A man who allegedly threatened to murder
Dr. Drew Pinsky's family was arrested Wednesday and charged with
felony stalking ... TMZ has learned.
Dr. Drew tells us Charles Pearson has been sending him threatening messages over the Internet ... including one in which Pearson said he would kill Dr. Drew's children and make his wife eat them.
Dr. Drew also says Pearson believes Dr. Drew has placed a tracking device in his genitals.
We're told Pearson was arrested Wednesday at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, CA. He's being held on $150,000 bail.
Dr. Drew tells TMZ this is a very serious matter and that he hopes Pearson "gets the treatment he clearly needs."
Audrina Patridge says she feels safer now that her alleged stalker is behind bars ... and we would too, after
his bird-flipping performance during his arraignment yesterday.
Zachary Loring pled not guilty to felony stalking and three misdemeanors -- right around the time he spewed obscenities and made obscene gestures behind his lawyer's back. He's being held on $150,000 bail.
Audrina was shopping in L.A. yesterday afternoon.

The guy who was
arrested outside
Audrina Patridge's home last Friday has now been charged with felony stalking.
In addition to the stalking charge, the Los Angeles District Attorney charged Zachary Loring with three misdemeanors -- one for each of the times he violated a court order by showing up at Audrina's house. Audrina got a three-year restraining order against Loring last September.
Loring will be arraigned on Tuesday and the DA will seek a more aggressive criminal protective order against him.

The guy
Audrina Patridge got a permanent restraining order against last year was arrested this morning after he allegedly showed up to her Los Angeles home.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ someone inside Audrina's house called 911 after
Zachary Loring allegedly started pounding on her front door and ringing the doorbell. We're told Audrina was home at the time of the incident.
Loring was in possession of a large knife when he was arrested, according to law enforcement sources.
We're told cops showed up to Audrina's place and arrested Loring -- who was booked for felony stalking and misdemeanor vandalism. Loring is in custody and being held on $160,000 bail.
Back in September, Audrina claimed Loring kept showing up to her house and giving her
creepy poems and drawings -- including one of a woman being hanged.

"
NYPD Blue" star
Gail O'Grady won a permanent restraining order against a man she claims stalked her and her five-year-old son, but not before the man went ballistic inside the courtroom.
Steven Church was in court this morning for the hearing, when things weren't going his way. O'Grady wasn't present, but her P.I., Scott Ross -- who tailed Church during the investigation -- was too much for Church to take. He stormed out of the courtroom, then stormed back in.
Church apparently made all the wrong moves because
Judge Carol Boas Goodson granted the stay away order.
During the hearing Church admitted sending more than 400 text messages to O'Grady.
Kim Kardashian was a winner in court today -- turning a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker into a permanent one.
Kim -- who's in Miami for the
Super Bowl with
Reggie Bush -- claimed a guy named Dennis Shaun Bowman was, among other things, showing up at her appearances in the L.A. area acting bizarrely, sometimes wearing Joker face paint. She claimed he was stalking her and threatening Reggie Bush.
Neither Kardashian nor Bowman showed up to court. The restraining order is in effect until 2013.

Kim Kardashian's boyfriend,
Reggie Bush, is so worried about a fan who allegedly has made it his life's mission to hook up with Kim, he's hired a phalanx of bodyguards to protect her.

The
New Orleans Saints star, we're told, has hired six bodyguards to accompany Kim everywhere she goes.
Kim
got a restraining order earlier in the week against Dennis Shaun Bowman, who she says moved from Georgia to L.A. to be with her, even though she's never met him. According to legal docs, Bowman has shown up to Kim's appearances in Joker face paint and has even threatened Bush.
The restraining order requires Bowman to stay 500 yards clear of Kim.
Kim Kardashian says she has a crazed
stalker who has been following her ... and she believes he's an immediate threat to her -- this according to a
restraining order obtained by TMZ.

Kim says Dennis Shaun Bowman started by tweeting her last September, telling her how much he loved her.
According to the docs, filed by attorney
Jeremiah Reynolds, Bowman then moved from Georgia to Calabasas, California -- where Kim lives -- to get closer to her.
In the ensuing months, Kim claims Bowman started showing up at Kim's appearances in the L.A. area acting bizarrely, sometimes wearing joker face paint.
At one point Bowman tweeted Kim, asking her not to be angry at him for missing a phantom dinner date they were supposed to have in Atlanta.
Bowman believes he's in a love relationship with Kim, according to the docs.
Things got really scary when Bowman started tweeting Kim's boyfriend, Reggie Bush, challenging him to a fight.

And, according to the docs, LAPD's Threat Management unit advised Kim the threat was serious enough that she should get a restraining order.
Under the order, Bowman must stay 500 yards away from Kim Kardashian and have no contact with Kim.

An obsessed fan of
Audrina Patridge received the best gift of all this holiday season ... community service (his other options were a lot worse).
Zachary Loring was sentenced to 30 days community service after pleading guilty to one count of vandalism for defacing an electrical box in Los Angeles. He was also charged with carrying a switchblade, but that count was dropped as part of the plea deal.
The court case is not connected to another legal problem facing Loring -- allegedly harassing Audrina. She obtained a restraining order against him after he allegedly showed up to her house and sent her creepy letters and drawings.
Loring was placed on 36 months probation and can't possess deadly weapons, aerosol paint containers, felt tip markers or indelible ink markers. He can carry a pencil.

The man who threatened to kill
Michael Jackson believed he was married to
Janet Jackson -- and law enforcement sources tell TMZ it was Janet that the man was obsessed over.
A law enforcement source tells TMZ the man also made threats to kill Janet and even showed up at the Jackson family home in Encino.
In his rambling letters, the man --
Frank Paul Jones -- says "The situation ... is centered around her confused sexuality." He goes on to say if she does not "overcome" her issue over sexuality, "I'm gonna try to kill every homosexual on the face of the earth. If I can't save my wife, they can't be saved."
Ryan Seacrest's lawyer was in court today to ask for a permanent restraining order against
Chidi Uzomah -- the man who has allegedly been stalking her client.
Attorney Blair Berk went solo in court today -- Ryan wasn't there -- and here's what went down:
UPDATE 9:14 AM PT: The judge just
granted the restraining order, ordering Uzomah to stay 100 yards away from Seacrest for three years. He was also ordered not to have contact -- direct or indirect -- with Ryan.
Chidi remains in custody -- he's been charged with felony stalking and two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a prior court order.
UPDATE 9:12 AM PT: The judge has read Ryan's declaration and feels
Chidi Uzomah's actions were fairly frightening.
UPDATE 8:58 AM PT: It begins! The judge is on the bench.
