One of Anna Nicole Smith's doctors is losing her medical license -- temporarily -- over her conviction for writing prescriptions for Anna under false names.
According to court documents, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and the The Medical Board of California reached a settlement ... in which the doc admitted to her conviction of a crime in the Anna Nicole case -- and making false statements in a psychiatric report, unrelated to Anna Nicole.
As a result the Board is suspending Eroshevich's medical license for 90 days and putting her on probation for 5 years.
A jury convicted Eroshevich of a felony in October 2010 -- but in 2011 a judge knocked it down to a misdemeanor ... and she was sentenced to one year probation.
As part of her Medical Board discipline, Eroshevich will also have to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and take an ethics course.
The L.A. home where Anna Nicole Smith shot her wacky reality show is officially on the market ... and it can be yours for a cool $1.75 mil.
TMZ has learned ... the people in charge of Anna's estate put the home up for sale on Sunday -- and we're told the money made from the sale of the house will go back into Anna's estate.
The 4,700 square foot home -- located up in the hills in Studio City, CA -- boasts 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a fitness center, HUGE chandeliers, a giant master bedroom and some pretty sick views.
Almost four years to the day she died, the life of Anna Nicole Smith has become the subject of a new controversial opera simply called "Anna Nicole" -- and yes ... the fat lady is singing.

Larry Birkhead says Anna Nicole Smith's Estate is threatening legal action over the opera titled "Anna Nicole" ... TMZ has learned.
The opera --- playing now at the Royal Opera House in London -- is about Anna's life, and features a very large woman with big boobs loosely resembling Anna.
Larry tells TMZ the producers never contacted Anna's estate or him. They also didn't offer Larry an advance screening. Larry says the opera is like "a sleazy tabloid."
Birkhead says the estate is now weighing its legal option.
And, Larry adds, "If [the producers] are not careful, they'll get more than diet pills in the mail."
After a judge just ruled there was no basis to convict Howard K. Stern of anything in connection with Anna Nicole Smith's drug abuse, freshly re-minted California Governor Jerry Brown -- who went after Stern with a vengeance while he was Attorney General -- essentially said he couldn't care less.
Governor Brown's press office released this terse statement: "It's in his past job and he has no comment."
Brown spent millions investigating Stern and co-defendants Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich for several years, before the D.A. filed criminal charges.
Brown and company sent Kapoor to the poor house, though he was eventually found not guilty on all charges.
In a shocking slap in the face to the L.A. County District Attorney, the judge in the Howard K. Stern drug conspiracy trial just threw out the jury verdict -- making Stern a free and innocent man.
The jury in the case -- in which prosecutors argued Stern and others conspired to fuel Anna Nicole Smith's drug habit -- found Stern guilty of 2 counts of conspiracy, but not guilty on 7 other charges.
The judge felt the conviction was baseless and threw it out.
It's also a major repudiation of California Gov. Jerry Brown who grandstanded and spent millions as Attorney General going after Stern and the other defendants.
The judge also found that psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich was acting out of concern for Smith -- and sentenced her to no more than one year of probation and a $100 fine for obtaining a Vicodin prescription under a false name.
UPDATE: District Attorney Steve Cooley says, "We strongly disagree with Judge Robert Perry's ruling today," adding, "[the ruling] diminishes the huge social problem of prescription drug abuse facilitated by irresponsible caretakers and unscrupulous medical professionals."
Cooley says he'll appeal the ruling and hasn't decided whether to retry Stern on the charges on which the jury was hung.
Howard K. Stern just arrived at the downtown L.A. criminal courthouse for his sentencing in the Anna Nicole Smith drug conspiracy trial.
Stern, and Khristine Eroshevich -- who accompanied him to court -- were both convicted of conspiring to use a false name for Anna to get prescription drugs.
The prosecution -- surprisingly -- is not asking for jail time. After pursuing the pair with a vengeance, prosecutors are asking for probation and community service.
This is Daniel DiCrisco -- Anna Nicole Smith's former hairstylist and self-described "friend" -- out in Hollywood last night ... attempting to look like Anna during one of her most infamous drug binges.
The video that inspired this "costume" -- in which Anna was whacked out of her mind and couldn't remember if she was pregnant -- was admitted as evidence in the Howard K. Stern prescription drug case.
Now, with Stern and Anna's former psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich being found guilty of conspiracy -- Anna's former friend thought this would be funny.
Howard K. Stern was just found guilty on two counts of conspiracy for obtaining medications for Anna Nicole Smith in his own name.
Stern was acquitted of seven other charges involving Smith. Stern is free pending an appeal.
Stern placed his face in his hands right before the verdict was read ... but had a stone-faced reaction once he learned his fate. Stern is due back in court January 6 for sentencing.
After the hearing, Stern said, "Everything related to the appropriateness of the medication, I was acquitted of."
Dr. Khristine Eroshevich was just found guilty of four criminal counts -- including two counts of conspiracy to funnel prescription drugs to Anna Nicole Smith.
On her way out of court, Eroshevich told reporters she was "disappointed" with the way things went down in court.
Anna Nicole Smith's personal physician -- Dr. Sandeep Kapoor -- was just acquitted on charges of illegally funneling prescription meds to the deceased reality star.
Kapoor faced 6 criminal counts -- including a pair of conspiracy charges.
Kapoor breathed a sigh of relief as the verdict was read.
