Anne Heche has been embroiled in a nasty custody battle with ex
Coley Laffoon for so long, we forgot she also has a baby with a guy she really
does like -- "
Men in Trees" co-star
James Tupper.

Yesterday at JFK, Heche continued
Celestia's mission to "
spread a message of love to this stricken planet" -- and participated in some serious PDA with her guy as they pushed baby Atlas through the airport.
They're finally divorced, but that doesn't mean
Anne Heche is done dragging her baby daddy through the mud -- and last night on
Letterman, she let loose.

Heche repeatedly slammed ex-hubby
Coley Laffoon,
calling him a "lazy ass" whose greatest achievement was getting a gig coaching soccer. Heche also told Dave -- and the rest of the country -- that Coley won't leave her alone.
Heche -- who accused Lafoon of
chronic masturbation during their nasty custody battle -- now pays her ex $3,700 a month in child support.
The best part -- Heche busted out an impression of what she thinks Coley looks like when he gets the monthly check ... priceless.

Attention gentlemen -- and women, perhaps --
Anne Heche is single again.
A judgment was entered in Heche's divorce from
Coleman Laffoon on March 4, meaning they are officially divorced.
TheyΩ get 50/50 custody of Homer. Anne has to pay Coleman $3,700 a month in child support. Anne is also paying Coleman a lump sum of $515,000.
It's the end of one of the nastiest divorces ever, with Anne accusing Coleman of various pornographic escapades.
Forget men and women, Anne Heche is now canoodling with marine mammals. For the love of Celestia!

The 39-year-old almost was eaten by the Vancouver Canucks' mascot, Fin the Whale, at a game this week.
A rep for Heche tells us Anne has no plans to leave her current male boyfriend, James Tupper, for Fin.
Anne Heche and her ex husband Coleman Laffoon were in court today, sorting out their nuclear battle over child support. Heche claims she's close to broke, saying she's $364,000 in the hole!
Outside court, Anne was more interested in how we're doing financially than her.
Sexy singer Christina Milian grabbed a coffee on Robertson Blvd. and before driving away, she halted her hot ride long enough to be personable to paps. Way to be cool!
"Girlfriends" actress Golden Brooks flashed her ... smile at the Pacific Design Center, while parking lot boxing fan Rick Fox and "OC" bad boy Ben McKenzie hit up Hyde.
Back from the beyond actress Phoebe Cates announced her next film project, starring, "A famous Latino actress ... I'm horrible with names." Meanwhile, famous Spanish actress ... um ... Penelope something-or-other, grubbed at Nobu.
All this and less in this edition "whatshername" edition of Star Catcher.
Sometimes a girl just needs some female companionship.
TMZ caught Anne Heche at Osteria Mozza last night, looking cozy with an unknown handsome blonde gal pal as the two waited for a cab outside the restaurant.
The former daughter of God (Celestia anyone?!) then gave her girlfriend a lingering, tender hug goodbye, before going their separate ways for the night. Girls will be girls!
Financial documents filed this week in the Anne Heche/Coley Laffoon divorce show all sorts of weird economics in the life that is Anne Heche.
According to documents filed on Wednesday, among the residual income earned by Heche's Celestia Films Inc. between January and July of this year, there's a whopping $34.74 from her work on the sitcom "Ellen" -- a whole two episodes! Other fun residuals include "Higglytown Heroes" ($45.94), "Silver Bells" ($15.61) and "Murphy Brown" (36.87). Being a guest star has its perks!
Don't fret -- Heche made $675,000 during that time for her work on "Men in Trees." It's a show on ABC.
Cameras rolled as Coley Laffoon celebrated Labor Day weekend by moving out of the Hancock Park home he shared with son Homer and soon-to-be ex-wife, "Men in Trees" star, Anne Heche.
TMZ spotted Laffoon loading up the moving truck on Saturday -- the exact date on which he previously agreed he would clear out. Nothin' like waitin' 'til the last minute!
With Coley out, Heche is free to come and go as she pleases until the place is sold. No awkward ex run-ins here!

The Anne Heche/Coley Laffoon
circus divorce is one act closer to its finale.
In the latest chapter of this loony saga, Laffoon agreed today to move out of the couple's Hancock Park home -- which has been on the market for the past month -- by September 2. Coley has been living there with the couple's 5-year-old son, Homer. After Laffoon is out, Celestia -- er, Anne -- can get access to the house before it's sold.
Last month, the couple argued in court over bedroom furniture -- a bed and two nightstands -- which is nothing compared to Laffoon calling Heche
"delusional" and Heche accusing Coley of being
addicted to porn. Crazy kids.
UPDATE: Heche and Laffoon continued to battle over custody. In court papers filed today, Heche petitioned to spend more time with Homer. She is also seeking to modify a prior arrangement that called for Heche to give two weeks notice when she intends to exercise her custodial time -- she'd rather give a week's notice when she doesn't plan to. She cites her work schedule as the reason.

Despite vulgar, obscene and downright insulting accusations, "Men in Trees" star Anne Heche and soon-to-be-ex-hubby Coley Laffoon have finally decided to work together ... on one thing.
TMZ obtained a
transcript of Monday's divorce proceedings at L.A. County Superior Court, where the two told the judge that they have finally agreed to to put their Hollywood mansion up for sale. When one of Heche's lawyers announced the address to the court, Laffoon stood up and pointed out that the zip code was incorrect. Heche's lawyer responded, "I stand corrected." The judge, apparently shocked by the cooperation, chimed in, "All right. Well, we at least solved something!"
Baby steps people, baby steps.
