Sources close to Lindsay Lohan tell TMZ... Lindsay hid in her apartment this afternoon, afraid of her father Michael Lohan, who was at the front door trying to break in.


We're told MiLo was also staring in the back windows of her Venice apartment, trying to spot Lindsay inside, and began banging on the windows.

UPDATE 3:21 PM PT -- We're told Michael has finally left. According to our sources, the cops were not called.

Charlie Sheen blabbed during his Radio City Music Hall show that he was threatened with legal action if he trashed Denise Richards on stage ... but sources tell us it's the exact opposite -- Charlie threatened Denise.



Sources tell us, Charlie -- who did bad mouth Denise during the show by calling her a "dognapper" -- sent Denise an email this morning at 10AM PDT threatening that if she did not turn over her pug ... he would continue trashing her on stage.

We're told Denise sent Charlie a response, saying  she would never turn the dog over ... and that Charlie could say whatever he wanted about her.

As TMZ first reported ... Denise isn't turning over the dog because she believes Charlie mistreated the pug and is responsible for the death of the dog's companion.

Sources connected with Denise tell us no one from her camp sent Charlie any communication threatening legal action if he mentioned Denise on stage.

Rapper Gucci Mane was arrested in Atlanta this morning for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle back in January ... TMZ has confirmed.



Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Gucci was routinely checking in with his probation officer ... when the P.O. noticed the rapper had an active warrant out for his arrest for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle back in January.

Gucci was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge.

Gucci -- who is still on probation stemming from a 2005 aggravated assault conviction -- could be in even more trouble ... because officials tell us the new allegations could constitute a probation violation.

The rapper is currently being held on $5,000 bond until he faces a judge tomorrow.

Betty White just UNLOADED on Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen -- claiming she "cannot stand" their over-the-top lifestyles ... and blasting them for letting their careers spiral out of control.



Betty went off on the stars yesterday ... telling the Daily Mail,  “I cannot stand the people who get wonderful starts in show business and who abuse it. Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen for example."

But Betty didn’t stop there -- claiming, “They party too much, don’t learn their lines, are unprofessional, and they grumble about everything. I think they are terribly ungrateful.”

Back in her day, Betty adds, "We considered ourselves lucky ... and were always on our best behavior in public." Times have changed.

"Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis just scored a MAJOR legal victory -- after an all-female jury decided he won't have to pay a single cent to the 4 women who accused him of ruining their lives by featuring them in his videos while they were underage.



Francis -- who represented himself for part of the trial in federal court in Florida -- eventually hired a team of attorneys ... who managed to convince the jury that Joe is not responsible for any lasting emotional damage alleged by the women and therefore shouldn't have to pay them anything.

Francis had argued that the women had consented to being filmed and they simply made up the claims of emotional distress after the fact in the hopes of a payday.

After the jury made their decision -- Francis said, "My legal team did an outstanding job and Girls Gone Wild will continue to take strident measures to avoid facing these false allegations ever again."

LeBron James' mom, Gloria James, was arrested in Miami Beach early this morning for allegedly assaulting a parking valet at the famous Fontainebleau Hotel ... this according to law enforcement.




Hotel sources tell us ... Gloria was partying at LIV nightclub with some of her girlfriends earlier in the evening ... but when she tried to leave the hotel, she got into an altercation with one of the valet parking attendants.

We're told Gloria allegedly assaulted the valet. Cops received a call about the incident at 4:47 AM. Gloria was eventually arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor assault. The valet was not arrested.

We're told Gloria has been released from custody. 

Gloria has been in trouble with the law before ... having been arrested in 2006 for DUI in Ohio.

LeBron was in Miami last night -- where the Heat played the Bucks ... and lost.

A rep for the hotel confirmed the incident ... but had no further comment.

On the third night of his tour in Cleveland last night, Charlie Sheen once again went shirtless and proved his 45-year-old physique was in better shape than you would think.

Dog the Bounty Hunter's daughter Lyssa Chapman has officially been charged with criminal property damage and harassment ... after her arrest last month in Hawaii -- TMZ has learned.


The Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney's office filed the two charges within the last week -- both misdemeanors.

As TMZ first reported -- Lyssa was arrested last month after allegedly banging on her neighbor's doors at 3AM ... damaging a window ... and then knocking a cell phone out of a police officer's hand. 

She's scheduled to appear in court April 19th.

UPDATE: Allred's staff has been allowed back inside the building, however, the bomb squad is still inside investigating the scene.

The LAPD bomb squad has responded to Gloria Allred's office building to investigate a potential threat ... TMZ has learned.



A rep for the LAPD tells TMZ ... officers are investigating a "suspicious package" sent to the building ... though it's unclear if the package was addressed to Allred's office.

At least 5 LAPD squad cars have arrived to the scene.

We're told Allred is not in her office -- and has been out doing a shoot for a TV show as the drama has been unfolding.

Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil has been charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct for allegedly striking his ex-GF in the chest with his finger in Vegas last month ... TMZ has learned.


 
According to court documents, filed last week in Clark County, Nevada -- Neil committed a crime by, "forcing his way into the Shimmer lounge [at the Las Vegas Hilton] while a performance was occurring" .... and poked three people with his right index finger ... each time stating the words, "f**k you."

According to the docs, one of the alleged poke victims is Neil's ex-GF Alicia Jacobs ... who told cops she was "forcefully poked in her right shoulder blade." The other two pokees are local journalist  John Katsilometes and Patricia McCrone -- Wayne Newton's sister-in-law.

Both of the charges filed against Neil are misdemeanors.

As TMZ first reported, Neil claims HE was the real victim ... insisting Jacobs scratched him up during the encounter and made him bleed.



Complicating things a lot more -- Neil is on probation for his DUI conviction last year. The judge could violate the probation based on his most recent problem and could send the rocker back to the slammer.

Jason "Gummi Bear" Davis -- grandson of oil mogul Marvin Davis -- pled not guilty to felony heroin possession this morning in connection with his arrest back in January.



Davis appeared in an Orange County courtroom this morning -- where he also pled not guilty to two lesser drug charges.

As TMZ first reported, the "Celebrity Rehab" star was popped in Newport Beach, CA and cops believe he was high on a "central nervous system stimulant (prescription meds) and narcotic analgesic (painkillers) at the time of his arrest.

If convicted, Davis could face up to 3 years behind bars.
