For a change ... Justin Bieber's a little camera shy, at least when it comes to sitting for a videotaped deposition in his legal battle with a Miami paparazzo ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story ... Bieber is being sued by Jeffrey Binion, the pap who claims one of Bieber's thugs choked him and stole his camera equipment back in June.
Binion's attorney is set to grill Justin in a videotaped deposition next month -- and Bieber's responded with a legal request for the depo to be kept under lock and key.
According to the docs, Bieber's lawyers feel "it is highly likely that the entire deposition will be published to the public." Their concern is the questioning will include lots of topics unrelated to the case.
Translation: they don't want a video of Justin talking about all his juvenile antics getting out to the world.
Team Bieber is requesting that no copies be made of the original recording. They also want to handpick the videographer.
We know some guys ... if they need a recommendation.
Charlie to Denise
Get Ready for a
HUGE PAY CUT!
12/17/2013 7:15 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Charlie Sheen vows to hit Denise Richards where it really hurts -- in the child support department, because he says he's going to court to get a judge to slash the amount she gets.
Charlie is telling friends ... a judge has NEVER signed off on his current child support agreement with Denise -- it was all agreed to privately.
Denise currently gets $55,000 a month in support for their 2 kids. He's enraged that he's been so generous, and not just with child support. Charlie says he shelled out $9 million for the home he bought for her -- specifically so their 2 girls could be close to him.
So Charlie is telling his buddies ... Denise is epically ungrateful because he says she's denying him the right to have XMAS morning with the girls. He says she's actually taken away the girls' phones so they can't call him.
So Charlie's going to court. Not only does he want child support reduced, he wants the judge to establish his iron-clad right to see his kids on specific holidays.
Partying In NYC
No Injuries Reported
12/17/2013 7:05 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Lindsay Lohan hit the town in NYC last night, and we're happy to report ... no one got their face punched in.
Lindsay showed up at Pravda -- a caviar bar -- for an event hosted by a company that launched a new karaoke app. She showed up at 7 PM and left at 9.
As far as we can tell ... it was all surprisingly undramatic. She walked in calm, left calm and looked good.
And speaking of clubbing ... lose the fur Lindsay. You of all people know what suffering is like.
There's No Crying in Grammys

Davey Havok -- lead singer of the band AFI -- says he's BLOWN AWAY Kanye West would actually bitch about his Grammy nominations ... 'cause music isn't a competition for petty awards.
The rocker was leaving Chateau Marmont last night ... and we asked about Ye's latest outrage over his measly TWO Grammy noms this year.
By the way, Davey's never been nominated -- but somehow has a way better grip on how to handle Grammy glory, or in Kanye's case ... disappointment.
Davey's got some advice for Yeezy -- but, more importantly, he also has a pretty priceless reaction to a grown man whining over awards.

Don't Laugh at Me ...
I Bang Bitches
12/17/2013 6:45 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Justin Bieber bragged that he f**ks "bitches" in a desperate attempt to save face after he got ripped to shreds during a comedy show in L.A. -- and TMZ obtained footage of the entire awesome display.
Biebs made a surprise appearance at the Laugh Factory on Friday -- during comedian Chris D'Elia's set -- and the ex-"Whitney" star ROASTED Justin for his ridiculous fashion choices. Douchey genie pants and leather tank top, por exemplo.
Justin sat quietly through the ribbing until D'Elia made a joke about Justin only "f***ing" himself -- that's when JB just had to respond with a quip that was disgustingly misogynistic ... or totally female-friendly.
Depends if you're a Belieber or Gloria Steinem (Google her).
Feed Lindsay False Stories for Book
12/17/2013 12:30 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Lindsay Lohan's new tell-all book project has a new wrinkle ... if she tells all she'll end up smack in the middle of a lawsuit between her mom and her dad.
Michael Lohan believes when it comes to writing about Lindsay's childhood, Dina Lohan will tell her daughter defamatory stories about Michael.
So we've learned Michael's lawyer just sent a threatening letter to Dina, reminding her about the gag order which was imposed in their divorce ... the gag order which states, ""The wife shall not, directly or indirectly, publish, or cause to be published, any diary, memoir, letter, story" blah blah blah involving her marriage to Michael.
The Lohan's have a lot to tell, if they tell the truth.
So we gotta ask --

12/17/2013 12:15 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
R. Kelly hijacked a random dude's cell phone this weekend in New York -- then recorded a XMAS music video for the guy ... and we got the footage.
It all went down Friday night at Papa Juan Cigar Room in Harlem ... when Kelly showed up with his entourage -- and a bunch of the bar patrons approached him.
One of the guys began recording R.K. with his camera phone -- and that's when Kelly jacked the guy's cell ... and recorded his rendition of "Chestnuts Roasting."
The reaction from the bar crowd is pretty awesome -- check it out.

Traumatic & Thermal Injuries
12/16/2013 5:30 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Paul Walker died from "combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries"... this according to the death certificate obtained by TMZ.
The official cause of death is significant ... it means Walker wasn't killed from the impact alone. He also burned to death after the crash.
The L.A. County Coroner released Paul's cause of death earlier this month. The man who was driving the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, Roger Rodas, also died from "multiple traumatic injuries," but the Coroner did NOT list burns as a factor in his death.
Both death certificates reveal the men died quickly ... according to the doc, the time interval between the impact and their deaths was "rapid."
Both Walker and Rodas were killed in the November 30th crash in Santa Clarita, CA. The cause of the accident is still under investigation, but as we reported, officials suspect plastic bumps in the road may have caused Rodas to lose control.

Paul Walker's family -- and Tyrese -- said their final goodbye to the actor on a Santa Barbara beach.
Paul's dad, his 15-year-old daughter Meadow, Paul's brother and others were there celebrating Paul's life by enjoying a beautiful SoCal day -- playing football on the sand and hanging out.
Tyrese -- who co-starred with Walker in the "Fast & Furious" franchise -- was also present.
A bunch of people wore Viking hats -- not sure of the significance.
Santa Barbara was an appropriate place for the memorial. Paul made Santa Barbara home -- he wasn't really a Hollywood guy.
Judge REVOKES Probation
12/16/2013 2:34 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Chris Brown is in trouble ... again. The judge in the Rihanna beating case has just REVOKED his probation because of the fresh assault charges filed in Washington D.C.
Brown was in court for a progress hearing. The judge felt the criminal complaint in D.C. is enough proof that Chris did NOT obey all laws ... which he's required to do while on probation
The judge did not remand Chris into custody, because hizzoner was impressed by Chris' progress in his anger management rehab. The judge will hold a hearing on the matter in February, and it's possible he could sentence Chris to time in the pokey.
The judge also ordered Chris NOT to use medical marijuana for the time being.
TMZ broke the story ... Brown was popped in Oct. for felony assault -- later reduced to a misdemeanor -- and the L.A. County Probation Dept. launched an investigation.
We just got hold of the progress report (above) -- filed with the court -- from Chris' anger management program. According to the document, Brown participates in a weekly boot camp and successfully completed a 12-hour ropes course "to enhance team-building skills and trust."
The clinical team says Chris has been making progress and has new psychotropic drugs that seem to be working. He's been taken off medical marijuana. The team says his ability to "emotionally regulate himself" has markedly improved.
