South Park Logan Paul's Our Prime Target ... In New Special

Logan Paul went down to South Park and got his ass roasted ... 'cause the satirical show just went after the WWE Superstar and his Prime drink company in its newest special.

"South Park: Not Suitable for Children" just dropped on Paramount+ on Wednesday ... and one of its many targets just so happened to be the YouTuber-turned-entrepreneur.

In a clip of the show, character Clyde Donovan sits in front of a computer as he watches an influencer named Logan LeDouche (who looks very similar to Paul) hawk his drink brand, "Cred" (which shares the same appearance to Prime Hydration bottles).

"The most important thing is just to be yourself," LeDouche says in the scene. "When I feel like I can't be myself, that's when I need a hydration drink that'll pick me up -- that's when I need Cred!!"

The spoof even mocks Logan's over-the-top marketing campaign for the company ... which included jumping out of a plane as he drank a bottle of Prime.

"Drink Cred, or you're a piece of s***!!"

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The scene also pokes fun at the company's controversial energy drink ... which was scrutinized by Senator Chuck Schumer, who said it could be harmful to Logan's primarily young fanbase -- even though its cans specifically state it's for people ages 18 and up.

"Drink Cred at your school today!! Not intended for children," the narrator in the clip says.

Logan seems to be okay with it all ... 'cause he recently shared the clip on his social media accounts

Ya know what they say about any publicity ... so we take it Logan's thrilled with the free ad.

'SOUTH PARK' CREATORS The Real Casa Bonita Is Ours!!!

Trey Parker and Matt Stone are getting the keys to a beloved Colorado restaurant featured in "South Park" ... the real Casa Bonita is theirs, and the deal happened fast.

The "South Park" creators announced Friday they struck a deal to become the new owners of the Mexican restaurant made famous by their show, breaking the news in an interview with Colorado Gov. Jared Polis.

Bob Wheaton, the president of Casa Bonita's parent company, Summit Family Restaurant Inc., tells TMZ ... the deal was put together VERY quickly, with talks heating up Wednesday during a conference call with reps for Trey and Matt.

We're told Trey and Matt's team laid out a detailed plan for how they wanted to evolve the business, including pouring resources in to expand the food offerings, gift shop and arcade at Casa Bonita.

As we first told you ... Casa Bonita's corporate ownership was not interested in selling as recently as 2 weeks ago, despite filing for bankruptcy ... but Wheaton tells us Trey and Matt ultimately got Casa Bonita for 2 main reasons.

First, we're told Trey and Matt offered a "fair" price for Casa Bonita ... the exact price was not disclosed, but we're told the amount was one Summit would have sought in the future.

Second, we're told Trey and Matt also struck a deal with the restaurant's landlord, something corporate had been unable to do since March and an issue that lead to the bankruptcy filing.

Ultimately, we're told Casa Bonita is in good hands with its new owners ... and it sounds like everyone's happy.

¡Salud!

'South Park' Creators Sorry, Casa Bonita Ain't For Sale ... Corporate Won't Let Go

Trey Parker and Matt Stone want to buy a beloved Colorado restaurant featured in "South Park," but it's still just a pipedream ... because we're told Casa Bonita is NOT for sale.

Here's the deal ... the "South Park" creators made it pretty well known this week they want to buy the Mexican restaurant they often shout out in their sitcom, in part because the real Casa Bonita has remained shuttered since the outset of the pandemic.

But, as flattering as their desire to buy Casa Bonita might be, honchos at the restaurant's parent company, Summit Family Restaurant Inc., tell TMZ ... they're not interested in selling, despite filing for bankruptcy.

Since the bankruptcy filing, we're told tons of people have reached out to Summit about purchasing Casa Bonita -- but Trey and Matt weren't among them.

We're told the decision-makers at Summit plan to reopen Casa Bonita ASAP once the current bankruptcy process wraps, with the goal being to get folks back to work in the next month. Summit's owned Casa Bonita for 25 years.

The door's not shut completely on Trey and Matt owning Casa Bonita one day ... we're told if Summit ever wants to sell the joint, the "South Park" creators will be at the top of the list of potential buyers.

'South Park Guy' Cosplayer Jarod Nandin Dies from COVID-19

Gamer Jarod Nandin -- known by fans as "South Park Guy" for re-creating the show's infamous World of Warcraft character -- has died after contracting the coronavirus.

Nandin died Sunday ... according to the WoW outlet, Wowhead. Jarod revealed his condition in mid-December, and on Dec. 22 he shared a photo of himself from the hospital saying he tested positive, but didn't seem overly concerned.

He wrote ... "I’m really sorry to worry you guys. I’m in the hospital getting treatment. Things look good. Im just looking at Covid with a sh*t eating grin on my face and saying: "How do you Kill that which...has no Life?"

Nandin, who famously went by NWBZPWNR in the role-playing game's community, used this sense of humor to make a big splash at BlizzCon 2013.

Jarod arrived at the event cosplaying as the slobby 'Warcraft' gamer on the Season 10 episode of "South Park" titled, "Make Love, Not Warcraft."

He even shaved his head to re-create the guy's baldness and clearly ... he nailed the entire look.

After that ... Jarod affectionately became known as "South Park Guy" in the gaming community, and today many are tweeting their condolences and tributes to him.

Jarod was 40.

RIP

LeBron James Mocked On 'South Park' Over China Comments

LEBRON SHAMES
South Park Studios

LeBron James got the "South Park" treatment on Wednesday -- mocking the NBA superstar for the comments he made about Daryl Morey ... and it's pretty hilarious.

Remember, South Park has been at war with China this month too -- the country blackballed the show over an episode in which they used Winnie the Pooh to mock President Xi.

"South Park" doubled down the following week, with multiple characters on the show saying, "F*ck the Chinese government!"

Fast forward to Wednesday night ... and they're still not done -- this time using LeBron's actual quotes from his anti-Morey comments as fodder.

In the ep, titled "Let Them Eat Goo," Cartman gets pissed after the school wants to switch out the usual lunches for healthier options.

At one point, Cartman confronts the protesters and says ... "Yes, we do have freedom of speech, but at times there are ramifications for the negative that can happen when you are not thinking about others and only thinking about yourself!"

Sound familiar?

There's more ... Cartman says, "They're trying to change people's lunch! They don't realize it harms people financially, physically, emotionally and spiritually!"

That was pretty much it for the LeBron jokes -- the rest of the episode focused on the fake-meat craze ... specifically "impossible meat" which was described on the show as tasting like "dog sh*t."

'South Park' Creator Trey Parker Files for Divorce

2:38 PM PT -- According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Parker lists their date of separation as February 28, 2019. Trey is asking for joint legal and physical custody ... and wants their prenup enforced.

"South Park" creator Trey Parker has filed for divorce from his wife after nearly 5 years of marriage.

Parker filed docs in Los Angeles Tuesday to split from Boogie Parker. The pair got hitched in 2014, and they had a daughter named Betty together before tying the knot. Betty has worked on the show for years, voicing Ike, Kyle's adopted Canadian brother.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

This was Parker's second marriage -- he was also married to Emma Sugiyama from 2006-2008.

Trey also has an incredible resume, creating "The Book of Mormon" with Matt Stone. He also wrote the movie, "Team America."

Parker started "South Park" with Matt Stone and Brian Graden in 1997 ... he met Stone at University of Colorado in Boulder when he was studying music and Japanese.

Parkland Leader Cameron Kasky I Respect 'South Park' ... Even a School Shooting Episode

IT'S UNAPOLOGETIC ART
TMZ.com

Student activist Cameron Kasky -- one of the survivors of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas -- appreciates "South Park" ... even when it satirizes the tragedies he and way too many other kids have gone through.

We got the Parkland leader in NYC Thursday and asked about Wednesday night's episode -- titled "Dead Kids" -- in which South Park Elementary is ravaged with multiple school shootings ... but nobody seems to care (other than Stan's mom).

Cameron says while he understands people might be offended by the subject matter, he actually thinks the show's creators did a great job addressing nationwide apathy to the school shooting epidemic ... and hopes it makes us take a look in the mirror.

Kasky also praised Trey Parker and Matt Stone for not portraying the violence or showing the shooter in the episode -- the chaos was framed as background noise -- and for not being afraid to tackle important social issues ... even if he doesn't always agree with them.

As for whether Cam would consider voicing a character on the show -- not gonna happen. He'll just continue to watch ... and appreciate their art.

'South Park' Co-Creator Family Time Gets Awesome Moose Cameo!!!

MOOSE ON THE LOOSE

Trey Parker knows this much about moose ... they're curious creatures and his family's close encounter is all the proof he needed.

The "South Park" co-creator and his family were in their Steamboat Springs, CO home hanging in the pool when, out of nowhere, a moose strolls poolside to give the Parkers their very own "Planet Earth" episode.

It's an awesome video for a few reasons ... 1) the moose, of course, 2) Trey's daughter is scared but his father-of-the-year skills quickly take over, and 3) Trey's wife gets it all on video!!!

'South Park' KIM K'S A HOBBIT She's a TERRIBLE Role Model for Girls

Kim Kardashian is a FRAUD who's poisoning the minds of impressionable young women ... because in real-life, she's got the body of a HOBBIT ... this according to the people at "South Park."

Trey Parker and Matt Stone blasted Kim K on last night's episode -- and it all started when Butters refused to date an overweight, ugly classmate because she doesn't look like his dream woman Kim K.

That's when Wendy unloads -- "Kim Kardashian is a short overweight woman who manipulates her image and makes average girls feel horrible about themselves."

She added, "In real life, Kim Kardashian has the body of a Hobbit!!!"

Throughout the episode, Kanye West appears and tries to convince everyone Kim is not, in fact, a Hobbit ... but even KW isn't entirely convinced.

It's not the first time South Park's taken aim at celebrities -- they've gone after everyone from Paris Hilton to Michael Jackson and, of course, Tom Cruise.

Honey Boo Boo's Mama 'South Park' Spoof WASN'T FUNNY

Mama June wasn't laughing at the way she and her family were portrayed on "South Park" earlier this month ... telling TMZ the way the show focused on her weight was just plain "trashy."

June and her daughter Alana -- aka Honey Boo Boo -- just appeared on "TMZ Live" ... when we asked how they handled being spoofed on shows like "South Park" and "Saturday Night Live."

June's response -- "Me being a big person, I didn't take offense ... that show is just not a show that I would want to be on in the first place."

She added, "Just the way they portrayed the show ... it was kinda trashy."

June, Alana and the rest of the gang were mocked hard in the "South Park" ep -- in which Honey Boo Boo got a heart transplant ... with a pig heart ... after eating too much 'sketti and butter."

'South Park' Creators Sued Lollipop King Traumatized By Cartoon Tea-Bagging

The Lollipop King from the "Imaginationland" episodes of "South Park" was never meant to be exposed to terrorists, gang rapists or Cartman's testicles ... this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

Matt Stone and Trey Parker are being sued by a guy who claims he created a show called "The Lollipop Forest" years ago ... only to have the "South Park" guys ripoff one of his characters for the 3-episode "Imaginationland" series that aired back in 2007.

The character in question is The Lollipop King -- which, according to the suit, is a rip off of a character called Big Bad Lollipop from Exavier Wardlaw's "The Lollipop Forest."

In his suit, Wardlaw claims "Lollipop Forest" is a wholesome family show -- and it's value was diminished when the Big Bad Lollipop ripoff was exposed to "unwholesome language and sexual innuendo."

FYI -- during the "South Park" episode ... Lollipop King gets choked out by a Storm Trooper ... witnesses the carnage of a suicide bomber ... and gets a front row seat as Kyle performs a sexual act of an oral nature on Cartman's nether region (... it was a crazy episode).

According to the suit, filed in federal court in Philadelphia, Exavier is suing for copyright infringement -- and is demanding "South Park" remove all traces of Lollipop King from the "Imaginationland" trilogy.

We reached out to Matt and Trey for comment -- so far, no word back.

South Park DESTROYS Penn State

"Penn State prefers to be losing at half time ... because at Penn State ... they like when you're a little behind in the locker room."

Boom.

Penn State got South Park'd last night -- as Trey Parker and Matt Stone unleashed on the school over the child rape scandal. Joe Paterno was targeted, along with the entire football program.

At one point in the show, a social worker discovers a torture chamber in a foster home ... and says to himself, "What have I done? I took you kids from your parents, without even checking in to where you were going. I put innocent children into a dangerous environment. What am I ... a recruitment coach for Penn State???"

Snooki Gets Diet Offer After 'South Park' Portrayal

Snooki just scored a lucrative offer from a diet company after her gremlin-esque depiction on "South Park" this week ... but the company may not be doing her any favors.

AcaiSupply.com -- a diet company -- claims it's outraged the show mocked Snooki's issues with obesity ... so they've offered Snooks a cut of the profits and a free year's supply in exchange for a "glowing testimonial."

Here's the rub -- the company's letter to Snooki essentially calls her overweight ... and as you may know, she's had serious weight issues ... claiming she "almost died" from anorexia a few years back.

We're guessing Snooks is gonna 86 the deal anyway -- 'cause she's been telling everyone she likes the way she looks on the show.

'South Park' Smooshes Snooki ... Snooki Loves It

Snooki was a moving target on "South Park" last night ... seriously, they actually tried to shoot her ... but the "Jersey Shore" star is taking her animated ripping as a badge of honor.

In case you missed it -- watch it, it's hilarious -- the episode culminates with the Gollum-esque "Snooki" character getting socked in the face after trying to rape Cartman.

After the show, the real Snooks went to her Twitter page and wrote, "snooki want smoosh smoosh. im going to have nightmares tonight lmao!!! we've officially made it. goodnite my bitches."

Check out the entire episode at SouthParkStudios.com ... it's frickin' hysterical.

10 Years for Cartman and Company

It's hard to believe that it has been 10 years since "South Park" burst on the scene with their underground "Spirit of Christmas" video. Last night, Comedy Central celebrated the decade of comedy with a shindig in West Hollywood.

"I remember when we started the show, we had an order for six episodes, and we're like, 'This is great because when we're older we'll always have these six shows. You know, we'll always have these six episodes to show to our kids and stuff," Parker said. "And, it was actually Brian Graden who told us, 'I think someday these will be six of 100.' And we're like, 'You're crazy. There's no way.' And we're up to 150-something."

Parker also said he thinks the show always takes on its subjects from a very positive point of view: "We're not laughing at people, we're laughing with joy, and that what we want. We want 'South Park' to be that show that [says], 'Can't we all relax and isn't this all kind of funny, and aren't we having fun?'"

"South Park" returns with all new episodes on October 4.
