Merilee Gerth is a former employee of West Coast Choppers who sued Jesse James in 2007 for sexual harassment. Gert was involved in an affair with James while he was married to actress, Sandra Bullock. When Gerth ended the affair, James allegedly fired her from West Coast Choppers. Gerth and James settled the lawsuit out of court, for $725 thousand.
