It may seem like Rob Lowe is good at everything -- but as he displayed in Hawaii this weekend, his surfing skills could use a little work.

The feud between Rob Lowe and his two scorned nannies is over -- the second and final nanny suit against Rob has been settled.
Sides for both Lowe and Laura Boyce -- who alleged she was a victim of sexual harassment by Rob's wife Sheryl -- have asked for the whole case to be dismissed.
No coincidence, we hear, that the dismissal comes after the judge ruled the Lowe's could go after Boyce for violating the confidentiality clause in her contract.
As for how much money changed hands ... we can't tell you exactly, but here's what we hear -- Laura won't be planning any expensive vacations any time soon.
The other suit -- involving former nanny Jessica Gibson -- will also be dismissed.

Rob Lowe has settled up with a former nanny, who claimed Lowe sexually harassed her by, among other things, exposing himself to her and groping her.
Both sides have requested that the case be dismissed, according to documents obtained by People. Lowe and Jessica Gibson have sued each other -- the actor denying the allegations and claiming she tried to blackmail him.
It's unclear if money will change hands in the settlement.
Lowe still has to deal with another former nanny... Laura Boyce. Boyce claims she was sexually harassed as well while working for Rob and Sheryl Lowe. The Lowes deny it.
Sometimes you're better off just doing your own dishes.

While he hasn't aged in nearly 20 years, Rob Lowe soaked his smooth, shirtless bones in the Miami sun on Tuesday.
Dorian Gray has got nothing on the 45-year-old star.

So the Gloria Allred just fired off an email to us, saying our story about Rob Lowe was wrong -- you know, the case where Lowe is suing his former nanny, Laura Boyce, for allegedly violating the confidentiality agreement and defaming him.
The judge in the case just shot down Boyce's claim that the confidentiality agreement was not enforceable -- at least, that's what we said. Gloria, who reps the nanny, claims the judge merely denied her motion to throw out Lowe's lawsuit, and didn't rule on the confidentiality agreement.
But Lowe's lawyer, Larry Stein, tells us Gloria is full of it -- that her whole argument was that the case should be 86'd because the confidentiality agreement violated Boyce's First Amendment rights and was unenforceable. Stein says the judge squarely rejected Allred's challenge to the confidentiality agreement.
One thing's for sure -- someone's gonna end up cryin'....

Rob Lowe just won a huge victory in his bitter lawsuit against his former nanny -- and it's a decision that will have a big impact behind closed doors in Hollywood.
Lowe sued Laura Boyce for allegedly violating the confidentiality agreement she signed, by blabbing all over town that the Lowes did horrible things around her. Lowe claims Boyce was telling people his wife, Sheryl, did things like walk around naked in front of the nanny and comment about the penis size of the nanny's boyfriend -- claims the Lowes deny.
In a stunning decision yesterday, the judge in the case rejected Boyce's claim that the confidentiality agreement was invalid, on grounds it violated her freedom of speech rights.
The judge has effectively told a bunch of celebrities it's still safe to hire help and make them sign agreements that they won't spill secrets for fun or financial gain.

After his last Hawaiian getaway, it's no surprise Rob Lowe decided to go on holiday with his family, but without a nanny ... or a shirt

This is just weird: The Chinese just ate up an appearance by Rob Lowe -- and it was all for the Governator.
Lowe entertained some Chinese diplomats, reports the LA Times, at a taping for his show "Brothers and Sisters." There was an ulterior motive: Arnold Schwarzenegger asked Lowe to get them to talk about global warming, while dazzling them with a lil' showbiz.
Best part: Lowe got them doubled over laughing by repeating some of his pidgin Chinese from "Wayne's World."

Assuming fires don't ravage them, Oprah Winfrey and Rob Lowe have some pretty nice houses in Montecito to return home to.
Oprah purchased her 14,000 square foot house back in 2001 for a reported $55 million. It features six bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. Lowe's $25 million estate sits on a 242,193 square foot lot.
Thus far, the fires haven't reached either home. Fire knows better than to mess with O.

The fires in Montecito haven't reached Rob Lowe's home yet, but he isn't taking any chances.
Lowe's rep tells us as of last night, Rob's home was still standing, but he had to move his family out.
No word on the condition of any nannies.

David Crosby claims the only thing bigger than Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young was the genitalia Rob Lowe's nanny coveted.
In a declaration filed in the case of Laura Boyce -- the former Lowe nanny who claims she was sexually harassed -- Crosby claims he went to Hawaii last year and spent some time with the Lowes and Boyce. He claims during the trip, Boyce "stated on several occasions that she only dates 'black guys' because of their 'c**ks.'"
Crosby adds, "Laura Boyce was open about her personal life and dating preferences and freely discussed that in front of my wife and me."
In another declaration, Heather Melchiori, another friend of the Lowes, says last year, while having lunch with Sheryl Lowe, "Laura began bragging about the size of her boyfriend's penis. Laura said that her boyfriend was an African American athlete." She added that Laura bragged that "her boyfriend's penis was 'the second largest black c**k in the NBA.'" And for good measure, Melchiori adds it was so big, Laura "had to wear a 'life saver' so that his penis didn't 'rip her p***y apart."
Crosby's first solo album was called "If I Could Only Remember My Name."

The Lowe family's battle with former nanny Laura Boyce is getting nasty -- literally.
Rob's wife Sheryl filed her declaration on Thursday. Sheryl says while on vacay in Hawaii she had to take the nanny to the emergency room for an "infection on her lips." Sheryl also says she tried to help Boyce out by buying her clothes and even supported her efforts to get pregnant by her NBA boyfriend -- despite the fact it would have meant Boyce would quit.
What a pleasant alternative that would have been for everyone.

Nobody wants to buy a product from a married guy accused of gettin' down and dirty with the help -- just ask Rob Lowe.
According to court docs filed yesterday, Rob claims he's been passed over for at least three commercials since the second nanny sued him for sexual harassment. He says he's lost over a mil as a result. That's a big paycheck -- where is he filming these commercials, Japan?
Rob swears he never acted inappropriately with the nannies but it doesn't sound like the advertisers are buying it.
