The prostitute that spanked ex-NY Governor Elliot Spitzer, just got someone else spanked -- with a 1.5 mil lawsuit.
Ashley Dupre, known to political big wigs as "Kristen", is being named as the other woman by model Mary Dunphy. Dunphy says she walked in on her ex-fiancé, Robert Oppenheimer Jr., while he was "consulting" with Dupre in his Manhattan apartment last summer.
According to the
New York Daily News,The lawsuit alleges emotional distress -- due largely to the fact that Dunphy was pregnant at the time.
Mental note -- Hookers bad.
Ashley Dupre -- who actually makes Paris Hilton look virginal, took to the airwaves last night to yap about that little Gov. Eliot Spitzer escort controversy.
Dupre claims she doesn't feel responsible for Spitzer's downfall saying, "If it wasn't me, it would have been someone else. I was doing my job. I don't feel that I brought him down." In one meeting alone Dupre racked in a whopping $4,300 from Spitzer.
Dupre claims she is done with her sellin' her bod and just wants to move on. Good luck with that.

Sources tell TMZ that "GGW" has "a week's worth" of video of Ashley celebrating her 18th birthday, which she did on the big bus. We're told that "GGW" plans on releasing an Ashley Dupre-specific video "shortly."
