Looking like the hottest American Gladiator ever, AnnaLynne McCord rocked elbow and knee pads with her green bikini to shoot some sort of ridiculous sexy jousting scene on "90210" in L.A. yesterday.

Who wouldn't want to do battle with her?

While she's reportedly dating "Prison Break" star Dominic Purcell, "90210" hottie AnnaLynne McCord kept it in the family by kissing her sister Angel on the lips while shopping at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills the other day.


There's nothing like a sister's love.

AnnaLynne McCord just got sued for allegedly smashing a Mini-Cooper into the back of another car on the streets of L.A. nearly 2 years ago ... TMZ has learned.



The other driver involved in the accident claims he was severely injured in the wreck -- and eventually needed surgery to fix his neck, back and shoulder. 

According to the lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court by attorney Michael Marzban -- the other driver is suing for unspecified damages ... including wage loss and medical expenses.

So far, no comment from the McCord camp.

Despite reports that they had broken up, AnnaLynne McCord was spotted in a bad wig and sunglasses with Kellan Lutz ... at a low budget motel in Studio City this morning.

McCord allegedly got into the accident last Tuesday with a guy named Aaron ... who tells TMZ the actress smacked into him while she was driving a Mini Cooper that belonged to her sister Angel.
In fact, Aaron says AnnaLynne accepted blame and was "very apologetic" at the scene.

That's why Aaron says he was shocked a few days later when he received a very angry phone call from Angel McCord -- who cussed him out for filing an insurance claim.

Aaron tells us he didn't get mad, he got even -- posting AnnaLynne's phone number on his Facebook page so his 361 friends could "call her and let her know what a deadbeat she is."

A rep for AnnaLynne had no comment -- but sources tell us Aaron can expect a cease and desist letter over the Facebook post.
