The car shop owned by Paul Walker and Roger Rodas is shutting its doors for good ... after both men were killed in a violent car crash last month, TMZ has learned.
Sources close to Rodas tell TMZ, Always Evolving -- the performance and racing shop in Valencia, CA -- is expected to close for business in the next few weeks.
We're told the people who helped run the shop have already left and are looking for new jobs.
The shop itself is being cleaned out, and we're told the cars in-house will be auctioned off.
We're also told there's a core group of people who want to keep the shop open, but without Rodas and Walker's leadership and financial support ... it's impossible.
Cops to Justin Bieber
Keep Your Hotboxed Vans Out of L.A.
... Or Else
12/19/2013 12:40 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Justin Bieber better think twice before driving around L.A. in a hotboxed car again -- because TMZ has learned, cops are now on the lookout for ANY of the singer's suspiciously smoking vehicles ... especially that ridiculous black van.
Multiple law enforcement sources tell us, cops are pissed at the Biebs for his hotbox stunt outside Power 106 this week -- when he rolled up to the radio station in a van, slid back the door, and released a nuclear cloud of smoke.
We're told police are on the lookout for Bieber and his pals getting smokey behind the wheel. The smoke would give cops probable cause to search the vehicle, everyone inside would be detained and ordered to produce weed cards, or else. The driver would also be scrutinized for possible DUI.
Cops are fed up with him.
Crash Investigation Ongoing
Report Blaming Speed Alone Is Bogus
12/18/2013 3:39 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
A new report blaming Paul Walker's fatal car accident on excess speed alone is false -- multiple informed law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
The Associated Press is running a story that investigators have already concluded there was NO EVIDENCE Paul's Porsche had mechanical problems at the time of the crash.
According to the report, investigators believe Paul's friend Roger Rodas was simply driving way too fast ... and that's what led to the November 30 crash in Santa Clarita, which killed both Walker and Rodas. The report says the investigation also ruled out debris in the road as a possible cause for the car losing control.
But we've learned that's not true -- multiple law enforcement sources familiar with the investigation tell us, the investigation is ongoing and NO determinations have been made regarding the cause.
We broke the story ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. has summoned Porsche engineers from Germany to come here and examine what's left of the engine, brakes and tires in an effort to determine the cause of the accident.

Cops Summon Porsche Experts from Germany
12/18/2013 9:40 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
The Paul Walker death investigation has taken a new turn -- mechanical experts who work at Porsche in Germany are flying out to L.A. in an attempt to get to the bottom of what caused the fatal crash ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... they want a full analysis of the Carrera GT, including brakes, engine and body. They also want the experts to help determine speed at the time of impact. Our sources say they're also interested in the tires, and at least one is available for analysis because it was not completely destroyed in the fire.
TMZ broke the story, the L.A. County Coroner determined Walker died from a combination of impact and flames.
The Porsche experts will be working with Sheriff investigators to make an attempt to determine a clear cause of the crash.
Pilot's Mayday Call
OUR PLANE'S ON FIRE!
12/18/2013 1:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Dwight Yoakam's plane was on fire ... IN THE AIR! That mayday call from the pilot triggered an emergency at Van Nuys Airport, where the runway was cleared and the fire department nervously waited.
Yoakam and 9 others were on board the twin-engine Hawker 800 jet over the weekend ... when the pilot called the tower to report an engine fire.
The plane landed safely ... turns out there was a lot of smoke but no fire.
Yoakam was on his way home after playing a small, private gig in a tiny village in Canada's Northwest Territories -- about 1,300 miles due North of Great Falls, MT.
The event was a 50th birthday party ... thrown by a woman who had more than enough to pay the country singer ... because she just won a $7.6 million dollar lottery jackpot.
In the end Dwight was lucky too ... his plane landed.

Either Justin Bieber's van had some serious mechanical problems in L.A. today ... or his crew was blazing a METRIC TON of Mary Jane inside -- because when the singer slid the door open and stepped out, he was followed by a Hiroshima-level cloud of smoke.
You gotta see it. It's like something out of a stoner movie.
Bieber -- a noted weed enthusiast -- was arriving for a radio interview at Power 106. Here's hoping he can still form complete sentences.
Wynonna Put a Tracking Device on My Car!
12/14/2013 12:45 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Wynonna Judd is being accused of attempting to secretly track her sister Ashley Judd's every move ... by placing a GPS tracking device on her car.
The incident was first reported to police back in November when Wynonna's daughter drove Ashley's car to a mechanic ... and asked them to check for a tracking device -- according to reports.
The GPS device was located ... so they reported it to police -- and an investigation was launched to figure out who put it there.
According to the police report ... when cops contacted Ashley asking if she had any idea who placed the device on her ride -- Ashley pointed the finger at Wynonna.
Detectives tried in vain to reach Wynonna ... so they contacted the P.I. to whom the device was registered -- but they got the cold shoulder.
Wynonna's lawyer eventually called police -- and said the whole thing was a misunderstanding ... the singer was just trying to track her daughter whom she knew had been driving the vehicle.
Wow ... families used to bow their heads and pray ... now they spy on each other.
Family Believes Road Bumps Sealed His Fate
12/11/2013 8:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Paul Walker died after the speeding Porsche in which he was riding hydroplaned on reflective plastic markers in the street ... at least that's what his family and accident reconstruction experts believe.
Sources close to Paul's family tell TMZ ... the family has been in touch with stunt experts who have gone to the crash site and come back with what they believe is a solid theory -- a speeding car that hits the plastic markers -- called Botts' Dots -- will hydroplane, causing the driver to lose control.
We've learned the experts have told the family ... a car going speeds approaching 90 MPH will lose traction after hitting a series of Botts' Dots. It's akin to driving on ice -- and control is further compromised by the fact that the Porsche was outfitted with special racing tires that have very little tread.
And there's this ... Porsche sent out a memo to dealers back in 2004, warning about control problems with the Carrera GT, saying, "This vehicle cannot drive over a Foster Beer can that is lying on its side. It will crush the can and damage the carbon fiber under panels," adding, "You need to be aware of what type of road surface you are on (dips, pot holes, seam heights, etc.)."
Law enforcement sources say they have not concluded the exact cause of the accident, but it appears they're looking at the Botts' Dots ... as a viable theory for triggering the fatal crash.

12/11/2013 12:30 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Kevin Dillon tells TMZ ... the "Entourage" movie will finally begin shooting in January -- and he won't let a little thing like a BROKEN WRIST keep him from doing his job
Dillon -- who was doing some shopping in Malibu last week -- wouldn't say HOW he jacked up his wrist, but explained that it's not the first time he's suffered the injury.
There was one more thing ... we asked Kev about his truck, the one that embarrassingly broke down on him (in front of our camera) the last time we shot him out ... and he dropped an interesting fact about an unlikely HERO who saved the day. Check out the clip.

Paul Walker knew damn well how dangerous it is to race high-performance cars on the road ... because he was about to join the fight to stop illegal street racing ... this according to Hulk Hogan's ex-wife.
Linda Hogan was in Thousand Oaks, CA last week when she told us Paul and her son, Nick Hogan, bonded over their love of race cars ... and says they had big plans.
After Nick's infamous street racing accident in 2007, he started a charity called "Keep it On the Track" -- and Linda says Paul was going to team up with Nick to spread the word about keeping high-performance race cars ON designated race tracks, and OFF streets.
Paul and Nick also had something fun in the works -- watch the clip, Linda says it was all about "their toys."
