Suck on THIS a-one time ... Pauly Shore tells TMZ he's in talks with Andy Dick about doing a sequel to their 1994 flick "In the Army Now."

Dick and Shore discussed the idea on Andy's Internet show yesterday ... with Dick saying, "I've always said we should do 'In the Army Again' ... We should rescue Katy Perry from a USO show gone bad or something."

Now, Shore tells us, "Andy has wanted to do it for awhile ... if they put up the money and the studio lets us do it  ... I'm down to make it happen!"

Shore tells us ... there is a treatment for the movie (a detailed summary of the story) that's being circulated in Hollywood ... but Pauly hasn't read it yet.

FYI -- the original flick grossed more than $28 mil at the box office ... Shore's 3rd highest grossing film.  But despite its cult following, the flick carries a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Yeah, buddy.

The LAPD is looking to have a chat with former "Celebrity Rehab" star Andy Dick ... after the comedian was accused of roughing up a tourist in Hollywood ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a male tourist recently filed a battery report with police, claiming a seemingly intoxicated Dick went nuts on him when he tried to snap the actor's photo after spotting the guy walking around in the famous Hollywood and Highland area.

According to the report, the tourist claims Andy grabbed him by his collar and tried to wrestle the camera from his possession. The tourist claims he managed to fight Dick off ... and Andy quickly fled the scene.

We're told police believe the incident was captured on tape ... and cops are VERY interested in checking out the footage.

Calls to Dick's camp have not been returned.

More legal trouble for Andy Dick ... this time, the comic has been sued for allegedly whipping out his man parts at a comedy club in Dallas and rubbing them against a male patron's face.



According to the lawsuit, filed in Dallas by a man named Robert Tucker, Andy was dressed like a woman during part of his act back in December 2010 -- wearing a red skirt and a wig -- when he walked into the crowd.

Tucker claims Andy approached him in the crowd and "pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, exposing the fact the he was not wearing underwear beneath the skirt."

Tucker says Andy then "forced his genitals against the left side of [Robert's] face."

Tucker says he felt "degraded and humiliated" by Dick and says he's even been
harassed and ridiculed by the workers he supervises as well as his management peers."

Tucker is suing for unspecified damages.

The downward spiral continues ... Andy Dick was arrested at a restaurant in Temecula, CA last night after cops say he was acting disorderly ... while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.



The former "Celebrity Rehab" star was taken to a nearby jail ... where he was booked at 9:48 PM. Bail was set at $500.

If you ever wondered how NOT to pick up a gorgeous bikini model, Andy Dick recently put on a free clinic ... and luckily for you, we have video of the entire ordeal.



It all went down during the recent filming of an online reality show called "If I Can Dream" -- when the smoking hot star of the show, Giglianne Braga, stumbled upon Dick sleeping alone in the sand.

Unfortunately for Braga, Dick woke up ... and began hitting on her like his name was Gerard Butler.

Dick was then rejected more times than he's been arrested -- despite slurring stellar pickup lines like, "I'm gonna kiss you and hold you and cuddle you and f**k you."

Andy Dick was one wasted, babbling, trespassing, crazy man last week ... according to this awesome 911 call -- and we're not talking about the winery incident on Friday.



The comedian nearly got his ass arrested earlier last week when -- according to the 911 caller -- he drunkenly barreled into her L.A. home in the middle of the night.

We're told the victim didn't want to press charges and cops simply drove Andy home.

The upside for Dick?  The caller thought he was a "well-to-do ... rich white man."  No joke.  You gotta hear it.

So Andy Dick walked into a winery -- sounds like the beginning of a joke, right? Here's the punchline -- he got kicked out.



Dick went to the South Coast Winery Resort & Spa in Temecula, CA yesterday with a small group of friends. The manager there tells TMZ that Dick was escorted off the property by security because he "showed signs of intoxication."

Dick is no stranger to getting thrown out of places for being too drunk (see below) -- but the manager of the winery says it's an everyday occurrence there.

A call to Dick's manager was not immediately returned.

The two people who told cops Andy Dick got a little grabby with them at a West Virgina bar weren't the only ones he was allegedly little aggressive with on Friday night -- but the third guy says ... no harm, no foul.



TMZ obtained photos of Dick at Rum Runners in West Virginia right before his arrest. We spoke with Jonathan Kraft, the other guy in the pics, who tells us he's a regular at the place and when he saw Dick, he went right up to him and bought him a drink.

Kraft says he introduced Dick to the owner and at one point, Kraft says Dick tried to kiss him. Kraft said he dismissed him, saying, "I'm not down with that."

Kraft tells TMZ he has no intention of filing any complaint and he calls the charges against Dick "dumb" and "stupid," saying, "He's nationally known as a weird guy."

One of the guys Andy Dick is accused of sexually abusing tells TMZ he was merely doing his job when Andy grabbed him in his special place.

Phillip Daniels, a bouncer at Rum Runners in West Virginia, tells TMZ Andy Dick tried walking past him when he entered the bar, without taking a wristband. Daniels says he stopped the comedian, put the band on his wrist ... that's when Andy grabbed his crotch. Daniels tells us ...when he pulled away, Dick laughed and walked off.

Daniels tells us, "You could tell he was really out of it. He was on something."

The bouncer says someone called the cops and they showed up 20 minutes later, inquiring, "Where's the comedian?" About eight cops went to the back, Daniels says, and walked out a few minutes later with Dick in handcuffs.

Andy Dick is facing two felony counts of sexual abuse -- a male patron says Dick also groped him. If convicted, he could get five years in prison. And, Dick is also in hot water because he's on probation for another assault case in L.A.

Andy's lawyer says Andy "is stunned by these allegations" and he is "strongly denying any criminal conduct."

Andy Dick was arrested in West Virginia this morning on two counts felony counts of sexual abuse in the first degree.



Dick was taken to the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, where he was eventually released this afternoon. His bail was set at $60,000 (30k for each charge). We're told the owner of the Funny Bone, where Dick performed last night, posted the bail.

Dick faces 1-5 years in prison if convicted.

According to the criminal complaint, Dick was talking to a guy when he "unexpectedly and without invitation grabbed the victim's crotch, repeatedly groping then kissing him."

Also in the complaint, a security guard at the bar says that Andy Dick "grabbed his crotch and began laughing" when the guard tried to give him an armband.

A press release from the Huntington Police Department says: "Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree."

Dick was in town performing at the Funny Bone in Huntington, WV. The manager, Tom Schaefer, told us Dick will go on Saturday and Sunday night as planned. He also tells us he was with Dick at Rum Runners and didn't witness any of the alleged incidents.

Dick is currently on probation over an incident at a chicken joint, where he was arrested for sexual assault. He copped a plea to battery in 2008.

Andy Dick had a warrant out for his arrest -- for a crime he didn't commit -- that is, until yesterday, when TMZ stepped in and unintentionally helped Dick get off.

Here's how it all went down: On February 6th, a Riverside County judge issued a bench warrant for Dick when Andy's court-ordered alcohol monitoring bracelet (SCRAM) tested positive for booze.

Andy is still on probation for that drunken fight at a chicken wing joint last year, so a positive booze test means he could have been arrested and hauled off to jail.

Andy says he never took a drink, and claimed booze on the floor of a comedy club must have set off the device -- but who's gonna believe that guy? Turns out, Dick was right.

When TMZ called the people who monitor the SCRAM they told us Andy's SCRAM turned in a "less than .02" reading, which, according to that group, means environmental circumstances probably DID cause the positive reading. The group incorrectly reported the incident as a "violation."

The court never noticed the mistake, until we started making calls on the situation. Eventually, we spoke to the DA, who informed us that the judge had rescinded the warrant -- because of the new information provided by yours truly.

To reiterate the important part -- we didn't mean to get Andy Dick out of trouble, it just happened that way.
