Charlie Sheen: Click to watch
A trial date has been set for July 21.

As we first reported, Sheen would take a plea deal -- but only to a misdemeanor, not a felony. We're told the prosecution is not seeking jail time but wants Charlie to plead to a felony.

Sheen was arrested on Christmas Day after an alleged altercation with his wife, Brooke Mueller.

Lawyer for Matt Kemp's Ex -- Abuse Was Real

Matt KempThe ex-girlfriend of Matt Kemp -- the L.A. Dodger who is currently dating R&B star Rihanna -- is lashing out at Kemp's people, claiming they are lying about a relationship that was abusive and threatening.

David D. Diamond, Felisha Terrell's attorney, tells TMZ he's pissed off that Kemp's agent is now saying Terrell lied in her 2008 restraining order application against Kemp.

Terrell claimed Kemp was verbally abusive and threatening, but both sides ultimately agreed to drop the matter.

When news of the restraining surfaced earlier this week, Kemp's agent told one outlet, "She chose to file a complaint and shortly thereafter, on her own accord, decided to drop it based on the fact that the statements made within were false."

Diamond says his client never lied: "The temporary restraining order was granted because of an actual and real threat. The matter was quietly resolved until Mr. Kemp's agent began making false public statements."

Diamond adds, "...my hope is that Ms. Terrell tells her story, because it is a compelling tale of betrayal, abuse and survival."

Calls to Kemp's agent were not returned.

Barry Williams Ex: He Seduced Me

Barry Williams -- "The Brady Bunch" star who wanted a restraining order against his ex -- wined, dined and seduced her, according to ex-GF Elizabeth Kennedy. Now, Kennedy says, Williams is just a whiner.

Barry Williams

In papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Kennedy denies ever threatening to kill Williams or herself -- in fact, she says she was not a threat whatsoever.

So why, you ask, would Williams make such a claim? Kennedy says it's sour grapes because Williams is pissed because she's hired a lawyer to file a palimony suit against him.

Williams claims Kennedy pulled a knife on him and threatened suicide after losing a beauty contest. She denies it.

Today both parties were supposed to show for a hearing on the restraining order, but it appears a deal may have been struck because neither party showed and the case was dismissed.

Sheckler Family Bonding -- Getting a TRO

Ryan ShecklerAs the old saying goes ... the family that restrains together, stays together.

Gretchen Sheckler -- mother of Ryan Sheckler, famous skateboarder and MTV reality star -- filed a restraining order against a guy she claims is harassing her, Ryan and her other two sons, Shane and Kane.

As we first reported, middle son Shane got into a fight with an intruder last week after he tried to trespass on the family's Orange County property.

The alleged intruder is currently in Mission Hospital. When he gets out, the protective order bans him from having any contact with any of the Shecklers.

There is a hearing to make the order permanent next week.

Reggie Miller -- No Show, No TRO

Reggie MillerFormer NBA star Reggie Miller must have had a change of heart about that restraining order he wanted because he didn't show up in court today, so the case was dismissed.

Sources tell TMZ the dispute has been settled.

Miller was trying to get a restraining order against Alex Von Furstenberg. Miller claimed Alex threatened him over his alleged interactions with Alex's fianceé, Ali Kay.

Miller got a TRO against Von Furstenberg last month and was supposed to be in court today to make it permanent. No one for Miller or Von Furstenberg showed when the case was called.

Judge -- Former Heartthrob No Threat

Andrew Keegan is free to roam wherever he wants -- a judge refused to slap a restraining order on the former heartthrob over allegations he abused a former GF.

The decision must have come as a shock to Keegan's ex, who presented a couple of photos to the court -- one of her arm -- the other of the tires she claims Andrew slashed.

The judge had earlier issued a temporary restraining order against the "Camp Nowhere" star, but after hearing evidence he dissolved the TRO and rejected Kristi Parrales' bid for a permanent restraining order.

Andrew tells us Kristi's claims are bogus and she's just "a vindictive ex-girlfriend."

'Family' Star: My BF Dragged Me Through Glass

Jaimee Foxworth -- who briefly played "Judy Winslow" on "Family Matters" -- was just granted a temporary restraining order against her longtime boyfriend after he allegedly did some horrible things to her.

According to the docs, filed in LA County Superior Court, Foxworth claims Michael Shaw physically and verbally abused her ... and at one point grabbed her arm and dragged her along the floor through broken glass.

On another occasion, as Jaimee was feeding her son in the backseat of a car, she claims Shaw "pulled the car over, jumped into the backseat ... tried to push [Jaimee] out of his car, and threatened to drive [her] son away."

The judge granted the TRO the same day the papers were filed -- Shaw has to stay 100 yards away from both her and the kid.

Jamie tells TMZ she "strongly encourages all women to leave unhealthy relationships before it is too late."

Ratz's Ex -- I'm a Little Bit Country ... Not Crazy

John Ratzenberger's ex is furious about the actor's claim that she's capable of violence just because she listens to country music -- claiming she's not "stupid enough" to actually blow up his car.

John Ratzenberger

As TMZ first reported, the former "Cheers" star is asking for a restraining order against Lindsay McGrail because he claims she once made a comment about how it's "common in many country western songs for women to set the cars of their former boyfriends on fire" -- which made John believe she's capable of actually doing it.

But Lindsay told us that's not exactly what she said. Lindsay says the comment stems from a conversation in which John accused her of harassing another one of his exes over the phone. Lindsay says she responded with, "No John, harassment is what happens in those country songs when women blow up their boyfriend's cars."

Lindsay claims "she's not that stupid." We'll see if a judge agrees when she goes to court over the restraining order next month.

The restraining order lasts until April 28, 2012.

Britney and both her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, are protected under the order. Lutfi and Jon Eardley are not allowed to go within 100 yards of Brit's home, job or workplace.

Sam and Jon also have to stay away from K-Fed's place and any of Britney's family members' homes.

The conservators filed for the restraining order because they said Lutfi and Jon were trying to torpedo the conservatorship by contacting Britney behind their backs.

Darisu McCrary: Click to view!
In a restraining order filed against Karrine, Darius says he didn't hit her with his car -- she "jumped on the trunk of my car and then the roof of my car. She started beating my vehicle and windows." It says she then attempted to get into the car by breaking the windows "with her fist."

It doesn't stop there.
