Congressman Aaron Schock is flashing his ridiculous abs again -- this time on the cover of Men's Health!


The Republican isn't just showing off his body to gloat, he's flaunting his cut stomach to promote the "Fit for Life Summer Challenge" -- an initiative focused on losing weight to reduce risk of heart disease, diabetes and stroke. For more info, check out the Men's Health website.

Schock's six-pack isn't new to us though, TMZ discovered his washboard stomach back in 2009 when we published this bathing suit shot:

Question is ...

Congressman Aaron Schock lost control of his car after sliding over an ice patch in Illinois yesterday -- and banged into another vehicle on the streets of Peoria.

No one was injured in the accident, which Schock's rep described as "minor."

We're told both parties were able to work things out without the police -- and Schock, who was in route to an official district event, still arrived to the function on time.

Amazingly, his abs arrived early.

Devout Mormon Congressman Jeff Flake (R - Arizona) is giving TMZ's favorite shirtless lawmaker Aaron Schock (R-Illinois) a run for his six-pack -- starting a new battle of the biceps on Capitol Hill.


The world saw Flake, 46, flex his muscles earlier this month after he embarked on a seven-day vacation on a deserted island in the Pacific -- and shared photos of his solo trip with the Washington Post (below left).



Though Flake told us yesterday in D.C. Schock, 28, would probably beat him in a bench press competition, what we really want to know is ...

So all this talk about Congressman Aaron Schock and his mystery abs ... well, the gentleman with the steel midsection from Illinois has the floor.



We raised the question who would win the 6-pack-O-Rama: The Prez or Schock. Debate closed.

Congressman Aaron Schock was grilled today on TMZ's coverage of Washington D.C. -- specifically our controversial interview asking Schock who had better abs: Prez Barack Obama or him?


CNN's "Reliable Source" host Howie Kurtz probed deep, trying to get Schock to take his shirt off, but the 27-year-old Rep kept it professional.

Move over Nancy Pelosi, there's a new hottie in Congress: 27-year-old Republican rep Aaron Schock.


Schock, the youngest Congressman out there, was out in D.C. today, where he was quickly dubbed the "Brody Jenner" of Capitol Hill ... except this guy has a "real" job.
