Backstreet Boys We're Starting a BBQ Restaurant!!!

3/17/2018 12:30 AM PDT

The Backstreet Boys are ready to drop the mic ... in the restaurant biz!!!

BSB Entertainment Inc. -- a company with A.J. McLean, Howie D., Brian Littrell and Nick Carter  listed as directors -- filed docs, which were obtained by TMZ, on February 9 to trademark "Backstreet Barbecue" for use in a new restaurant.

The news comes on the heels of Nick telling a food blog they're looking for a partner in Mexico to start making their own tequila. Hey, it worked for George Clooney. Now add a BBQ joint and the boys have quite the trifecta (music reigns, of course).

We've reached out to a rep for the Backstreet Boys for comment, so far no word back.

Stevie J I'm Being Extorted ... Over Child Support

3/17/2018 7:40 AM PDT

Stevie J says all the shade being thrown around about him being ridiculously behind in child support is extortion.

We got the "Love & Hip Hop" star Friday night in the ATL outside Ivory, and asked him about owing more than $1.3 million in child support.

Stevie calls BS, saying he loves and supports his kids and even put them on 2 VH1 shows. He says he's being extorted over child support but doesn't elaborate.

Stevie's required to turn himself in by April 10th for falling in arrears ... this after pleading guilty to failure to pay support.

Lil Uzi Vert Now on the Hook with Rick Ross For Canceled Gig Lawsuit

3/17/2018 12:20 AM PDT

Lil Uzi Vert was supposed to co-star with Rick Ross on a summer show together, but instead they took the money and left fans hanging ... according to a lawsuit.

A Pennsylvania entertainment company just added Uzi as a defendant in the suit it filed against Rick. According to docs, both rappers were supposed to perform on June 10, 2017 at the minor league ballpark in PA. The company says it forked over about $200k to lock it down.

As we reported ... Rick bailed on the show, and the company says he showed really poor form by not canceling until 2 nights prior to the gig. According to the suit, Lil Uzi did the same.

Now Ross and Uzi are both being sued for the roughly $200k in deposit money, plus reimbursement for what was lost by the last-minute cancellation.

We reached out to both rappers ... no word back so far.

Tommy Lee No More Fat Lip After Fight with Son

3/16/2018 6:26 PM PDT

Tommy Lee still might not be over getting punched by his son ... but at least it looks like his face is back to normal.

The retired rock star was spotted out in Woodland Hills Friday -- with his fiancee Brittany Furlan -- for the first time since he was allegedly attacked by his son, Brandon, and left unconscious and bleeding on his bedroom floor. Tommy had a smoke in his car while Brittany hopped out with some paperwork.

We broke the story ... Tommy's looking to move forward with his criminal complaint against Brandon for battery -- at least for now.

As we reported ... Brandon insists he was acting in self-defense, claiming his dad was drunk and lunged at him during a heated argument over comments Tommy made about his mom, Pamela Anderson.

Tommy denies his drinking had anything to do with it.

Donald Trump's Lawyer Fires Back at Stormy Daniels ... You Owe Us $20 Million!!!

3/16/2018 5:46 PM PDT
Breaking News

The legal battle between President Trump and Stormy Daniels is not going away anytime soon, because his lawyer's now accusing her of violating their deal ... which could cost her big bucks.

According to new legal docs ... Stormy agreed in the "hush" contract with Trump -- created by his attorney, Michael Cohen -- to fork over $1 million in damages if she breached it, per incident.

Cohen claims Stormy has indeed breached the agreement -- at least 20 times -- so he has the right to go after her for $20 million.

As we reported ... Stormy sued to try to get the "hush" pact tossed, claiming the Prez used an alias and never signed it in the first place. She also started a crowdfunding page to raise funds for her legal costs against Trump and his lawyers.

So far she's raised more than $171,000 from various donors ... and it looks like she might need every penny.

Blac Chyna Lawyer Wants Judge to Make Her Talk About 2015 Car Crash

3/16/2018 5:36 PM PDT

Blac Chyna's been dodging and ducking her deposition about a 2015 car crash, and the plaintiffs' lawyer has had enough and wants to make her talk ... according to new legal docs.

Jon Teller, the attorney for the plaintiffs in the 2015 crash with Chyna's white BMW, claims they've been trying to interview her for 9 months now ... but she has canceled or failed to appear for her scheduled deposition at least FOUR times now.

Teller says they've been trying to work with Chyna reasonably but have been "stymied" at every stage ... so now he's asking a judge to step in and order Chyna to get grilled. According to the docs ... he also wants the judge to slap her with sanctions in the amount of $4,560 for her actions.

As we reported ... Chyna was scheduled to talk about her involvement -- or possible lack thereof -- in the 2015 hit-and-run case in October, but we now know it never happened.

As far as the crash goes -- Chyna's friend, Paige Addison, told cops she was behind the wheel and BC was not in the car. Paige was charged with felony hit-and-run ... but Teller believes Chyna was there too.

The civil trial against Chyna and Addison is set for June, so clearly ... Teller wants to question BC ASAP.

We reached out to Chyna ... she had no comment.

Rapper Logic Splits With Wife ... Divorce Looms

3/16/2018 2:10 PM PDT

Logic and his wife, social media star and singer Jessica Andrea, have split after two years of marriage ... TMZ has learned.

The couple married in October of 2015 when the rapper was just 25 years old. It's unclear exactly when the two called it quits, but they hit the red carpet together in January at the Grammys. Logic was nominated for two awards -- including Song of the Year for "1-800-273-8255."

Hints of trouble between the couple first surfaced on Instagram when fans noticed Jessica unfollowed Logic ... he still follows her.

We're told neither has officially filed divorce docs, but reconciliation doesn't seem likely. Our sources say the home they purchased together last year is about to hit the market.

They don't have any children.

Wu-Tang Clan Sued '60s Group Says 'People Say' is a Rip-Off

3/16/2018 2:38 PM PDT

The Wu-Tang Clan ripped off an old soul song and used it in its 2017 hit "People Say" ... so say 3 musicians in a new lawsuit.

The trio known as The Diplomats in the '50s and '60s claims Mathematics, a producer for the Wu-Tang Clan, jacked the melody, lyrics and rhythm of their 1969 track, "I've Got the Kind of Love." According to the docs ... "People Say" is a prominent lyric from their song.

The Diplomats claims many fans and ordinary listeners have noticed the similarities between the tunes and have even pointed them out online.

According to the docs ... The Diplomats say they never gave permission to use their music, so they want the rap group to stop performing and selling "People Say" ... and fork over damages.

Listen for yourself -- you think they got a legit gripe?

Drake Signs Point to Kanye Rendezvous For Wyoming Recording Sesh

3/16/2018 11:18 AM PDT

Drake may very well be making an appearance on Kanye West's next album because there are some MASSIVE, rocky hints he's in Wyoming, too.

Drake's personal photographer and videographer, Theo Skudra, shared footage on his Instagram story Thursday that looks exactly like the same place where Kanye's been holed up working on new music. Pay attention to the railing.

As we reported, Kim Kardashian joined her hubby in Jackson Hole last week while he worked on new music. Kim posted several pics from the trip -- one of which is above.

Travis Scott, The Dream, NAS, Kid Cudi and others also joined Ye on the trip for one massive collaboration.

If Skudra's pic holds any proof that Drake's in town to work, Yeezy's next release is about to be a big one.

'Big Bro' Mike 'Boogie' Malin On the Hook for $800,000

3/16/2018 11:19 AM PDT

"Big Brother" winner Mike "Boogie" Malin is in the hole for $800,000.

Malin and his business partner, Lonnie Moore, were sued by their former partners and co-owners of Geisha House in L.A. The partners say Boogie and Moore embezzled from the club, gambling away hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay for sex, travel and other stuff.

The lawsuit was salacious, saying the duo used company resources "to have multiple sexual encounters with various older men during which Malin would live out fetish role play fantasies." Malin said at the time his partners were just trying to extort him, but ultimately the case resolved with Malin owing $800,000.

Malin filed for bankruptcy, but a judge just ordered the debt will not go away and he will still be on the hook for the full amount.

Colin Kaepernick All Smiles After Legal Showdown with Texans Owner

3/16/2018 10:28 AM PDT

Colin Kaepernick sure seemed to be in a good mood in Houston on Friday -- after personally attending the deposition of Texans owner Bob McNair in his collusion case against the NFL.

TMZ Sports obtained a photo of Kaep after the depo with his attorney, Ben Meiselas -- with some extra pep in their step.

As we previously reported, Kaepernick had filed a grievance against the league claiming owners and other high-ranking NFL officials were in cahoots to blackball Colin after his national anthem demonstration.

Kaepernick had arrived in Houston earlier this week -- and even knocked out a QB workout with his trainer.

As far as the case goes ... McNair isn't the only big name on the witness list -- Kaep's legal team from Geragos & Geragos also subpoenaed Seahawks owner Paul Allen and coach Pete Carroll along with Jerry Jones and Robert Kraft

Stay tuned ...

Kate Upton Alleged Witness Goes Silent With Guess Investigators

3/16/2018 10:15 AM PDT

The Guess investigation into Kate Upton's sexual harassment allegations against co-founder Paul Marciano has hit another roadblock -- Kate's witness is refusing to cooperate.

As we reported ... Kate has already said she won't talk to the lawyers investigating for Guess. She's pissed Guess initially hired Marciano's personal law firm for the probe, and even though Guess has now brought in a new independent firm, Glaser Weil, Kate's still pissed about what she calls "smoke and mirrors" tactics.

Our sources say photographer Yu Tsai -- the man Kate claims witnessed Marciano groping her -- has also gone radio silent. We're told Yu hasn't returned multiple phone calls and emails asking him to talk to investigators for Guess.

One possible reason for Yu going AWOL could be the dozens of emails he's sent Marciano over the years -- including one in July 2010, immediately after Kate alleges Marciano groped her. In that email, which we've seen, Yu says Kate asked him for Marciano's phone number so she could thank him for some Guess clothing she received.

In other emails, he consults with Marciano about future shoots with Kate and gushes about getting to work for Guess. It certainly appears he admires the Guess co-founder.

You'll recall, Kate said Yu was there when Marciano allegedly groped her thighs and breasts, and he's backed up her version of events. She said Yu was her buffer, present when she had a meeting or photo shoot Marciano attended.

For now, though ... he's not talking.
