Thirteen months after flipping his truck and seriously messing up his hand, Shia LaBeouf finally showed off his mostly splint and tape-free paw in L.A. today.
Fortunately for the paps, the 23-year-old won't be flipping the bird -- with his left hand anyway -- as there appears to still be a bandage on his middle finger.

Shia LeBeouf on a motorcycle ... let's review. He already has a bum hand from his horrible accident a year ago Monday. So riding a scooter in Sherman Oaks yesterday is just plain risky. Add to that riding without a helmet -- a legal no no in California. Add to that Shia's license was suspended for a year because he refused to take a chemical test after the crash.

Getting a shot of Megan Fox can be a serious pain in the butt -- and one super-intrusive paparazzi learned it the hard way Monday night in Hollywood.
While chowing down with Shia LaBeouf after the "Transformers 2" premiere, one dude ran into the restaurant, bum rushed their table, snapped a pic and booked it. Only problem: Their bodyguard was faster.
Security chased the D-bag down and used the atomic-wedgie technique to keep him from escaping. All while Shia and Megan got a laugh at the moron's expense.

Shia LaBeouf must be feeling used -- because Thursday at LAX, Megan Fox took advantage of him ... and not in a fun way.
The two arrived back from Europe on the same flight and while all the paps were scrambling for Shia, they missed the shot of their tattooed queen -- who snuck out amidst LaBeouf's photog insanity.
On the plus side Shia, there are worse people to be used by than Megan Fox.

Shia LaBeouf can't seem to avoid reckless drivers, even when they're his own.
After leaving the Chateau Marmont in a huff, Shia and his douchey driver pal got in a bout of road rage, reversing their SUV at a high speed and nearly hitting the paps. Riding shotgun, Shia did his part by flipping the bird and throwing a water bottle at a camera guy.
Luckily, this time, no truck was flipped and no one's hand was seriously injured.

Shia LaBeouf's left hand was so messed up after he flipped his truck, the hand somehow became hip -- literally.
After his 1975 Checker Marathon wouldn't start yesterday he bypassed AAA and hit up the paps for help -- and while they worked on the car, the star showed off his surgery scars and explained how they rebuilt his hand with bone from his hip!
Shia smashed his car back in July. Though he was drinking and driving at the time, DUI charges were dropped.

Apparently his post-op, smashed hand is still so messed up, he's had to quit filming "Dark Fields."
Ironically the film is about a dude who takes a one-of-a-kind "smart pill". You know ... the kind that prevents a guy from drinking and driving.
To be fair the DUI charges were dropped after Shia's arrest.
