One pissed off former employee of Donald Trump's L.A. golf club claims working for his facility is the same as stitching shoes in a foreign sweatshop -- meaning no lunch or bathroom breaks allowed during work hours.
Former hostess Lucy Messerschmidt is suing the Trump National Golf Club over a number of labor violations, claiming she wasn't given 10-minute paid breaks, 30-minute unpaid lunch breaks or a chance to use the bathroom during her 8-hour shift -- all required by California law.
In the class-action lawsuit filed yesterday in L.A. Superior Court, 45-year-old Lucy also claimed she was fired because of age discrimination. Lucy says she was let go for complaining about her shifts being cut down -- which allegedly happened because a random club manager wanted "fresh faces" and "young girls" working when The Donald came around
Messerschmidt is looking for at least $15,000 in lost wages, damages and fees.

The motive for the murder of Jennifer Hudson's family could be plain ol' -- but deadly -- jealousy, according to prosecutors.
William Balfour, they allege, warned estranged wife Julia Hudson, Jennifer's sister, he would "harm" her family if she continued to see a new man. Balfour confronted them, they say, on the day of the murders.
We're told Balfour was just brought in to Cook County Jail and booked after his bond hearing today, and is being housed in the general population.
Just a few hours ago, his bail was denied.

Mark Ruffalo's brother is clinging to life right now after he was shot in the head in Beverly Hills Monday.
Police sources tell TMZ Scott Ruffalo was the victim of a "suspicious shooting" that took place in his own Beverly Hills apartment.
We're also told cops are trying to determine if anything criminal went down -- meaning they haven't ruled out an accidental shooting or a suicide attempt.

Looks like William Balfour really isn't going anywhere anytime soon, as a judge just denied him bail at a hearing in Chicago.
Prosecutors revealed they found gunshot residue on the steering wheel of the car Balfour drove to the Hudson house. They also presented evidence that refuted several of Balfour's alibis, including his location at the time of the murders and his use of the subway to get to the Hudson house.
Balfour's lawyer still argued for bail on the grounds the state's evidence is largely circumstantial.
He was charged yesterday with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of home invasion.
