At first glance, Miley Cyrus looks like she's all in for team Trump ... but always read the fine print.
Miley and Liam Hemsworth hit up Nobu in Malibu on Sunday, and she walked out sporting what looked very much like one of Donald Trump's campaign caps. Not exactly -- the red cap actually reads, "Make America Gay Again."
Seemed like Miley was trying to avoid cameras as they left the hot spot, but she ain't gonna get it done wearing that hat.
A Florida nightclub's teen event turned tragic when gunmen opened fire early Monday morning ... taking down at least 16 victims ... 2 of whom died from their injuries.
The mass shooting happened at Club Blu in Fort Myers. Police responded around 12:30 AM and found multiple victims in the parking lot.
The club says it had armed security at the event for kids aged 12 to 17. Police say the gunmen were not kids there for the event.
Three people were captured while fleeing the scene in a car, but police have not said for sure if they are the gunmen. They're being detained for questioning, but police say they're still searching the city for others who might have been involved.
Toby Sheldon, the guy who paid thousands for surgeries to look like Justin Bieber -- died from a strong cocktail of drugs ... TMZ has learned.
The autopsy report, obtained by TMZ, shows Toby (real name Tobias Strebel) had all kinds of narcotic painkillers and prescription drugs in his system at the time of death. The L.A. County Coroner says he had a combination of the painkillers oxycodone and hydrocodone, diazepam (Valium) ... sleep aids zolpidem and temazepam, alprazolam (Xanax) and alcohol.
A member of the infamous Burglar Bunch wants a do-over ... with her name.
Courtney Ames filed docs to change her name to Courtney Shields. As for why ... she says it's to honor her stepdad. Courtney says Mr. Shields "has been in my life since I was 7 and is more of a father to me than my own father."
Now there's clearly a bonus, because Courtney Ames is notorious as a member of the burglary ring that targeted a bunch of celebs, including Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Orlando Bloom. Her crimes are chronicled all over Google, so the change could get her a job at Walmart for sure.
A judge will decide next month if Courtney becomes Ms. Shields.
Andy Dick has come so far from the depths of his addiction -- when he was getting arrested all the time -- that he's now doing extensive work for a recovery center.
TMZ has learned Andy is a spokesperson for SOBA ... where he's been getting outpatient treatment for 18 months.
SOBA's Founder and CEO, Greg Hannley, says Andy's become an unofficial staff member, promoting the center on local TV appearances, in magazines and he even has one-on-one meetings with other patients ... who tend to open up to him.
The gig doesn't pay -- Hannley says it's simply Dick's way of paying it forward.
Andy tells us this is the first time he's been excited about sobriety and he's never felt better. SOBA was his 20th rehab stint.
Legendary radio DJ Wolfman Jack's iconic raspy voice can now be yours with just a few hits off his custom water pipe, which is now up for auction ... but this ain't no cheap high.
The Harley Davidson themed bong was a bachelor party gift to the Wolfman back in 1961 when he was just starting his nearly 35-year career. Wolfman was hardly a Harley lover, but we're told the pal who gave it to him was.
Main Street Mining Co. expects the pipe to go for as much as $10,000, and uh ... weed is NOT included. The leftover residue was cleaned out when the auction house got it.
Lil Wayne's got a problem keeping time and the good folks at High Times are pissed off about it ... after he abruptly ended a pot festival concert.
A rep for High Times tells us they have, "no idea why Lil Wayne suddenly ended his performance after just four songs when he was contractually committed to performing for an hour for the fans."
The rep adds all the other acts on the bill -- including B.o.B. -- performed as expected and the show was going well until Weezy got sour. As we reported ... Wayne started ranting he'd never do the High Times gig again. It's unclear who he was was talking to at the time.
High Times says it's baffled and still waiting for some explanation from Wayne's team.
We've also reached out to his camp, but no word back.
