Fullick created, while trying to “knit fog with lolly sticks” in the hope of creating artwork to enter for the Turner Prize for artists and art. [PRWEB Dec 24, 2005] Mark Fullick is the creative and innovative input behind many of the hugely undiscovered and non successful stable of early 80’s bands leading up to todays big underground success the cult band INVISIBLE BEN. It was mark who named INVISIBLE BEN's first album “I'LL TAKE TWO COPYS” in an attempt to double the bands record sale's............. Invisible Ben himself is the sole survivor from the bands last gig on the cannibal planet of LOOK-RUN; Returning to earth Ben found he had survived an almost certain souping only to discover he was in hot water with the off planet musicians union for playing band music............ Now a solo artist Ben re-grouped with himself and launched his new band THE SHERBET MINER’S; but after a clash with the other personalities in the band Ben felt his creative talent was being stifled and he just couldn't work with himself; so he went his own way to form INVISIBLE BEN... INVISIBLE BEN has been another marketing coo for Mark Fullick as the band has never had to actually turn up at any of its own gigs, as no one actually expects to see Invisible Ben the band has been able to get away with just sending a CD to represent the band. This strategy by Mark has saved the band a pronominal amount of money on touring and costumes. IN THE BEGINNING.... Invisible Ben is the love child of a cataclysmic collision between three major 80s electro funk bands, Captain Scarlet and the Funky Mud Man, Fresh Flesh and STICK NO BILLS....... The band name STICK NO BILLS was a stroke of genius on the marketing front as the band never had to put up any posters of their own. STICK NO BILLS would just add their own gig venue and dates to the posters already fantastically sighted all over major towns and city’s by the local authority's..... Creative stuff is what Ben / Mark Fullick does best: in fact there are people out there who believe the creative talent behind INVISIBLE BEN would be better spent at an advertising agency than on the band. To be honest most if not all the people who come to the gigs wonder the same thing, LOL.....
