Jacqueline Gutierrez is the former assistant to comedian, Katt Williams. In 2009, Gutierrez filed a lawsuit against Williams, alleging that she was not paid for 10 months of work. She is asking the court for $232 thousand, to settle her outstanding salary and other expenses she incurred while she was employed.
