There is actually a job more insane than being
Lindsay Lohan's assistant -- tending to the needs of her mom and sister!

Sources close to
Eleonore, Lindsay's long-suffering assistant, tell TMZ she is “miserable,” “super-stressed” and "incredibly worn out" these days -- which is strange because Lindsay has been "away" for nearly a month.
But now she has to do
Dina and Ali Lohan's bidding. We're told Dina "goes on about nothing for days," constantly rambling about potential business deals. One such "deal" centers around a storage unit Lindsay has with her old clothes and other belongings that don't fit in her apartment. According to our sources, Dina thinks there's money to be made off the stuff with a Lohan garage sale.
Throw 16-year-old Ali in the mix and now Eleonore's got double the errands, pick ups, drop offs, etc ... and suddenly someone's counting down to Lindsay's release.
82 days to go, Eleonore.
TMZ has learned
Lindsay Lohan has a very strict guest list at
UCLA rehab -- in fact, the only people allowed to visit her while she's inside the facility are blood relatives ... but that all changes in a few weeks.

Multiple sources close to Lindsay tell us the actresses friends have been told that LiLo is on a program which prohibits LiLo from receiving visits from non-relatives ... until she's completed the first 30 days of her 90 day stint.
We're also told Lindsay has to personally approve each visitor before they're allowed inside.
Lindsay's mom Dina and sister Ali have already dropped by multiple times since the actress began treatment.
Lindsay Lohan's mother and sister dropped by the
UCLA rehab facility last night -- to try and spend some quality time with Lindsay during her 2nd night in the program.

Dina Lohan -- along with her 16-year-old daughter Ali -- drove up to the rehab facility together ... though it's unclear how much time they actually got to spend with LiLo.
As we previously reported, Lindsay checked into UCLA on Monday morning ... and she's expected to be there for the next 87 days.
UPDATE: After the visit, Dina told photogs that Lindsay was doing "great."
Dina and
Ali Lohan left Lynwood Jail on Thursday carrying bags of letters and books that
Lindsay Lohan's remaining fans have mailed to the incarcerated former actress.

It's great to see Dina making herself useful.
Lindsay Lohan's Mother
Dina and Sister
Ali paid a visit to Lynwood jail this afternoon ... and this one was special.

Visiting hours are normally limited to weekends, but we're told the Sheriff's Department can make exceptions if there are security or safety concerns.
Lindsay Lohan taught her 16-year-old sister last night ... a
SCRAM bracelet does not have to get in the way of a good time.

Lindsay left the
Soho House in West Hollywood at around midnight with Ali in tow ... and made a beeline for the nearby
Chateau Marmont. We're told she left around 1am.
Cheers.
After a brief trip back to L.A. to attend an alcohol education class and
a deposition --
Lindsay Lohan was out and about in New York City today with her 16-year-old sister
Ali.
Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation and is headed for a showdown in court next month that will almost certainly land her in jail.

Lohan -- who is on probation for DUI -- has not fulfilled the alcohol education requirement laid down by the judge ... TMZ has learned.
Judge Marsha Revel made it clear to Lindsay late last year, she must attend alcohol ed courses
once every 7 days. The only exception -- if she was in inpatient rehab. And the judge was explicit ... if Lindsay did not comply with the terms of probation, she was going to jail.

The school in which Lindsay enrolled is required by state law to inform the court only if the student is MIA for 21 days. So here's the disconnect: The school has not reported an attendance violation ... because Lindsay frequently waited until the 21st day to attend classes.
Bottom line -- Lindsay met the school's requirement, but squarely violated the judge's order.
We've learned what's going to come out at Lindsay's progress hearing on May 20 -- that she has habitually violated the judge's requirement to attend classes at least once every 7 days.

Judge Revel has made it clear to Lindsay -- no more chances. If probation is violated, she's going to jail ... and probation was repeatedly violated.
We asked Lindsay's lawyer,
Shawn Chapman Holley, for comment and received the following email: "We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance." Good lawyering for sure, because -- as we just told you -- the program may not have a problem with Lindsay, but the judge is going to have a big problem.
Lindsay Lohan is back in NY to have an intimate girls weekend with her sister Ali and her loving matriarch Dina -- but, of course, the whole thing will be on camera.

TMZ just spoke with
Dina Lohan, who confirmed that Lindsay and Ali are at her NY home to shoot a Mother's Day special for E!, in which the girls will help Dina rearrange ... of all things ... her closet.
Dina -- who was in hair and makeup during our conversation -- told us there was one family member who wasn't welcome at the shoot ...
Michael Lohan. And as for Mike's ultimatum, Dina tells us she will not speak with her ex-husband and reminded us that she still has a criminal stay away order against the guy.
Dina also told us she has a plan to help with Lindsay's personal issues, telling us "We're on it."
As for Ali, Dina says she was only in L.A. for a week and now she's back in New York to stay.
The
L.A. County Sheriff's Department can rest easy.
UPDATE: A rep for E! tells TMZ that whatever show Dina is shooting ... it's not theirs. It could be a segment for ET, but a rep for the show hasn't returned our call yet.
UPDATE 2: Lisa Bloom, Michael Lohan's attorney, released a statement that reads: "Michael Lohan loves his daughter Lindsay and stands ready, willing and able to help her any time she needs him, day or night. Our # 1 priority remains to save and protect Lindsay. All legal options in that regard remain open. We hope that Lindsay agrees soon to voluntarily enter an appropriate treatment program.
Lindsay and
Ali Lohan went to LAX last night and blew out of town ... we're hearing they went to New York.

We know
Michael Lohan has given an ultimatum ... either Lindsay sits down and has a serious talk with him or he's going for a conservatorship.
Michael was also ticked off that
Dina Lohan allowed 16-year-old Ali to live with Lindsay in L.A.
So it could be showdown time this weekend.
