Michael Lohan just made a public ultimatum for
Lindsay Lohan to go into rehab for a prescription drug problem.

During the news conference, Michael said Lindsay was "not okay" and told all her enablers to "get the hell out of the way."
Michael said he doesn't want Lindsay to end up like
Brittany Murphy or
DJ AM and would like her to go to rehab on Long Island ... far from Hollywood.
We've learned that although Michael says he's made arrangements with Lindsay's lawyer,
Shawn Chapman Holley -- it's not true. Chapman Holley has told Mike that she reps Lindsay -- not him -- and will do as her client instructs.
Dina Lohan, who did not join in the news conference, tells TMZ that Lindsay is "fine."
After speaking with Dina, a TMZ producer asked Michael a question that made him totally go off.
Charlie Sheen got a standing ovation from the audience before and after taping last Friday during filming of "
Two and a Half Men," TMZ has learned.
Our spies say when Charlie walked out on the stage the audience rose to its collective feet and went nuts.
Charlie filmed from 7-10:15 pm. He got a standing O at the end, then got in his car and returned to rehab in Malibu.
The set of "Two and a Half Men" -- which normally films in front of a live studio audience -- had been closed to audience members earlier this month, after Sheen pled not guilty to felony assault stemming from the Christmas incident involving wife,
Brooke Mueller.
Sheen's trial is set to start July 21 ... but there's a strong likelihood of a plea bargain.

The people closest to
Lindsay Lohan aren't the only ones who are alarmed at her condition -- some police officers who routinely come in contact with Lindsay tell TMZ they have thought seriously about forcing her to get help.
Cops who see Lindsay at her worst -- late nights and early mornings when she needs assistance avoiding the paparazzi -- tell TMZ they have been concerned about her "erratic behavior" and "attitude," which have grown progressively worse over the last few months.
We're told during one of Lindsay's crazier nights out recently, cops became so concerned they discussed taking her in for a 5150 evaluation.
Cops decided against it because she didn't meet all the criteria for a 5150 -- they felt she could still take care of herself, though feebly.
As we first reported, a professional who is extremely close to Lindsay fears
she's going to die if she doesn't get help for substance abuse ... stat.
Charlie Sheen's wife,
Brooke Mueller, took a break from in-home rehab yesterday to run a few errands in Beverly Hills.

Sheen is back to work at "
Two and a Half Men," shooting by day and going to rehab by night.

TMZ has confirmed producers of "
Two and a Half Men" have scuttled two of the last four episodes because
Charlie Sheen's rehab derailed the production schedule.
But here's the deal. We're told Charlie has a right under his contract to 86 the last two episodes. Sources tell us Charlie is only contractually bound to do 22 episodes, which he will have done. He wasn't required to do 24 episodes this season, although that was the plan.
Nevertheless, Charlie won't get paid a reported $825,000 per episode for the aborted last two. And, we're told the rest of the production staff won't be paid either.
Charlie Sheen just arrived at the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank to begin shooting the final four episodes of the season for "
Two and a Half Men."

Charlie -- who will be on set with his sober coach -- was low profile in the back seat as he entered the lot.
He'll go back to rehab each day and spend the nights there for the foreseeable future.
Charlie Sheen will plead not guilty today in
Aspen -- weather permitting -- to felony menacing and two misdemeanors, but the judge could ask a question that could land Charlie in jail.
Charlie is currently out on bail for the Christmas Day incident involving his wife,
Brooke Mueller. One of the conditions of bail -- Charlie can't consume alcohol or use drugs.
Our sources say Charlie has fallen off the wagon since his arrest ... which is why he's currently in rehab. If the judge asks Charlie about rehab during Monday's
arraignment and whether alcohol and/or drugs drove him there, Charlie is in a no-win situation.
If he tells the judge he consumed alcohol or used drugs, his
bail can be revoked and he could be thrown in jail. If he tells the judge he did not use alcohol or drugs, he could face a perjury charge.
Technically, all Charlie has to do is say two words -- not guilty. The judge isn't required to ask about anything. But if he does ... all bets are off.
Charlie is scheduled to fly out this AM from L.A. to Aspen. Flights were canceled last night because of weather.
Charlie Sheen will resume shooting "
Two and a Half Men" next week during the day, but he'll go back to rehab at night ... sources tell TMZ.
As we first reported Sheen was going back to the set next week to shoot the remaining 4 episodes of the season.
Our sources tell us Charlie will be in rehab full-time until early Monday morning, when he'll fly to
Aspen for his felony arraignment.
He'll come back to L.A. Monday night, where he'll sleep at the rehab facility and then show up on Tuesday to film the show.
We're told after each day on the set Charlie will go directly back to rehab.
As for how he's doing, multiple sources say he's doing great and his doctors have given him the go-ahead to resume filming.
Brooke Mueller is committed to her marriage, with one big but --
Charlie Sheen has to take sobriety seriously ... this according to sources. But people on Charlie's side say bluntly, "
She is the problem."

As we first reported, Brooke left rehab and is living at the family home, along with a cadre of therapists. Brooke is saying, "I love Charlie to death," but she feels the only way she can stay sober is if Charlie gives it the ol' college try.
It's interesting ... we're told Brooke is not demanding that Charlie
stay sober ... just that he try. She's acknowledging both of them have a huge problem and both are going to slip from time to time. For her part, she's been in rehab multiple times.
But here's what's interesting -- people in Charlie's camp are telling us, "It's Brooke's craziness that is fueling all of this" and that she is the bad influence on him.
Marie Osmond's son,
Michael Blosil, was clean and sober around the time of his death, this according to friends and roommates who spoke with police.
It had been widely reported that Michael checked into rehab back in 2007 -- but law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Michael's friends and roommates claim he was clean around the time of his death.
Our sources also tell us the friends and roommates told law enforcement he had attempted to take his life once before and had been struggling recently.
Brooke Mueller has left her second rehab facility and gone back to live at the family home ... but this time she's brought all the rehab professionals with her ... TMZ has learned.
Sources tell us Brooke wanted to be back home with the kids since
Charlie Sheen is now in rehab, and she brought along her sober coaches, therapists and others.
One person said there is so much luggage and so many people in the house "It looks like a circus."
We're told Charlie's mom and dad,
Martin Sheen, are also living at the house.
As for Charlie, we're told he's "calm and committed" after his first day of rehab.
