Tiger Woods hasn't been seen since his Thanksgiving night accident -- and he wasn't seen at his good friend's wedding this weekend either.
Bryon Bell, a childhood friend of Tiger's, was married at Palmetto Bluff (
above) in South Carolina yesterday. Woods was supposed to serve as best man, but ... yeah.
Tiger Woods will not be showing up for his best friend's wedding this weekend, where he was scheduled to serve as best man.
Woods' childhood friend,
Bryon Bell, is getting hitched in South Carolina on Saturday. Bryon got caught up in the whole mess with
Rachel Uchitel. As we first reported, Bryon is the one who
secretly booked and paid for Rachel to rendezvous with Tiger Woods in Australia last month.
Even though Tiger will be a no-show, people involved with the wedding tell us the wedding party has laid down the law -- no cell phones or cameras.
TMZ has learned
Lamar Odom and
Khloe Kardashian's marriage is finally official.

After a quickie wedding and a lengthy
prenup battle, sources close to the situation tell TMZ the happy couple's marriage license was officially recorded in Orange County at the end of last month.

Now, just as a reminder ... according to the prenup, we're told Lamar's $33 million contract with the Lakers is off limits to Khloe -- but she'll get a lump annual sum plus a number of other perks.
Not that we don't think they'll last or anything.
Anyone asking for marriage advice from
Jon Gosselin must be crazier than
Kate's hairstylist, but yesterday at the airport in Hawaii, a photog did just that.

Our advice: Listen to what he has to say ... and just do the opposite.
Jon Gosselin celebrated
Shane Victorino's wedding Saturday night -- or maybe he was just celebrating life -- at Lulu's Lahaina Surf Club & Grill in Hawaii.

L'Chaim!
In town for the wedding of
Philadelphia Phillies star
Shane Victorino,
Jon Gosselin posed with a few "fans" at the Oceans Beach Bar and Grill in Kihei, HI. while Phils slugger
Ryan Howard tore it up on the dance floor.

As the old saying goes -- it's bad luck to see Jon Gosselin before the wedding.
While his shirt was being taken off, "
Gossip Girl" bad boy
Ed Westwick got a mouthful on his nipple from some guy at a wedding.

The striptease went down at Ed's girlfriend's and fellow cast mate
Jessic Szohr's friend's wedding reception in Milwaukee recently.
What would Chuck Bass do?
Chris Brown was thiiiiiiiis close to doin' something totally awesome ... and then his thoughts got in the way.
Brown went on the air with
Hot 97.7 yesterday and admitted the legendary
YouTube video of the wedding party who danced down the aisle to his song "
Forever" brought him out of his darkest days -- but there's a reason he didn't get the happy couple a wedding present.
Brown claims he would have bought them a "whole like living room set or something" -- but didn't because he knew media "like TMZ" would find out and accuse him of concocting the whole plot for publicity.
Actually, it would have been a pretty cool move ... but don't worry Chris, wedding gift etiquette states you have a whole year to pick out the furniture ... and we'll give you props when you do....
Khloe Kardashian and
Lamar Odom have officially signed their prenup, TMZ has learned.

It was inked about an hour ago. Both Khloe and Lamar were together when they put pen to paper.
As we first reported, under the terms of the deal, Lamar keeps the $33 million salary he could make with the Lakers. Lamar will fund the joint account and give Khloe an annual lump sum that remains static throughout the marriage.

And, for good measure, Lamar agreed to pay for the home they plan to buy.
TMZ has learned
Lamar Odom and
Khloe Kardashian have struck a deal with a prenup -- and even though Lamar gets to keep his earnings separate, Khloe got more than he initially offered.

We know Lamar and Khloe have orally agreed, but the deal is not yet inked. It's basically the same structure as we first reported when they began negotiating. Lamar's $33 million -- which he stands to make during his 4-year contract with the Lakers -- is out of bounds for Khloe. But Lamar will fund the joint account, and Khloe can do considerable damage with that.
Again, as we reported, Khloe will get an annual lump sum, which will not go up or down throughout the marriage.
We also know during the negotiations Khloe (with the help of her mom, Kris) got Lamar to agree to buy a nice, expensive house for both of them that will probably cost $5 million minimum.
Sources say the deal should be signed this week.
As for reports that Khloe gets Laker tickets, that was never part of the deal. Besides, she now has someone who can hook her up if she wants.
We have the inside poop on the prenup negotiations between
Khloe Kardashian and
Lamar Odom, and Lamar is holding firm -- for the most part, what's his will stay his and Khloe's gonna cave in.

Sources tell TMZ Lamar won't budge an inch ... his income will stay his separate property. Lamar could make up to $33 mil over the next 4 years with the L.A. Lakers and he's not going to make it community property.
We're told Lamar is willing to give Khloe a yearly chunk of money and the amount will remain static, no matter how long they're married.
Lamar will pay for all the couple's expenses by funding their joint account -- and with Khloe,
that could be a bonanza.
So why would Khloe go for this? Sources tell us she wants to get married to Lamar ... period. We're told Khloe thinks she can change Lamar over time and believes the deal will eventually become fair.

We're told the prenup is almost a done deal.
Once it's signed, the couple will make the marriage legal.
