This is how Alicia Silverstone feeds her 10-month-old son -- chewing up food in her mouth ... then spitting it directly into his ... like a bird.

Alicia posted the video on her blog this weekend, claiming it's her "favorite" way to feed her son Bear Blu (that's his name). Alicia adds, "He literally crawls across the room to attack my mouth if I’m eating."

It's unclear why she does this -- there's probably some hippie-dippie explanation about the bacteria in her mouth helping to strengthen her kid's immune system ... or something -- but she never explains why herself.

For the record -- Alicia's a staunch vegan ... and she's raising her son vegan too. Mother knows best?

Dean Kelly -- the ripped ex-model who skinny dips with Alicia Silverstone in Aerosmith's 1994 music video for "Crazy" -- was arrested on Monday on suspicion of rape ... TMZ has learned.



Law enforcement sources tell us, 39-year-old Kelly allegedly lured an unidentified woman into his New Orleans home last November ... where he got her drunk, and then raped her.



The incident wasn't reported until last Friday, which explains the belated arrest. Kelly was released on $35,000 bail.

The Tulane University Police Dept. had been looking for Dean Kelly, aka Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt's character in "Fight Club"), who allegedly had been trying to get girls on campus to pose for nude photos. The Tulane P.D. helped capture Kelly and now authorities in the rape case want info from the Tulane students.

Sure, Josh Holloway is king of the jungle on "Lost" -- but for our photog, Josh's most memorable role was as the dude who got his ass handed to him by Alicia Silverstone when he tried to steal her purse in Aerosmith's "Cryin'" video.


Josh was amused.

"Clueless" star Alicia Silverstone isn't clueless about eating meat. The longtime vegetarian recently bared all for a sexy new naked spot for animal rights organization People For the Ethical Treatment of Animals. That's some hot meat!


Says Silverstone in the ad, of being vegetarian, "There's nothing in the world that's changed me as much as this. I feel so much better and have so much more energy." Pass the peas, please!

Will Paris and Nicole work together in the fifth season of "The Simple Life"?

Zoey, you can thank your heavenly E! Entertainment stars that another season of "The Simple Life" will be gracing our presence. But this season will prove more dramatic than last as Paris and Nicole (shown here from the earlier seasons on FOX) will not be filmed separately, like season four, forcing the two to work together.

The president and CEO of the E! Entertainment network says that while he can't predict if the ladies will have made up or not by then, he realizes that he needs to give the people "what they want." And what they want is a confrontation! For now, we'll have to wait and see. Filming hasn't begun for the latest season, but we'll let you know when it does.

When will Charlize Theron come out with another one of her fantastic movies?

Joan, Charlize will be seen in the movie "The Ice at the Bottom of the World" in December of '07. After that, her next, and quite possibly most anticipated movie, will be the sequel to "The Italian Job" -- "The Brazilian Job" in which she teams up once more with Mark Wahlberg, Seth Green and Mos Def. In this flick, the team travels down to Rio de Janeiro for their next scam. Production has started for this film, however the Oscar winner has not yet started filming.
