How Lowe Can We Go?
New documents were filed yesterday by Rob Lowe's attorney, but they're boring as s**t.
Peruse them, if that's your thing.

Rob Lowe's ex-nanny loves the word no. In a declaration filed today, Jessica Gibson goes line by line, denying every allegation Lowe, wife Sheryl and anyone on their side has made about her and her alleged behavior.
In court docs, filed today in Santa Barbara County Superior Court, Gibson says there is "animosity" between her and her sister Jamie, so you can't believe her yarn about demanding cash from the Lowes. She also adds she doesn't recall ever signing a confidentiality agreement to work for the Lowes.
Gibson says she had no clue she couldn't have visitors over to the Lowe house and "was not aware" that she needed permission for the visits.
And there's more ...

Mrs. Lowe is nasty -- allegedly. A former Lowe nanny has filed new legal papers, reiterating her most shocking claim -- that when she tried to call in sick to work one day, Sheryl Lowe yelled the reason for her illness was "she got strep throat from sucking n****r d**k. I mean black d**k."
In new documents, filed yesterday in L.A County Superior Court, Laura Boyce claims on November 16, 2007 she called in sick. She says she "heard Sheryl Lowe in the background yelling and laughing into the phone." Then she allegedly made the racist comments. "At the time," Boyce says, "I was dating an African-American man."
After hearing what Sheryl said, Boyce quit -- then and there. She said she had no contact with the Lowes, except one voice mail she says Sheryl left her, until April 7, 2008 when she was "shocked to learn from a television report that I had been sued by Rob and Sheryl Lowe."
It is unclear why Laura has made the same allegations in two separate legal filings.

The boyfriend of Rob and Sheryl Lowe's former nanny admits he gave her some pretty dumb advice.
In more court documents, filed late last week in Santa Barbara County Superior Court, Jessica Gibson's boyfriend Jason Lesh says after Gibson abruptly quit her job last February, she wanted to "tell Sheryl Lowe to f**k off" in a text message. Lesh says he stopped her -- and crafted a kinder, gentler text for her to send.
In his declaration, Lesh says he told Gibson to send a text in a "nice tone" to her former boss to "appease" her, with the hopes "that Jessica could 'neutralize' her." He now says that was something that "I deeply regret, and now believe to be stupid."
The Lowes sued Gibson in April alleging their former nanny breached her confidentiality agreement and was in cahoots with other employees trying to shake down the couple. Gibson fired back with her own suit, claiming the Lowes sexually harassed her and engaged in sexually inappropriate behavior.

A former chef for Rob Lowe and his wife Sheryl says the couple's former nanny was a "sexual predator"!
In a declaration filed today in Santa Barbara County Superior Court, James Maclear says he worked for the Lowes as a chef from June to December 2005. In that time, he claims Jessica Gibson had an "overtly flirtatious manner." He says within hours of meeting her she "changed into hot pants and was laying on the kitchen floor with her legs open in a very suggestive manner."
He also says Gibson aggressively pursued him -- on several occasions telling him "she was very horny" -- even though he told her he had a girlfriend.
He says once at a friend's birthday party Gibson paraded around a pizza joint singing the Pussycat Dolls' "Don't cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me" directly to his girlfriend.
Maclear also says Gibson's "constant sexual innuendo" made him so uncomfortable that he complained to her supervisor. He says he "never saw Rob flirt with Jessica," and "never saw Sheryl do or say anything that was sexually inappropriate or offensive." He also says Jessica "would often call Sheryl names, including a 'f***ing c**t'."

In response to the litany stories TMZ published today about Rob Lowe and Jessica Gibson, Gibson's attorney, Gloria Allred, just issued this statement:
"These declarations were filed in opposition to our SLAPP motion which will be heard on July 10th. We will be filing our reply next week.
"This appears to be an attempt to distract from the real issue which is our allegations of sexual harassment by Rob Lowe of Jessica Gibson and retaliation against her when she complained of it.
"When the smoke clears, this is what the case is about and no amount of red herrings will distract the jury from deciding these issues."

If threatening to beat up your girlfriend's boss isn't love, then what is?
Attorneys for Rob and Sheryl filed emails between Jessica Gibson and her boyfriend. In one, Jessica's lovely BF offers, "You want I come over and beat her up and trash the house and steal her jewelry and then we run away to mexico and change our names to juan and juanita." Drop the chalupa dude!
Jessica responded in the negative and Man of the Year wrote back, "It was just an idea." Muy mal, we might add.

A tennis instructor employed by Rob and Sheryl Lowe says former nanny Jessica Gibson came onto him like a ton o' bricks -- even though he was 48 and she was 22.
In court docs filed yesterday, Nigel Armstrong, who coached the Lowes' kids, says "Jessica was standing in the kitchenette and had taken off her pants and underwear and invited me to have sex even though the boys were in the general area."
In another instance, Armstrong claims, in the presence of the Lowe children, Jessica tried to "kiss me and make out." He also says Jessica was so aggressive in her pursuit -- even though he had a girlfriend and lived in London -- she called him to say "she had found an apartment for 'us' in Santa Barbara."
He also says Jessica never complained about her employers, but called Sheryl "dirty."

TMZ has obtained a declaration filed by Sheryl Lowe, claiming the nanny who alleges Rob had a personal relationship with her was the one on the make, and jock blocked by Sheryl herself.
Sheryl claims former nanny Jessica Gibson "sought attention from my husband" in a variety of ways. In February 2008, during a fishing trip, Sheryl claims Jessica "asked my husband, in front of me and sitting next to me, if he would rub sunblock on her. I stepped in and said no, I would do it, and that was not appropriate for her to ask him."
Sheryl goes on: "I recall one other occasion when Ms. Gibson asked my husband to rub sun block on her ...I ... told her that I would do it. She got upset with me for stepping in, left us and went back to her room."
And there's more. Sheryl says in England in 2005, "She had taken a shower and walked out of her bathroom, wrapped in only a towel, dripping wet and walked down two stories to the living room area where my husband was reading." She adds, "When I saw her, I told her to go to her room and put on some clothes and never do that again."

When Jessica Gibson asked Rob Lowe for $1.5 million to stay quiet, she didn't pull that figure out of her ass.
According to documents filed yesterday, Jamie Gibson Sprovieri -- the older sister of Rob Lowe's accuser, Jessica Gibson -- says Gibson came up with the $1.5 mil figure because "she had heard that another well-known actor had paid that amount to a woman who threatened to bring a sexual harassment claim against him."
Gibson's sister also says that her sister told her that if the Lowes had only paid her the $200 she felt she was owed, she never would have been threatening a lawsuit against them.
Sprovieri says her sister never made any mention of any wrongdoing on Rob Lowe's part ... until Gibson demanded $1.5 million from Lowe to stay quiet.

With two former nannies accusing Rob of sexual harassment, it seemed fair to ask if he'd be going with a manny in the future.

The former nanny Rob Lowe is suing wants the lawsuit thrown out, because she claims she never made a vow of silence and therefore could say anything she wanted against the Lowes.
The court docs, filed yesterday in Santa Barbara County Superior Court, claim Jessica Gibson never signed a confidentiality agreement when she began working with the Lowes and, therefore, the Lowes have no legal right to object to anything she may have said about them.
But here's the deal. Robbie boy is claiming Jessica defamed him by telling people she had an affair with him. If Jessica really did say this and it's untrue, it doesn't matter whether a confidentiality agreement exists. Defamation is defamation.
UPDATE: Sources tell TMZ, last Feb 25, Jessica Gibson sent an email, saying, "I need a copy of my confidentiality contract." Interesting.

Gloria Allred is calling out Rob Lowe -- again! She claims that Lowe and his wife are doing the same denial dance with former nanny Laura Boyce, that they did with ex nanny Jessica Gibson.
Allred issued the following statement to TMZ regarding the legal papers that were filed by the Lowes yesterday:
"Ms. Gibson and her attorney received responses recently to the numerous questions posed in the interrogatories as part of the discovery process in the lawsuit between Gibson and the Lowes. We also asked them to produce documents and other supporting material."
But she doesn't stop there.

Rob Lowe has filed an answer to the legal claim lodged by former nanny Laura Boyce. His response: Deny, deny deny.
Lowe claims neither he nor his wife did anything sexually untoward as alleged by Boyce. In legal papers filed today in L.A. County Superior court and obtained by TMZ, they deny every one of her claims. They also say her claims are barred by the statute of limitations, that she sat on her hands (i.e., waited too long) before filing her claim.
And the Lowes say she should be thrown out of court because she has "unclean hands." That means even if the Lowes did something dirty, so did she -- so she doesn't have a righteous case.
We love the law.
