Orlando Brown Swaps Inmate Gear for a New Suit ... After Released from Jail

4/19/2018 12:50 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Orlando Brown is back on the outside, and he's got himself nice new duds, too ... all 'cause he was bold enough to ask a random dude near the jail to give him the suit off his back.

TMZ has obtained video from just minutes after Orlando was released from L.A. County Jail Tuesday after a warrant hearing, when we're told he saw two dudes doing a photo shoot down the street ... and asked one of them for his outfit -- literally, the one the guy was wearing.

Sure enough, the guys recognized Orlando from his Disney days and happily obliged. Surprisingly, the suit fit ... albeit, it did take a little time to get the pants on.

As we reported ... Orlando was arrested by a bounty hunter in Vegas last week and extradited to L.A. based on outstanding warrants for his arrest. The entire ordeal was pretty dramatic, to say the least ... with Orlando being found in a closet in his underwear

He's got a full getup now, though -- and hey, it's from Zara of all places. You seeing this, Raven?!

'Alita: Battle Angel' Star No Threat to Ex ... Judge Tosses Restraining Order

4/19/2018 12:10 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Rosa Salazar -- who's starring in the upcoming James Cameron/Robert Rodriguez blockbuster "Alita: Battle Angel" -- has one less real-life battle to worry about ... TMZ has learned.

Court sources tell us ... Rosa squared off against her ex-boyfriend, Sam Setzer, and his lawyers Wednesday in front of a judge over claims he made last month that she harassed and threatened him after a breakup.

We're told the judge heard both sides and decided to dismiss the case and toss the restraining order Setzer had gotten against Rosa. The judge said there were no grounds for it.

Rosa's appeared in "American Horror Story" and the 'Maze Runner' films. She's playing the title character in 'Alita' -- with co-stars Jennifer Connelly, Michelle Rodriguez and Christoph Waltz -- which comes out later this year.

Ray J And Princess Love Score VH1 Baby Special ... With a Speidi Assist!

4/18/2018 9:16 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Ray J doesn't have a clue about how to change diapers, but the father-to-be is about to learn from two people who have firsthand experience ... Heidi and Spencer Pratt.

Sources tell us Ray J and Princess Love will be producing and starring in their own 2-hour VH1 special that leads up to their daughter's birth. Ray's manager, David Weintraub -- who's also a daddy -- will produce and appear in the special as well.

As for Heidi and Spencer ... they seemed like a perfect fit since they have infant experience with their 6-month-old son, Gunner. Even Ray's pal, Too Short, will pitch in with parenting pointers.

They've already started shooting, and based on this clip -- about what kinda booze dads should drink -- it's gonna be interesting.

PL's not due until this summer, which is about when the special will air. The clock's officially ticking on Ray J to brush up on his diaper changing skills.

'Spy Kids: Mission Critical' Star I Voice a Black Character But It's All Good, I'm Super Urban!

4/18/2018 7:01 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

One of the stars of Netflix's new animated 'Spy Kids' show says it's fine that he's a white dude voicing a black character ... in part because he's lived in motels and raps a lot.

We got Travis Turner Tuesday night at Craig's in WeHo and asked if he was worried about backlash from the African-American community over him playing a black character named PSI in "Spy Kids: Mission Critical," which officially debuts this Friday.

HELL TO THE NO, DAWG ... is pretty much Travis' response here, as he explains how he grew up "urban" by living in motels -- plus he says he makes music with black artists, including Snoop, apparently ... and even sponsors black kids. So it's all good, according to him.

Travis goes on to blame social media for so much division when it comes to race ... and then gives us a taste of his rapping and voice from the show. Brace yourselves.

Christian Slater 'Mr. Robot' Predicted Hackings But, the Future Looks ...

4/17/2018 3:15 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Christian Slater makes no bones about it ... "Mr. Robot" anticipated the Facebook and Russian hacking scandals 3 years ago, and the world is just now catching on to it. Too little, too late?

We got Christian Tuesday at LAX, and asked him about the eerie comparisons between his hit show, which tackles the dangers of cybersecurity ... and the recent plague of high-profile hackings of political, retail and social media platforms.

Christian -- who plays Mr. Robot, the "fsociety" hacktivist leader -- credits the show's creator, Sam Esmail, for having the vision back in 2015 when the show premiered. He also gives him props for scaring the crap outta us.

Not to worry, Christian says the future's not totally doomed. Or so he thinks.

4/17/2018 12:30 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Danielle Bregoli, aka Bhad Bhabie, is exploring her TV options again after signing a new deal with a production company for a docuseries about her music career.

Danielle recently inked the deal with the production company, Invent TV, and we're told the plan is to produce and shop the pilot to major cable networks.

Danielle bailed on a reality show deal with a major production company last year to pursue her music career. That seemed to be the right call since two of her songs have made their way onto the Billboard Hot 100 chart and "Hi Bich" went Gold

We're told the TV producers will focus on her music career as Bhad Bhabie and her personal life as Danielle Bregoli. Filming for the pilot began Saturday at her first show on tour, which was sold out in Santa Ana, CA.

There shouldn't be a lack of footage.

Vanessa A. Williams I Want a Divorce ... This Time I Mean It!!!

4/16/2018 4:42 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Vanessa A. Williams is giving divorce a second try -- filing to split from her husband, 10 years after she first filed divorce docs ... TMZ has learned.

The "Melrose Place" and "New Jack City" star filed docs Monday in L.A. to divorce Andre Wiseman ... who she married back in 1992. The couple had separated in 2008, and Vanessa even filed for the big D.

The divorce was dismissed, for some reason, in 2017 -- possibly because she'd let it lapse. Court records show nothing was filed after her initial divorce petition. But as they say, game on.

According to the refiled docs, Vanessa is asking for joint physical and legal custody of their 14-year-old son.

Vanessa, who also starred in the TV version of "Soul Food," was famously the only black actor to have a lead role on 'Melrose.'

As for the divorce? Second time's a charm -- or as her 'New Jack' character, Keisha, might put it ...

LeBron James Sued for Ripping Off TV Show You Have No Business in My Barbershop!!!

4/16/2018 2:34 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

LeBron James stole something extremely valuable at a barbershop ... so claims a company that is suing the basketball legend for allegedly jacking their idea for a TV show.

Adventure Enterprises claims in a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, it pitched a TV show to LeBron called "Shop Talk." The backdrop for the show was a barbershop where celebs share their business success stories while getting a haircut.

The company claims it had numerous talks about the idea with LeBron's company, UNINTERRUPTED, over a period of 2 years ... fleshing out the idea and figuring out a strategy for pitching it to various networks.

According to the lawsuit, LeBron went and cut Adventure Enterprises out of the picture and created a ripoff show called "The Shop," featuring LeBron in a barbershop with his contemporaries, "while engaging in an intimate conversation describing cultural experiences." The show aired as a webisode.

Adventure Enterprises claims it confronted LeBron's people, and what they got back was an apology and assurances it was a one-time deal and wouldn't happen again.

Apparently it did happen again, because another segment aired on ESPN no less.

Adventure Enterprises is gunning for an injunction prohibiting LeBron and his company from producing any more episodes. They also want some serious cash.

The company is also suing LeBron's business partner, Maverick Carter.

A source close to LeBron and Maverick tells TMZ calls the lawsuit "totally frivolous and publicity seeking."

Nightmare, right?!

Well, that's ALMOST what happened to "This Is Us" star Sterling K. Brown ... if not for the heroic actions of Lakers rookie Josh Hart

Brown tells us he left his phone in the car and ALMOST had to suffer an entire flight without Twitter, Instagram and all the movies and TV shows he had on his cell.

Well, thankfully for him ... Hart was there to save the day!

We caught the whole thing on video -- and afterward, Hart told us he wants to treat Brown as his guest to a Lakers game next season!

Pretty cool, right?

'The Crossing' Star Peace Out, L.A. Thanks for the Profit!

4/16/2018 12:30 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Natalie Martinez, from ABC's new show "The Crossing", is tapping out of L.A. but she's making a small bundle on her way out ... by selling her house.

Natalie bought her 4 bedroom, 3 bath crib in the San Fernando Valley back in 2015 for just over $1 million. She just sold the 3,400 square ft crib for $1.32 million -- so, she could be walking away with a tidy $280k in profit.

Mica Rabineau was her listing agent, and we're told Natalie got multiple offers within 3 days of putting it on the market. We're guessing the awesome backyard was an attractive selling point.

As for why she decided to sell, we're told "The Crossing" shoots in Canada, and Natalie wanted to live closer to work.

Viola Davis' Hubby on Break-In Those Prowlers Got Lucky Our House is Locked ... & Loaded?

4/15/2018 3:46 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Viola Davis' husband says they've made necessary adjustments after their home was almost broken into last month, but it sounds like he was already prepared to defend his family.

We got Julius Tennon Saturday at LAX, and asked about a recent attempted break-in at his and Viola's home ... during which they were home and fast asleep in their bedroom.

Julius says he was able to scare off the prowlers with his "Lion King" voice, and that he and V got rid of the ladder the dudes used to climb up to their second-floor balcony.

Then he drops an ominous warning for anyone considering to pull something like that again ... DON'T, 'cause he's got something more lethal than his voice. Guns, perhaps? You tell us.
