Harold Martin Smith (born in 1967) is an ex-con who is believed to have murdered publicist Ronni Chasen during a failed robbery attempt. Chasen was shot in her car as she drove through Beverly Hills after a premiere for the movie, "Burlesque". When police went to question Smith as a possible subject, he committed suicide.
