On a day meant to celebrate love, commitment, honesty and faithfulness ... Michael Jordan chose to invite the man who has come to symbolize the OPPOSITE of all that, Tiger Woods, to his wedding.

Rookie move.

Forget about the philandering and the lying -- none of that matters anymore ... because Tiger Woods is #1 again!!!

Woods took home the title at the Arnold Palmer Invitational today, which officially makes him the top ranked golfer in the world. He has not held that title since October, 2010 ... just a month before he ... well, you remember.

Nike would have you think reclaiming his throne erases the last few years, having posted the new ad on its Facebook page.

So we gotta ask ...

After getting $100 million for kickin' ex-husband Tiger Woods to the curb, Elin Nordegren is putting all of her fancy footwork to good use ... by coaching her daughter's soccer team.

With her adorable kids at her side, the gorgeous 33-year-old -- who's reportedly dating billionaire Chris Cline now -- showed off her amazing God-given talents at a game in Jupiter, Florida on Thursday.

One thing Coach E is sure to teach her players ... never ever cheat.

Elin Nordegren curbed her hatred for Tiger Woods long enough to co-parent at a youth sports event -- which, luckily for Tiger, did not involve golf ... or golf clubs.

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren haven't been photographed together in an eternity ... UNTIL TODAY ... and TMZ has the photos.

Woods and Nordegren both showed up at an event in Jupiter, FL for a local youth sports organization. According to our spies, Tiger arrived to the event first with his son and daughter and Elin arrived about an hour later.

We're told that when their paths finally did cross, they chatted together for about 30 minutes and appeared to enjoy each other's company.

Our sources say that once the pair started to get attention, they took off ... both leaving in Elin's car.

Hard to believe it's been 3+ years since Tiger's day after Thanksgiving crash that led to the revelations of his rampant cheating ... and introduced us to a world of countless mistresses.

Those were the days.

Elin Nordegren -- the very rich ex-wife of Tiger Woods -- apparently has an acute case of Stockholm Syndrome -- because she can't shake her Swedish roots.

Take a gander at the 21,000 square foot mansion she's building in North Palm Beach, FL ... with a Swedish flag firmly planted atop one of the chimneys.

You may recall, Elin bought the home with the $100 mil she got in the divorce settlement. She paid $12.2 mil, then promptly knocked down the existing 17,000 square foot home and built a shiny new one.

Good news ... the pool, spa and koi ponds are now completed. 

One thing for sure isn't in the plans ... a Tiger. 

3 years ago she was mistress #1 in Tiger Woods scandal ... which exploded the day after Thanksgiving when an angry Elin clubbed Tiger’s SUV, causing it to slam into a tree.

Fast forward to Turkey Night 2012 -- Rachel Uchitel, the once wild nightclub manager, is now fully-domesticated just having spent her first Thanksgiving with husband Matt Hahn -- a Penn State football star and now San Francisco finance guy -- and 6-month-old daughter Wyatt Lilly.

It’s unclear how Tiger and ex-wife Elin spent their Thanksgiving, but we’re guessing it wasn’t together.

It's been 3 years since Tiger Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordegren smashed his SUV with a golf club -- over a massive cheating scandal that derailed his life -- and now, Tiger's finally starting to rebuild ... starting with the Florida mansion where it all went downhill.

Construction is already underway at Tiger's Windermere home -- the same home where Tiger famously crashed his SUV following a blowout argument with Elin over his endless philandering ... and Elin attacked the car with a freakin' golf club.

Neighborhood sources tell TMZ, Tiger's uprooting the pool and replacing it with a brand new outdoor swimming facility. We're told he's also adding a new deck in the backyard, as well as a new spa.

Tiger has already obtained the requisite legal docs to commence building.

It's unclear if Tiger's renovating the home for his own personal enjoyment, or whether he plans to sell the place.

Not like the home has bad memories or anything.
