Tomi Lahren Trump's Stormy Daniels Scandal is Nonsense ... Quit Attacking Him!!!

3/17/2018 1:46 PM PDT

Tomi Lahren's completely fed up with what she believes is an attempt to torpedo President Trump with "salacious garbage" stories.

We got the Fox News contributor at LAX Friday night and asked her about the ongoing scandal involving Stormy Daniels and the Prez ... and it set her off. Tomi tells us she's sick and tired of the nonsense ... because Americans have more important stuff to deal with.

Tomi also has a theory on why the media is even covering the "porn garbage" when it should be focusing on all the good things Trump has done ... and gives us a few examples.

As we reported, though ... Trump's lawyer fired back at Stormy Friday over breaching the infamous "hush" agreement, and wants to go after her for $20 million.

That certainly won't make the story go away ... no matter how Tomi feels.

Ted Cruz Bet You My Rockets Will Visit Trump ... Unlike the Warriors

3/17/2018 12:35 AM PDT

Ted Cruz says it's awesome his hometown Astros (mostly) said what's up to Trump at the White House ... and he's got faith the Rockets will, too.

We got the Texas Senator after he took in Monday's World Series ceremony in D.C. -- and you can tell he was still PUMPED off his 'Stros winning their first title.

"To win it in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, when so many Houstonians, so many Texans, were hurting -- it just meant an enormous amount," Cruz told TMZ Sports.

It was all pretty touching stuff from Ted ... that is 'til the conversation turned to the defending champion, Warriors -- who staunchly rejected their Oval Office visit.

"I think it is unfortunate that we've seen that happen ... I'm hoping that this is the first of at least two Houston trips to the White House this year."

Guessing he hasn't seen James Harden's hat ...

Donald Trump's Lawyer Fires Back at Stormy Daniels ... You Owe Us $20 Million!!!

3/16/2018 5:46 PM PDT
Breaking News

The legal battle between President Trump and Stormy Daniels is not going away anytime soon, because his lawyer's now accusing her of violating their deal ... which could cost her big bucks.

According to new legal docs ... Stormy agreed in the "hush" contract with Trump -- created by his attorney, Michael Cohen -- to fork over $1 million in damages if she breached it, per incident.

Cohen claims Stormy has indeed breached the agreement -- at least 20 times -- so he has the right to go after her for $20 million.

As we reported ... Stormy sued to try to get the "hush" pact tossed, claiming the Prez used an alias and never signed it in the first place. She also started a crowdfunding page to raise funds for her legal costs against Trump and his lawyers.

So far she's raised more than $171,000 from various donors ... and it looks like she might need every penny.

Eric Trump Oh, Crepe!!! My Brother's Getting Divorced

3/16/2018 7:45 AM PDT

Eric and Lara Trump looked sullen Thursday at a crêpe restaurant in Aspen ... just as Donald Trump Jr.'s wife filed for divorce.

Eric and Lara grabbed some grub at Crêperie du Village during an early night out.

As we reported, Eric's brother Donald couldn't make his marriage work, in large part because Vanessa hated politics and the public eye. We're told the last straw was when someone sent an envelope containing white powder to their home.

In sharp contrast, Lara loves politics and the spotlight ... she's a senior adviser in Donald Trump's 2020 re-election campaign.

Donald Trump Jr. This is Yuuuge For My Morale

3/16/2018 6:28 AM PDT

Donald Trump Jr. ain't licking his wounds after his wife filed for divorce ... he's rallying with the help of a 3-year-old Smurf.

Donnie Jr. posted a pic with his 3-year-old daughter, Chloe, Thursday night ... not long after Vanessa Trump filed for divorce in the Manhattan courts. Don Jr. captioned it, "No matter what is going on bedtime cuddling with the smurf puts a Yuge smile on my face." He ended the post with #bedtime #daddysgirl #cuddle.

As we reported ... sources connected to the family tell TMZ the divorce had been a long time coming. Among the issues ... Vanessa hates politics and we're told the last straw was when someone sent her fam an envelope containing white powder.

One source said Donald Jr. was "relieved."

Donald Trump Jr. Wife Files for Divorce ... It's Been a 'Long Time Coming'

3/15/2018 2:21 PM PDT
Exclusive Details

Donald Trump Jr.'s wife is filing to divorce him after nearly 13 years of marriage.

Vanessa Trump filed docs Thursday in the Manhattan courts, and she's seeking an uncontested proceeding. That's a strong sign the couple has already hammered out details of their split, such as child custody and property.

Sources connected to the family tell TMZ the divorce has been a long time coming, and the relationship has been "bad for a while." Among the issues, Vanessa "hates politics and Don Jr. is gone all the time."

One source says contrary to being upset, Don Jr. is "relieved."

They have 5 children together -- between the ages of 3 and 10, and got married in 2005.

According to the NY Post, which first reported the split, Vanessa's been upset about some of his controversial tweets ... most of which defend President Trump and his policies.

Vanessa got a major scare just last month, when she received an envelope with white powder, and a hate letter for Don Jr. that read, in part, "You the family idiot. This is the reason why people hate you. You are getting what you deserve." The powder turned out to be corn starch, and the sender was eventually arrested.

Our sources say that incident absolutely "freaked her out."

Stormy Daniels Donations Flying In for Trump Suit But Where's $$$ Going?

3/15/2018 12:50 AM PDT

Stormy Daniels is getting a huge financial assist from the public in her legal battle with Donald Trump, but while the donations pile up ... so do questions about the loot.

Stormy opened a crowdfunding page Wednesday, asking for donations to support her legal effort to get the "hush" agreement with the Prez tossed. So far she's raised more than $80k in the first 12 hours, and plans to keep collecting for another month. At that pace, she's easily looking at a 7-figure kitty ... possibly more.

She doesn't list a goal amount, so we called Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, and asked how much he's billed so far -- to get a sense of what the final bill might be.   He wouldn't say.

Avenatti did tell TMZ, he's NOT billing her for his media blitz, which include appearances on "Today," "CBS This Morning," multiple CNN and MSNBC shows, ABC ... plus the NY Times, NY Daily News, Washington Post, and NPR.

Stormy's page says the money's for attorneys' fees and litigation costs, as well as possible "damages that may be awarded against me if I speak out."

Avenatti did say Stormy will donate the extra cash to charity, but there's no mention of that on the crowdfunding post. We're guessing donors don't know their dough might go to charity, instead of her anti-Trump cause.

BTW, most people who donate to charity also want a tax deduction, which they won't get here.

Melissa Gilbert Slams Betsy DeVos 'I Think She's a MORON!!!'

3/15/2018 6:38 AM PDT

Melissa Gilbert wants people to know how she really feels about Betsy DeVos, who, for starters .. Melissa considers a total embarrassment to their home state. And, that's the nicest thing she said.

The former "Little House on the Prairie" child star was leaving NBC Studios Wednesday in NYC when we asked for her 2 cents on Donald Trump's Secretary of Education, who recently bombed the crap outta her interview on "60 Minutes."

Melissa's no stranger to politics. She ran for congress in Michigan in 2016, and won the Democratic primary before health issues forced her to drop out -- and the fact DeVos is also from Michigan ain't sitting well with her.

She summed up the "60 Minutes" interview with one word, and is clearly baffled by Betsy's body of work. TBH, Melissa came THIS close to calling her clueless.

It ain't easy being "Secretary of Educatuon."

Sharon Osbourne Makes Busty Suggestion For Trump's Wall

3/14/2018 7:08 AM PDT

Sharon Osbourne's got a borderline inappropriate suggestion for President Trump's border wall that, if implemented, would probably entice more people to climb over -- on BOTH sides!

We got Sharon leaving Craig's Tuesday night in WeHo and wanted to get her take on Trump's wall-shopping trip outside San Diego. As we reported, the Prez checked out some wall, and at a news conference he called Mexicans "incredible climbers." Classic 45, right?

Sharon at first scoffed at the question, but then dug into it ... and wanted to know if Trump was adding a, shall we say, special touch to wall models he perused. She was joking, but something tells us POTUS would give her idea some thought.

Later, Sharon was leaving Delilah when she REALLY went for Trump's jugular.

U.K. Royal Family & Politicians Boycotting 2018 World Cup ... Over Spy Poisoning

3/14/2018 6:52 AM PDT
Breaking News

U.K. prime minister Theresa May just laid down the gauntlet to Russia -- saying NO members of the British government OR the royal family will attend the World Cup over a chemical attack on a double agent living in England.

May is FURIOUS over the attack on Sergei Skripal -- a former Russian spy who was jailed in Russia in 2006 for selling state secrets to British intelligence officers.

He was released in 2010 as part of a spy swap -- and was living in England. He was being visited by his 33-year-old daughter, Yulia, when they were both poisoned in an attack British officials are blaming on Russia.

May has already expelled 23 Russian diplomats from the country -- and has blocked Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov from his upcoming planned visit to Britain.

But, May REALLY let the Russians know she's pissed when she called off plans for high-ranking British officials and Royals to attend the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

"There will be no attendance by ministers or indeed members of the royal family at this summer's World Cup in Russia," May proclaimed in a speech to Parliament.

It seems the England team will compete as scheduled -- but those plans could change, too ... and that would be a HUGE deal in the U.K. where soccer is life.

March Madness White House Has 'High Stakes' Pool ... Says Deputy Press Sec.

3/14/2018 12:20 AM PDT

Trump's White House ain't playin' when it comes to March Madness -- so says Deputy Press Secretary Raj Shah, who tells TMZ Sports a "very high stakes" pool is ON for the tourney.

You might remember -- Donald caused quite a stir last year when he broke Obama's tradition and didn't fill out a bracket.

So ... does this Oval Office pool signal a change of heart for POTUS??

Raj wouldn't say ... but he did reveal his pick -- and told us D.C.'s other power players are split on who's going all the way.

Before you call foul -- Shah did NOT say cash was involved. Plus, it seems like an Executive Order covers them anyway.

Donald Trump Secret Service Descending On Fundraiser

3/13/2018 3:32 PM PDT

The Secret Service is all over the super exclusive gated community of Beverly Park like white on rice, securing the area for Tuesday night's Donald Trump fundraiser.

Agents were at the front gate, at the home where the event is going down, and police helicopters have been flying over the area to secure it.

TMZ broke the story ... the event is being held at the home of Ed Glazer, the owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Sixty-four guests will sit in rented tents in the backyard after paying a minimum of $35,000 per person. The top price is $250,000.

Glazer is a big Trump supporter, donating a quarter of a million bucks to Trump's Inauguration Committee and anteing up another $50k for Trump's Victory Joint Fundraising Committee.

President Trump I Tell Ya, These Mexicans 'Are Incredible Climbers'

3/13/2018 1:46 PM PDT
Breaking News

President Trump has concerns about some of the proposed border walls because, as he put it, "They are incredible climbers."

POTUS -- aka walking soundbite machine -- was touring the US-Mexican border just south of San Diego, checking out potential designs for the wall when he warned engineers, "Getting over the top is easy. These are like professional mountain climbers."

Trump also suggested a see-through wall might be the best option, so Border Patrol agents can see what's cooking on the other side. Still, his biggest concern was for Mexico's word-class mountaineers. He added, "They can't climb some of these walls. Some of them, they can."

Sounds like we're gonna need a Mt. Everest-sized wall.
