing in full later Tuesday -- and she says Riley was texting her the night of his disappearance, where she says he told her his rum and coke did "not taste good."

Michelle says Riley claimed the beverage tasted like barbecue ... reiterating it was not an enjoyable cocktail. Michelle says she told Riley he probably shouldn't be drinking it then.

The $30 million heist from an L.A. storage facility -- which sounds like an "Ocean's 11" outtake -- remains a mystery for investigators, but they're zeroing in on several false alarms triggered in the building leading up to the burglary.

TMZ pulled the calls for police service to the GardaWorld money storage facility in the San Fernando Valley. The building was hit by burglars on Easter Sunday, but it turns out there's been lots of police activity there.

Based on the records obtained by TMZ, over the past year, police have made more than a dozen visits to GardaWorld -- and the vast majority of them turned out to be false alarms.

Harrowing body cam audio has emerged following Garrison Brown's suicide last month ... documenting the moment cops discovered the body of the "Sister Wives" star.

In the audio, Flagstaff PD officers enter Garrison's apartment, where they discover the reality TV star deceased in his room. One officer notes he moved a gun found on Garrison's lap so medics could get access to the body. However, he mentions the weapon was unloaded when he moved it, suggesting someone else touched the gun before they arrived.

The cop asks someone to alert the medical examiner. Garrison was long deceased when his body was discovered. While it appears to be suicide, no note was recovered.

The last person known to have spoken to Riley Strain before he disappeared has finally given a statement to the cops ... and his family is hailing it as a "huge" development.

Chris Dingman, a spokesperson for Riley's devastated family, told NewsNation the new witness spoke with the family first, and then "told the detective his account of the story of what happened to Riley” -- all this 3 weeks after they found his body.

Dingman didn't say who the witness was or share the specific details they provided about what happened to Riley ... before he disappeared and was later found dead.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Lauri Peterson's son, Josh Waring, likely passed away from an overdose ... this according to cops.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... officers were called out around 11:30 AM Easter Sunday to a motel in Orange County, arriving on the scene after staff told them they stopped by Josh's room after his checkout time -- as we're told he'd failed to let anyone know he'd left.

We're told Josh's body was found in his room -- with drug paraphernalia and residue also discovered ... which is why police are treating his death as a possible OD.

Jonathan Majors' punishment for the guilty verdict in his assault and harassment trial is in ... and he's avoided jail time.

The actor went into court Monday in NYC with his attorney and his girlfriend, Meagan Good, by his side. He looked solemn and serious, and didn't stop for questions. A judge sentenced him to a one-year intervention program that'll be completed in L.A.

As part of his program, he'll have to do 12 months of counseling ... one session per week over the course of 52 weeks. The D.A.'s office says if he doesn't comply with the conditions set here, he could face time behind bars.
