Using their powers of camouflage, Malia Obama's Secret Service detail managed to go totally unnoticed at a tween-filled One Direction concert Thursday night ... well, ALMOST unnoticed.

While President Obama's 13-year-old daughter screamed her face off at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, VA ... one of her protectors kept his eyes peeled for danger while trying to blend in with the army of screaming teenage girls.

Just hours after posing with two beautiful porn stars, Bill Clinton got on his knees -- and begged thousands of people for money ... all in the name of Barack Obama.

It's the 21st century way of soliciting campaign funds -- sending a desperately-worded email to masses of people across the country ... in this case, people who've subscribed to Barack Obama's newsletter.

He writes, "I've been in President Obama's shoes before -- less than six months to go before an election to let you finish what you started. It was tough enough back then, but this election is going to be tougher."

Bill goes on to ask for campaign donations -- and the pitch ... donating automatically enters you in a lottery to win a trip to NYC with Bill and POTUS, where you'll attend Obama's upcoming "Barack on Broadway" event (a total estimated retail value of $3,300). The MO is the same as the Clooney fundraiser -- only 2 people will win. 

Bad odds.

Jay-Z says he STRONGLY believes gay people deserve the right to get married ... claiming discriminating against a gay person is the same as discriminating against a black person.

Jay -- arguably the most powerful person in hip hop -- discussed the issue with CNN ... saying President Obama's decision to come out in support of gay marriage was "the right thing to do."

“I’ve always thought it as something that was still holding the country back. What people do in their own homes is their business and you can choose to love whoever you love."

He continued, "That’s their business. It's no different than discriminating against blacks. It’s discrimination plain and simple.”

Rev. Jeremiah Wright -- the guy who almost derailed President Obama's campaign in 2008 -- is running his mouth again ... this time claiming the Obama camp tried to bribe him four years ago ... with $150k of hush money.

Mr. Wright -- President Obama's former pastor -- started a media frenzy when his controversial sermons surfaced and an "outraged" Obama was forced to publicly condemn him. But the reverend claims in went beyond that.

He tells the NY Post, "After the media went ballistic on me, I received an e-mail offering me money not to preach at all until the November presidential election.”

Wright says the email -- and subsequent offer of $150k through one of the members of his church -- came from "one of Obama's closest friends."

According to the pastor, he met with Barack at one point during the election: "And one of the first things Barack said was, ‘I really wish you wouldn’t do any more public speaking until after the November election.’ He knew I had some speaking engagements lined up, and he said, ‘I wish you wouldn’t speak. It’s gonna hurt the campaign if you do that.'"

Among Wright's most damning sermons to come to light during the election ... he said the 9/11 attacks were "America's chickens are coming home to roost."

George Clooney threw the ultimate baller's dinner for President Obama -- but for some reason Billy Crystal wasn't exactly thrilled on the way out. Must be the $40k tab.

Barack Obama LOVES George Clooney ... not in an "I think we should get married but the law won't allow us" way ... but he LOVES George Clooney ... and last night, he showered the actor in jokes and praise at a super-fancy fundraiser in Hollywood.

It all went down at Clooney's mansion -- where 150 of George's closest and richest friends paid $40k-a-plate ... which will all go towards the Obama campaign. The event also raised several million in donations ... resulting in a $15 mil take for the night.

But when it came time for Obama to address the crowd, he instantly brought up his famous image from the Hope poster ... which was taken while he was sitting next to Clooney at an event in 2006.

"This is the first time that George Clooney has ever been photo-shopped out of a picture," Obama joked ... adding, "Never happened before, never happen again."

Obama then thanked the crowd for their contributions ... saying, "We raised a lot of money because people love George ... they like me; they love George."

Then came even more praise -- "[George] seems to occupy a constant state of grace, and uses his extraordinary talents on behalf of something truly important."

As for the food -- the event was catered by Wolfgang Puck ... who served up artichoke salad followed by roasted duckling "Peking style" with tiny buns, a duo of lamb and beef cheek with potatoes and Brussels sprouts, and sweet corn tortelloni.

The party was packed with famous people -- including Billy Crystal, Robert Downey Jr., Barbra Streisand, Byron Allen, Jack Black, Salma Hayek, Tobey Maguire ... and of course Clooney's GF Stacy Keibler.

Americans will be "f**ked" if Barack Obama gets re-elected ... this according to Beach Boys singer Bruce Johnston.

Bruce was signing autographs for fans in New York yesterday when the conversation turned political.

"Obama's an a**hole, "Johnston says ... adding, "Unless you're interested in never having any money and being socialized."

But Johnston was an equal opportunity disser -- saying, "And who's the Republican a**hole?"

"Our guy isn't any good."

He continued, "You got Reagan and Tip O'Neill ... those are the last two good guys."

"Wait 'til Obama doesnt have to try anymore," Bruce added ... "you're f**ked."

Barack Obama has just become the first sitting President in American history to have a menu item named after him at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles -- talk about a historic week!!

The legendary chicken joint officially renamed a menu item after Obama after the Commander-In-Chief chowed down on the famous 3-wing "Country Boy" special back in October.

At the time, the owners claimed they would NOT rename the item after Obama ... in fairness to Reagan and Nixon, who were also regulars ... but don't have any items named after them.

Guess the Roscoe's people had a change of heart ... 'cause the Country Boy is OUT and "Obama's Special" is in ... for $8.90.

Yes they did.

Crap's getting REAL at Chez Clooney -- the LAPD Bomb Detection K-9 unit just showed up in full force.

As we reported, George Clooney's L.A. mansion is on mega-lockdown today while POTUS Barack Obama drops by for a $40,000-a-person fundraising event.

Law enforcement sources tell us, the U.S. Secret Service, the LAPD (including a special Counter Terrorist Unit), as well as the California Highway Patrol will all be present.

Wolfgang Puck and his band of merry caterers have ARRIVED at George Clooney's house for the ginormous Obama fundraiser tonight -- and they're already carrying in trays of delicious, fancy-people food.

Among the delectables -- racks of meat, an assortment of sauces, apples, cherries, watermelon, an array of breads, Evian water, and beer. Delicious, delicious beer.

As for what brews -- Sierra Nevada Pale Ale ... and Obama's favorite ... Bud Light.

As we first reported, the Spago impresario was hired to feed the 150 people who are each shelling out $40,000 to rub elbows with Obama at Clooney's pad. We're told the food's expected to be "better than the Oscars."
