HOORAY! Ashley Greene's life hasn't completely fallen apart after her apartment was incinerated.
The actress was spotted eating lunch in West Hollywood Monday ... not far from where her condo went up in flames last month ... and she didn't look like a complete emotional wreck.
Ironically, the restaurant where she ate is called "Toast." Even Ashley has to see the humor in that.

Ashley Greene's condo fire was tragic but also not totally shocking to other residents in the building, who say the actress was trouble.
Multiple sources in Ashley's West Hollywood condo building tell TMZ ... the actress was an utter nuisance -- they say her unit was a revolving door for her fellow actors, friends and others who came and went in the middle of the night. The people who lived below Ashley say there was so much commotion above them they had trouble sleeping.
On top of that, residents complained that Ashley didn't control her dogs -- which were incessant barkers.
We're told residents complained to building management, but nothing happened.
Here's the kicker ... The owner of the unit will be fixing it up, and she says Ashley is welcome to live there again -- that's because Ashley has always paid her rent. Wow.

My Abs Are Waxed Too!

Believe it or not, there is something smoother and even more hairless than Taylor Lautner's jacked buff body ... his new wax sculpture.
The crazy kids at Madame Tussauds in Berlin have unveiled the latest humanoid replica of the 21-year-old "Twilight" hunk and it is abs-olutely identical to the actual manscaped golden tan boy wonder ... even down to the rippling six pack.
While very pretty, Taylor hasn't looked this lifeless since "Breaking Dawn 2."

Wearing matching backwards caps and skinny jeans, "Twilight" pals Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart caused quite the hipster scene as they made their way into a concert in West Hollywood on Tuesday.
With Robert Pattinson nowhere in sight, the too cool for school BFFs assembled some of their American Apparel clad finest friends to catch Marcus Foster -- who had a song on the "Twilight" soundtrack -- at the Troubadour last night.
Even without her "Snow White" director Rupert Sanders around, Kristen did her best to take awkward photos.

"Twilight" star Michael Welch spent his Valentine's Day doing something special with his estranged wife -- THEY FINALLY FILED FOR DIVORCE .... how romantic!
TMZ has learned ... Welch -- who played spiky haired Mike Newton in the first three "Twilight" flicks -- filed a joint petition for divorce with his soon-to-be ex-wife Marissa Lefton.
The two were married back in 2008 ... and according to the docs, filed at L.A. County Superior Court, they separated in December 2011.
Should be an easy parting of ways ... 'cause according to the legal papers, they have no community property to split up ... and no kids either.
Fun Fact -- Marissa played 3-year-old Annie in "Father of the Bride" back in 1991 ... pretty cool, right?!

Pelletier was charged with public intoxication stemming from the incident -- and TMZ has learned, Bronson pled "no contest" to the charge this week.
Pelletier was sentenced to 2 years probation -- and was also ordered to attend 52 AA meetings (2 per week).
Pelletier had previously denied peeing at the airport ... but TMZ posted some damning video last month, showing the actor plainly urinating out in the open. And here it is again.

"Twilight" star Cam Gigandet -- who played James the vampire in the first movie -- is an expert at hitting it from the back ... this according to a new lawsuit, which says the actor rear-ended another vehicle while driving his car last year.
A woman named Jacqueline Nia just filed the lawsuit in L.A., claiming she was driving along Santa Monica boulevard on January 28th, 2012 when Cam rammed into her from behind.
Jackie says she incurred serious injuries as a result of the accident -- causing her "great physical, mental, and nervous pain, suffering, and anguish."
She now wants money to cover her medical expenses and lost wages -- suing for unspecified damages.
Calls to Cam's people weren't immediately returned.
