They just keep piling it up on Michael Vick. Now he's been ordered to fork over more than a million bucks for a failed wine bar he tried to open.
Court docs allege Vick and buddy Gerald Jenkins borrowed more than $1.1 million in May of 2006 from Wachovia Bank to open a joint called Atlantic Wine & Spirits. In August of '07, Vick and his cohort failed to make the $8,000 monthly interest payment. Wachovia then declared the loan was in default because "the prospect for repayment was substantially impaired."
A 23-month sentence definitely puts a cork in Vick's ability to pay those bills.

NFL superstar Andre Johnson claims his charity got stiffed by Wal-Mart -- it all involves water and ice. Yes, ice.
Johnson ordered 750 bicycles to be given to underprivileged kids at an event sponsored by the Andre Johnson Foundation -- in return for the purchase, Wal-Mart agreed to donate water and ice for the May 3 event.
But there was a problem with the order, so Johnson ended up buying fewer bikes than planned. Wal-Mart countered by not giving the water and ice as promised. That's cold.
Wal-Mart is trying to rectify the situation. They tell TMZ, "We are reaching out to the Andre Johnson Foundation as we speak to rectify the situation. It's disappointing that this happened."

Terrell Owens was pissed when his pic ended up on a porn site last month -- so isn't it funny that T.O. is guest starring tonight on the myNetworkTV show "Under One Roof" as a guy who runs a porn site?
T.O. fought with a porn site over a picture of him that ended up online. In it, you can see T.O. tumbling onto a porn shoot -- though none of that was happening at the time.

With control of their Western Conference Semifinal series with the Spurs hanging in the balance, New Orleans Hornets fans did whatever they could to distract Tony Parker last night.
It worked-- he missed both shots and the Hornets won 101-79.

You can accuse Dennis Rodman of doing a lot of things -- because he has -- but he tells TMZ that he's never laid his hands on a soul.
Rodman spoke with TMZ from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. where he is doing outpatient rehab (whatever that is). He read off a laundry list of things he doesn't do -- of course, the stuff he has done ain't bad either.
Rodman was arrested on April 30 on suspicion of felony domestic battery after an incident involving his girlfriend.

Seattle Seahawks star Lofa Tatupu was arrested early Saturday morning for DUI after he was pulled over in a McDonald's parking lot. That order is to go!
Tatupu, a three-time Pro Bowler, allegedly failed a breathalyzer test after he blew a .155 and .158 -- nearly twice the legal limit in the state of Washington.
Tatupu just recently signed a new six-year contract worth $40 mil -- so the attorney fees should be covered.
The Seahawks had no comment.

Mother's Day was Sunday, so what better way for LeBron James to follow it up then scream "Sit your ass down!" to his mama last night on national television.
After a Celtic player fouled King James into the courtside seats where his mother was sitting, Mama James got a little hot. Good thing her little boy was there to keep her in check.
BTW, Lebron's team won.

Could LeBron James' whole $10 tip on an $800 meal incident be just a big misunderstanding?
The owner of the XO Prime Steaks, where the whole stingy scene went down, has issued the following statement:
For the record, XO would like to clear up a misunderstanding resulting from a story that appeared in the Cleveland Scene on May 7th...Upon completion of his meal, Mr. James paid his bill with a credit card. Our waiter mistakenly read the receipt, inferring that Mr. James had left him only a $10 tip. To clear up the misunderstanding, Mr. James arranged for an appropriate tip to be delivered to the restaurant for the waiter.

Cleveland Cavalier LeBron James recently dined at Cleveland's XO Prime Steaks where he ate like a king, but tipped like a servant.
According to Cleveland Scene, LeBron and a few friends stopped by the restaurant for a late night bite. The group stayed well past closing time, until nearly 4:00 AM, ordering drinks and racking up an $800 bill. When it came time to pay up, LeBron allegedly left a measly $10 tip. Brick!
Maybe LeBron should take a lesson in tipping from Barack Obama.
Calls to LeBron's rep were not returned.

Joe Montana's softer side was sought out by NFL defenses for years -- turns out his ex-wife just sold it to the highest bidder ... in the form of old college love letters!
The former 49ers quarterback is suing his first wife, Kim Moses, and a Texas auction house for selling love letters and memorabilia from his time at the University of Notre Dame. The other items include Joe's freshman I.D. card, a University of Notre Dame letter of intent and Joe and Kim's 1979 marriage certificate.
Joe is suing in excess of $75,000 -- claiming the items were obtained and sold by Moses without his consent.

Our photog actually had the stones to ask Gisele what it's like to make 3x more moolah than her BF -- but our guy's math was waaaaaaay off.
According to Forbes, the supermodel takes in $35 million, whereas Brady's salary cap figure with the Patriots is $14.7 mil. Of course, those figures don't take Tom's endorsements -- which hovered around $9 mil for 2007 -- into account.
Also not included: Whatever Gisele pays him to be her errand boy.
