'SHAHS OF SUNSET' MIKE SHOUHED TAKES DEAL IN DOM. VIOLENCE CASE

"Shahs of Sunset" star Mike Shouhed is no longer facing a domestic violence charge for allegedly roughing up his fiancée ... that is, if he follows through with a few classes, including a gun safety course.

According to court documents, Mike cut a deal with prosecutors that got a slew of misdemeanor charges dismissed from his domestic violence arrest. Most notably, domestic violence, battery and unlawfully attempting to dissuade a witness were all dropped.

Per the docs, prosecutors agreed to let Mike enter into a diversion program to close out his case -- meaning he won't have to plead to any charges as long as he successfully completes the terms of the program.

Mike agreed to take anger management and parenting classes, along with performing community service and completing a gun safety course.

Mike was also facing a handful of weapons charges -- including criminal storage of a loaded firearm and possession of an assault weapon -- so another condition is he's now barred from owning or possessing any weapons during the 2-year diversion program.

As we reported ... Mike was arrested back in March for allegedly getting physical with a woman during a fight, who was later identified as his fiancée, Paulina Ben-Cohen.

Mike and Paulina, who have been engaged since 2021, went to Los Cabos for a getaway only a few weeks after his arrest ... with Mike showing tons of affection to Paulina's kids during a day on the beach.

Mike's attorney, George Mgdesyan, tells TMZ, "In this case, the DA didn’t bring this case because they saw the facts like I did. If this case was brought to trial, the prosecution would not be able to prove it. All my client’s guns were legal, in his bedroom that was locked with a keypad. No one was allowed in the master bedroom."

He continues, "It was unfortunate that there was one weapon registered to my client before laws changed, and it was a technical violation. However, the City Attorney’s Office charged him with gun charges. In light of the offer, he was not convicted and will earn a dismissal that’s in his best interest because the domestic violence charges were dismissed. If the domestic violence charges were not dismissed, we would proceed to trial. It was a no brainer."

Mike's due back in court in January for a progress report.

'SHAHS OF SUNSET' Mike CHARGED WITH DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

UPDATE

9:29 AM PT -- Turns out, Paulina is the victim in this incident ... her attorney, Joshua Ritter, tells us, "Paulina’s primary focus is on keeping herself and her children safe. She supports the work that the police and the City Attorney’s Office have done and she continues to cooperate with them, while looking forward to putting this sad situation behind her and moving on with her life."

For "Shahs of Sunset" star Mike Shouhed, 13 is especially unlucky -- that's the number of criminal charges he's now facing following his domestic violence arrest.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the Los Angeles City Attorney hit Mike with a slew of misdemeanor charges, most notably domestic violence, battery and unlawfully attempting to dissuade a witness.

Mike's also facing a couple of weapons charges ... including criminal storage of a loaded firearm and possession of an assault weapon.

Remember, Mike was arrested back in March for allegedly getting physical with a woman during a fight. Cops did not identify the alleged victim, and it's unclear if Mike's fiancée, Paulina Ben-Cohen, was involved. The new charging docs do not name the alleged victim either.

TMZ broke the story ... Mike and Paulina went to Los Cabos for vacation only a few weeks after his arrest, with Mike showing lots of love to Paulina's kids during a day at the beach.

Mike and Paulina, who have been engaged since 2019, are still together.

As we first reported ... a couple weeks after Mike's arrest, "Shahs of Sunset" was canceled after 9 seasons, with production sources saying the Bravo show had simply run its course.

Reza Farahan Drag Shows Are Art, Non-Issue for Kids ... TX & FL Should Focus on School Shootings

WE HAVE TO STAY FOCUSED
TMZ.com

Reza Farahan says politicians have screwed up priorities, and clearly have no clue what goes on at drag shows since they're trying to make laws blocking kids from attending them.

We caught up with the former "Shahs of Sunset" star in L.A. and asked what his thoughts were about the new potential legislation in Texas and Florida ...  which would make it a crime for parents to bring their children with them to drag revues.

Reza says it's not just misguided, it's heartbreaking -- he doesn't understand why drag shows are being sexualized by folks who know nothing about them. He says, these shows are nothing but a group of people who are expressing themselves and entertaining people in their own way.

He adds, the shows are a form of art ... all about folks living their best lives and expressing love and happiness. Reza insisted, politicians simply love to sensationalize anything related to the LGBTQ+ community.

Texas State Rep. Bryan Slaton recently said he was filing the potential bill after recent footage went viral of kids in Dallas attending a drag show.

Reza's especially incensed Texas leaders are picking this fight so soon after the horrific mass shooting in Uvalde, TX -- and says gun violence is an actual issue they should focus on to protect children.

'Shahs Of Sunset' Canceled After 9 Seasons

After 9 seasons on the air, "Shahs of Sunset" has gotten the ax ... but all might not be lost for some of the cast members who still could have some sort of future with the network.

Production sources tell TMZ the Bravo show simply ran its course after first airing in March 2012 ... and a decision has been made to end it.

There's some promising news amid the cancelation, however ... our sources say some of Shah's OG's -- Reza Farahan, Mercedes "MJ" Javid and Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi -- are all in early talks for potential future projects with the network.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

If you didn't know ... "Shahs of Sunset" followed a group of Persian-Americans as they navigated their social lives and careers in Los Angeles -- all while trying to meet the demands of their families and their Shah traditions.

The series premiered with controversy ... concern grew within the Iranian-American community that the show would promote a very stereotypical message to the world.

Cast members have said the series portrays a more "Americanized" version of Persians, comparing their likeness to the "savage" depiction in modern films like 2012's "Argo."

Mike from 'Shahs of Sunset' Appalled with Reza ... Bitching 3 Yrs Later About Merch, Bro??

ANGRY OVER NOTHING
TMZ.com

"Shahs of Sunset" star Mike Shouhed is dumbfounded as to why his longtime friend and costar, Reza Farahan, is taking their beef to the next level by threatening to sue him.

We got Mike out at Equinox in L.A. Friday afternoon and asked about Reza firing off a cease and desist letter, threatening to sue if Mike doesn't stop selling t-shirts with Reza's face.

Quick backstory ... on the last season of 'Shahs,' tensions were running high between Mike and Reza, and they had several heated arguments. One of their biggest issues is the fact Mike's been hawking t-shirts on his website for 3 years ... and one of them has Reza's mug and the words "Reza is My Homeboy."

Reza's known about it, but now that they've been at each other's throats ... he sent the letter claiming Mike's merch sales violate Reza's rights to control the marketing of his own likeness and image.

Mike posted the letter on Instagram with the caption, "Guess he's not my homeboy! lol ... this is what happens when dudes got his panties in a bunch!"

Mike tells us he started selling the shirts as an homage to his friends on the show and he gets EVERYONE'S permission before pimping the shirts. His best explanation for Reza getting lawyers involved -- pettiness.

Mike says he's not trying to go back and forth on social media, and instead says he'll just lawyer up too.

Translation: See ya in court, pal.

Ex-'Shahs of Sunset' Star Lilly and Hubby Happily Kissing ... Divorce Off???

Lilly Ghalichi might not be heading to split city with her husband after all -- either that, or they just play nice around their daughter ... VERY nice.

The former "Shahs of Sunset" star and Dara Mir -- her estranged hubby who filed for divorce from her in August -- threw their daughter, Alara, a lavish party for her first birthday Sunday ... and really seemed to have a good time together.

In photos from the 1-year-old's "Glam Carnival" -- obtained by TMZ -- Lilly and Dara look ecstatic celebrating their girl, and were spotted sharing a passionate kiss.

Janice Dickinson Judge Tosses Lawsuit ... Seacrest Didn't Do You Dirty on 'Shahs'

Janice Dickinson's taking the L in her legal battle with Ryan Seacrest's production co., which she claimed made her look like an arrogant, unprofessional ex-supermodel on "Shahs of Sunset."

A judge in L.A. County tossed the whole matter out of court Tuesday ... essentially saying Janice has nothing to bitch about because she was not misportrayed on the 'Shahs' episode in question.

TMZ broke the story ... about a year ago, Janice sued Seacrest's company -- which produces the reality show -- because she was pissed about her appearance on the program. In her suit, Janice said the show was edited to make it look like she jacked a romper GG was supposed to wear in a fashion show.

The scene did show GG taking potshots at Janice, referring to her as an "old ass bitch" who died out with the Flintstones. Not nice, for sure.

However, according to docs obtained by TMZ ... the judge said there was nothing in the edit of the show that was misleading enough about Janice for her to win the lawsuit.

Case dismissed.

'Shahs of Sunset' Star Sues Woman ... I Didn't Slip You Date Rape Drug!!!

"Shahs of Sunset" star Shervin Roohparvar is suing a woman he claims is trying to extort him for hundreds of thousands of dollars after alleging he tried to slip her a date rape drug.

According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Shervin says he met up with the woman in Vegas last December after the two connected on social media.

Shervin claims they met at his hotel, had a drink and chatted before he told her he had to get ready for a business engagement. He claims the woman, without warning, started shouting obscenities -- accusing him of slipping her a drug -- and bolted from the room.

The lawsuit alleges the woman also told cops he'd drugged her, but cops took no action against him. About a month after the confrontation, Shervin says he got a letter from her agent threatening to rat him out to production companies about the incidents unless he forked over $350k.

Shervin is suing the woman for the alleged extortion.

Jussie Smollett Lock Up That Bitch If He Faked Attack ... Says Reza from 'Shahs'

B**CH MOVE, JUSSIE
TMZ.com

Jussie Smollett's going from "Empire" star to "punk ass bitch," IF it turns out he staged the homophobic, racist "attack" -- so says Reza Farahan who adds ... an apology won't be nearly enough payback.

We got the "Shahs of Sunset" star out Monday in L.A. and he didn't pull a single punch in his assessment of the latest Jussie news. Reza tore him to pieces as soon as we brought up the story TMZ broke -- that the Osundairo bros. told cops Jussie rehearsed the "attack" days before it all went down in Chicago.

Watch the clip ... Reza's anger came pouring out because he says he had passionately defended Jussie.

Now, he says it's not just Smollett's acting career that's derailed. Reza says there should be criminal charges and a STIFF financial penalty.

Reza from 'Shahs of Sunset' Hate Trump's 'GoT' Meme But I Support His Iran Sanctions

RIGHT MESSAGE, WRONG APPROACH
TMZ.com

When it comes to President Trump firing off "Game of Thrones" memes to announce U.S. foreign policy in Iran, a "Shahs of Sunset" star says ... hate the messenger, but LOVE the message.

We ran into Reza Farahan Friday on Rodeo Drive in Bev Hills and, seeing as how he was born in Tehran, we had to get his take on Trump's "Sanctions Are Coming" tweet. Perhaps surprisingly, Reza fully supports POTUS and his hard line with Iran ... but there's a catch.

Watch the clip, you can tell it pains Reza to no end to say he's lockstep with Trump -- but says he's trying to focus on the big picture for his friends and family in Iran.

But, don't get it twisted ... he HATES the 'GoT' ripoff the White House used to announce the sanctions. Mostly because it's incredibly insensitive to the very people he claims to be helping with the sanctions!

Reza's got some choice words for Trump and his social media team.

Shahs of Sunset Your Zip Line Was Not Fine Now I Want Mine!!

Shervin Roohparvar is sliding toward trouble, because a crappy zip line caused a woman to fall and break her back ... so she says in a new lawsuit.

A California woman claims the "Shahs of Sunset" star and his friend, Nima Nejat, didn't take the proper precautions to keep her from falling from a pool's upper deck -- where the zip line originated.

Shervin and Nima don't own the property, but the suit claims they're the ones living there so they're responsible for not warning of the dangers.

The injured woman claims the fall knocked her unconscious, gave her a concussion, fractured her vertebrae and will result in permanent disability.

Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Damn!

GG from 'Shahs' Keep Your Eyes On My New Can Cans [TMZ TV]

We honestly weren’t trying to talk to GG about her new breasts, but she insisted ... and we obliged. So, meet the 2 new additions to the “Shahs of Sunset” cast!

They're at least as interesting as anyone else on the show.

'Shahs Of Sunset' GG Flashes Hot New Set Of Boobies

Ain't no shame in her game ... there are two things "Shahs of Sunset" star Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi won't lie about ... and they're both on her chest.

GG wants the world to know she got a boob job last month -- we had a few questions for her outside of Beso in Hollywood ... but the only thing she'd dish on were those juicy new cantaloupes.

While flaunting her assets off she boasts " I don't lie about plastic surgery" -- an obvious jab at celebs like Kylie Jenner and Paris Hilton who've been called out for possibly having work done.

Gotta get them out there while they still have that new boob smell.

Check her them out.

'Shahs of Sunset' Star 'F*** the Drought!'

"Shahs of Sunset" star Mercedes Javid sees nothing wrong with shamelessly washing her car for a photo op ... declaring, "F*** the drought!"

Javid was out Tuesday night at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood and she's clearly wasted. When our photog asked about the car wash pics, her reasoning was compelling, we say sarcastically.

Be sure to watch til the very end if you want to see more of MJ than perhaps should be allowed.

'Shahs of Sunset' New Cast Member Hottie with Ex-Husband Issues

"Shahs of Sunset" producers are adding more sex and drama for the upcoming 4th season ... by hiring a new chick ... who's trying to remarry her ex-husband.

TMZ broke the story ... Lilly Ghalichi was 86'd from the show and now we've learned she's been replaced by Asifa Mirza -- a 32-year-old graduate school student living a pampered life courtesy of her retired ex-hubby, Bobby. As for the sex and drama -- Asifa and Bobby divorced after 14 months of marriage .... yet they're currently banging again. Who says you can't go back?

We're also told GG's gonna have a major storyline, too -- accusing Mike of trying to have sex with her in Turkey last year -- and even submitting to a lie detector test.

'Shahs of Sunset' Star All This Water... And I'm Still Thirsty!

Mercedes Javid paid homage to Denise Richards' character in 'Wild Things' by squeezing into a micro thong swimsuit for a very soapy and public car wash/cry-for-attention.

M.J. shamelessly posed while putting a shine on her Volkswagen SUV in L.A. -- even though the city's in the midst of severe drought.

She's been very open about her dramatic weight loss over the last year, which she chalks up to a healthy appetite for sex.

Still ... washing a car is a pain in the ass.
