Jason Aldean might have made it over the Canadian border just fine but some of his equipment wasn't so lucky after a nasty car wreck.
A tractor trailer carrying a ton of Aldean's gear allegedly lost control on a British Columbia highway, the big rig then hit a rock and flipped completely over. Luckily, the driver suffered only minor injuries.
As for the concert ... it was supposed to be Tuesday night but has been delayed until Wednesday night.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
Charlize Theron's alleged stalker can sleep easy on a bed of roses tonight ... the District Attorney has declined to charge him.
We're told the decision on Tuesday to drop charges was made based on a lack of evidence Stanislav Sonseadec intended to place Charlize in any danger.
According to the D.A's rejection docs,Theron's assistant asked Sonseadec several times to leave the property before calling the cops. But law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sonseadec is Russian and there may have been a language barrier that made it hard for him to understand he was unwelcome.
TMZ broke the story ... cops were called to the actresses' house Sunday after a man with flowers for her refused to leave.
She loves me ... she loves me not.
"Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials" star Dylan O'Brien is getting called to the principal's office -- after he bragged about stealing Native American artifacts from the movie's set, he'll have to answer to 20th Century Fox studio execs.
O'Brien spilled the beans about jacking the stuff a couple weeks ago on "Live with Kelly & Michael" -- and did it in a pretty insensitive way ... admitting they'd been warned to leave any native artifacts they might stumble upon during filming. He said they took stuff anyway, and joked they'd been cursed because several cast members got sick.
TMZ spoke with Roch Hart, who manages Diamond Tail Ranch in Albuquerque -- where the movie was shot -- and he was pissed about O'Brien's comments. He told us he wasn't sure what, if anything, O'Brien and his co-stars really did take -- but said, "If the artifacts are not returned, we will be contacting our attorney."
Hart said he called 20th Century Fox, the film's distributor, on Tuesday to see if it would offer any assistance, and a few hours later he was told Fox would reach out to the cast and crew. Hart says he's been told the studio will find out if anything was taken, and if so ... make it right.
Leave things where you find them, kids!

Under the settlement, Stevie has agreed to pay $25,000 a month in child support for their 2 kids ... ages 14 and 10. Stevie and Kai agreed to joint custody. According to the agreement, Stevie can take the kids on the road when he tours on a limited basis.
Stevie used his thumbprint instead of a signature to sign off on the settlement.
The couple married in 2001 and separated in 2009.
Our sources say Bey and Jay are now renting the $45 million Holmby Hills palace that was owned by ex-L.A. Dodgers owner Frank McCourt.
McCourt sold the house to a British billionaire last year for $45 million, but we're told the new owner was hardly in L.A. and it just sat vacant. So he recently decided to put it on the market for lease ... we're told for around $150k a month.
Our sources -- all of whom are people who were on hand this past weekend facilitating the move -- say Beyonce and Jay signed a 1-year lease.
As for the house ... it's 20,000 square feet, complete with an indoor Olympic-sized pool complex and an outdoor pool with a waterfall and formal gardens.
As we previously reported, Bey Z got the boot from their old rental in the same neighborhood after the owner decided to sell it.
We broke the story ... Jay Z and Beyonce are putting down stakes in L.A., largely because they think it's a good place to raise Blue Ivy.
Bill Cosby was just sued by the woman who has triggered an active criminal investigation against the comedian.
Chloe Goins -- who says she met Cosby at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 where she allegedly was given a date rape drug -- outlines in the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the claims 40 other women have made and then says, "The nature of these activities establishes a history of a serial rapist that has been conducting these horrendous activities against women for over the last 40 years."
She says she woke up naked in a room with Cosby who was at the end of the bed biting one of her toes. Goins claims Cosby quickly left the room when he noticed she was awake.
The case is now under review by the LA District Attorney.
Chloe is asking for more than $75,000 in damages.
Kanye West, the same guy who went on an EPIC anti-award show rant thinks the entire Kardashian clan deserves multiple Emmys for being pioneers in the reality show world.
In an interview with SHOWstudio, Yeezy relates Caitlyn's public transition and how new it was to society to rappers Run-D.M.C. and Will Smith. He says rappers weren't accepted into high class society at first because it was a new concept -- just like Caitlyn's transition.
He then goes on about "Keeping up with the Kardashians." The good stuff starts around 1:02:21 ... Kanye says the reality show was such a ground-breaking "art form" that it deserves multiple Emmys for starting a whole new genre.
We'll leave that up to the Academy.
"16 and Pregnant" star Whitney Purvis says her adorable Boston Terrier Chumpy ran away and was adopted by a new family before she even had a chance to look for him, so she's fighting the rescue shelter to get the pooch back.
Purvis says Chumpy was being watched by neighbors while she was on vacation when he ran away.
Animal control says they picked up a Boston Terrier Sept. 23 and kept him for the 3-day stray hold. No one claimed him, so the dog went to Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee and someone adopted him.
Whitney says BTRET refused to ante up the name of Chumpy's new fam.
BTRET claims they did everything by the book, adding the dog wasn't tagged or microchipped.
Here's where the story doesn't add up ... animal control says it picked the dog up Sept. 23, the day before Whitney left for her trip ... so someone's lying.
We get all the fuss ... Chumpy's a cutie!
Nelly just proved he's still got money to burn by unloading a massive stack of cash on some Dallas strippers.
The rap star hit up VLive Dallas with a few friends Monday night and we're told the rain produced 31,000 singles.
The club can thank Drake for Nelly's donation -- we're told he showed up after hearing Drake rap about the joint.
So, we're guessing Drake will be sending over an invoice any day.
"Vanderpump Rules" star Jax Taylor is looking to wipe the smile right off of a teeth whitening company's corporate face ... claiming his pearly whites have been jaxed.
Taylor filed legal docs claiming he had a deal in 2009 with Lumibrite to pose for ads for its teeth whitening product. He says the deal ended a long time ago, but the company's kept using his mug.
This is Jax's second lawsuit in a month ... he sued a shoe company in September for another endorsement deal gone wrong.
We reached out to Lumibrite for comment ... so far, no word back.
It all went down during the question round of the Miss Feathers Pageant in New Jersey, where Ang asked contestants what they thought of Caitlyn Jenner.
A contestant's answer sends Ang off in a third-person pronoun tirade.
Big Ang punches below the belt a couple more times before walking off stage. She kinda reminds us of an evil Rodney Dangerfield, no?
Gordon says in legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the Brown family has painted him a "murderer, a habitual batterer of women, a seducer of young white females, a thief and/or con man fueled by monetary gain, and a chemist capable of making a toxic cocktail."
Gordon is asking the judge to stop the $40 million wrongful death lawsuit the Browns filed against him until the criminal process runs its course.
The big thing for Gordon ... he says he has a right to remain silent, and the civil case would force him to answer questions that could be used against him if criminal charges are filed.
