Dating a younger guy has Camille Grammer acting like a kid again -- we spotted her making out in the middle of a packed Las Vegas nightclub!

Grammer -- along with fellow "RHOBH" stars Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky, Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif -- hit up MOON inside the Palms. The former Mrs. Kelsey Grammer spent most of her evening in close proximity of her boyfriend, Dimitri George Charalambopoulos.

The gang was in town for Paul Nassif's new Blizz Frozen Yogurt & Desserts store at the MGM Grand.

Interesting to see how Kelsey has already gotten married and is expecting twins ... and Camille is the one hanging out in the clubs.

Ain't nothing wrong with that.

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Gretchen Rossi is telling friends ... Tamra Barney's new engagement is based on a money-grubbing lie -- manufactured by show producers desperate for a dramatic finale.

Sources close to Gretchen tell TMZ, producers originally approached Gretchen's BF Slade about proposing -- hoping he'd pop the question in time for the show's big finale this year. We're told producers even attempted to bribe Slade with an exotic proposal destination ... and a FREE RING.

We're told Slade turned the offer down -- convinced the public already hated him enough without a fake proposal -- so producers turned to Tamra and her BF Eddie Judge out of spite.

We're told Tamra and Eddie instantly snatched up the proposal package -- and her whole proposal was then conveniently filmed for the show ... at the same exotic location that was allegedly offered to Slade.

Bravo had no comment.

Snot your typical restraining order ... "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dr. Paul Nassif claims a dissatisfied nose job patient has been harassing and threatening him to the point the cops are now involved and Nassif is asking for court protection.

Nassif -- a cosmetic surgeon who is married to "Housewives" star Adrienne Maloof -- performed all sorts of schnoz work on Roman Melikov. Mr. Melikov didn't like the results, to say the least.

According to the police report, Nassif claims Melikov incessantly called his office, demanding to speak with him and threatening, "If I don't get to f**king talk to Dr. Nassif, I will just show up and f**king wait for him to talk to me because he needs to f**king pay for this!"

And Melikov left voicemails for Nassif, referring to himself as a "psycho." Melikov also said he would come to Bev Hills to "have Nassif's wife help him out of pity."

Nassif's employees fear Melikov is mentally unstable and could come to the office "and do something crazy."

Nassif wants a restraining order, keeping Melikov away from him and his family. As for Melikov, he wants a $26,000 refund.

We spoke with Melikov, who told us Nassif screwed up his nose. The swelling didn't go down for 2 years. And the 25-year-old businessman tells us his nose is now bigger and ugly.


8:13 AM PST -- Melikov, a portfolio manager, tells TMZ Nassif has taken his "psycho" comment totally out of context ... explaining, "I told him I had to be a psycho to invest in this market, because it has been so volatile. "

Former "Real Housewives of New York" star Cindy Barshop has heard the cries of the anti-fur community and had a change of heart -- she's going to make her new line of luxury merkins fur-free!

As TMZ first reported, the "RHONY" is selling the pubic wigs at her NYC waxing salon, Completely Bare. One of the merkins used real fox fur -- which, according to our sources, drew lots of hate mail and threats in Cindy's direction. 

So, we're told, plans to use the real fox fur have been scrapped and instead she'll go with faux fur.

Now you don't have to worry about PETA throwing paint on your nether regions.

If Gerard Butler really did have mind-blowing sex with "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville -- as she proudly claims -- he doesn't remember it ... asking TMZ, "Who's Brandi Glanville?"

In case you didn't know ... Brandi -- Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife -- recently appeared on a talk show, announcing she once bumped uglies with Gerard for an entire week ... and it was so good, she rated him an 11 out of 10.

But either Butler has so much good sex, he can't remember every bangmates's name -- or Brandi's lying. Both are equally plausible.

Danielle Staub can keep her pants on ... for now ... 'cause the former "Real Housewives" villain just won a nasty legal fight with one of the biggest strip clubs in the country.

TMZ has learned ... a federal judge in NY just ruled that Scores New York failed to show why Staub had a legal obligation to continue working for the gentlemen's club after taking a $25k payment to perform in a stripper video in 2010.

As we previously reported, Scores sued Staub for $375k ... claiming she failed to make a series of appearances at the club and on the Scores website ... after accepting the initial payment.

But in the court ruling, obtained by TMZ, the judge claimed Scores drew up a "vague" contract ... and never clearly specified Staub's obligations to the club.

The judge officially dismissed the lawsuit Wednesday -- but the war may not be over ... 'cause Scores can bring the fight back to the court if new information comes to light.

In the meantime, if you REALLY wanna see Staub get naked ... there's always her sex tape -- if you're into bagels, broccoli and onions.

Barshop won't be back on "RHONY" for season 5, but from the look of it ... she's got things covered.

With a big smile on her face, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards hit up Mr. Chow last night ... her first public outing since checking out of rehab earlier this month.

The 47-year-old went to the Beverly Hills celebrity hot spot with her big sister Kathy Hilton.

In December, Kim entered rehab for treatment of alcohol abuse and other "serious issues."

Family members have said Kim is doing "really well" since completing the 30-day program and are optimistic she'll stay on track.

It's still unclear if the "recovery" storyline will be featured on the next season of the reality show.

Former "Real Housewives of NYC" star Jill Zarin ain't bitter she got the boot from the show -- telling TMZ, she's still got a filthy rich husband ... and she proved it by flashing the $19,000 ring he bought her last month at Elizabeth Taylor's jewelry collection.

Honestly, we have no idea how she walked around with that thing last night in New York -- because it's freaking MASSIVE ... a gemstone the size of a baby's fist, designed by famed jeweler Zohrab Istanboulian, and once worn by Liz Taylor herself.
