Here's
Jennifer Aniston with her new shorter hairdo in Madrid on Tuesday (
left) -- and the one and only
Barbra Streisand last year (
right).

Funny, girl.
We're just sayin'.
Barbra Streisand says she misspoke when she said would never appear on "
Glee" -- when the reality is she's really just too busy to do it.

Babs was honored Friday night at the Grammy's MusiCares event, during which she was asked if she would ever do "Glee" -- her answer was, "Not if I can help it." Ouch!
Streisand tells TMZ she didn't mean it the way it sounded, telling us, "When asked if I would ever appear on ‘Glee,' I should have said, 'You
never know.' It was wrong to say, 'Not if I can help it.'
She went on to clarify, "What I meant
was that I’ve been overwhelmed preparing for my performance on
MusiCares, the Grammys, recording a new album, and starting a new
movie. So I couldn’t take on any more work, and besides that, I wasn’t
asked."
So you're saying there's a chance ...
Oprah's BFF
Gayle King, 55, and the legendary
Barbra Streisand, 68, talked amongst themselves at some event in NYC this week.

Question is ...
With her naturally curly locks in full display and draped in all black,
Barbra Streisand got into character to reprise her role as Ben Stiller's mom in "Little Fockers" in Pasadena this weekend.

The 67-year-old has good faces.

A carpenter claims he fell head over heels for
Barbra Streisand --
hard -- and now he's suing her for the injuries he allegedly sustained on the way down.
A guy named
Daniel Ortiz claims he was hired as a carpenter to work on Streisand's home in Malibu, CA back in 2007. Ortiz claims he took a nasty spill into a ditch while working and badly injured himself -- and claims "negligence" on behalf of Streisand and the people she hired to handle the construction.
According to the lawsuit filed Wednesday in L.A. Superior Court, Streisand "failed to take steps to either make the dangerous condition safe or warn [Ortiz]" of the ditch -- which he fell into while exiting an on-site trailer.
Ortiz claims the accident caused him "humiliation, fear, discomfort, anxiety, loss of enjoyment of life, mental anguish, and emotional and physical distress."
Ortiz wants money for damages -- call it a last
ditch effort.
Barbra Streisand's
receptionist needs people -- like criminal defense lawyer
Blair Berk.
We've learned
Tina Fortenberry was arrested for allegedly possessing cocaine and methamphetamines. She was also busted for possession of a dangerous weapon and for driving on a suspended license.
It happened Wednesday on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Fortenberry was stopped for expired tags. After Sheriff's deputies stopped her they found the contraband inside her car.
The dangerous weapon in her car was a sap -- similar to nunchakus.
At the time of her arrest Fortenberry was carrying some mail for Babs that she was supposed to take to the post office. Someone who works for Barbara had to go to the Sheriff's department to retrieve it.
No word on who is answering Barbra's phones, but we hear Lily Tomlin needs work.
Barbra Streisand kept her infamous mug covered outside Madeo ... maybe she doesn't want to subject us
to this again.
Also in L.A.: "Dancing" stars and hasbeens partied at One and Dolce, Kelly Slater tried to sic water-balloon tossing kids on our cameras and Hilary Duff used Villa's curtain cave while her bf hobbled out the front door on crutches.
In NY: Kristi Yamaguchi showed off her mirrorball trophy, as losers Jason Taylor and Cristian de la Fuente stood neaby, Dina and Ali Lohan pimped their show and Debbie Harry went all Rihanna and whipped out an umbrella to keep the camera away.
Yeah, we saw the SAG Awards -- now it's time for TMZ's Sag Awards!

Sorry ladies, but you can't all be Angelina Jolie.

You'll be pleased as punch to know that not all the stars are born beauties who look just as pretty sans makeup -- and these poor unpancaked pans are the
unvarnished pimply proof.Oh, Maybelline! Why can't you be true?! Here's why!

"The Barbra Streisand Collection" is offering a red 39" Jim-Buoy Model 8000 from Barbra's personal collection on
eBay. Has she given up on the open sea? Her loss is your yachting gain. The proceeds from this nautical auction will benefit The Streisand Foundation, whose proceeds benefit a wide range of organizations.
So dust off your captain's hat and hoist your sails, matey -- it's time to set sail, Babs style. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Barbra Streisand's Bush-bashing tour made it's way to the hotbed that is red state Florida on Monday.

Babs, who was
heckled earlier this month after bringing out a Bush impersonator for a skit during a performance in New York, once again brought out a presidential look-a-like and faced outbursts from members in the audience at Fort Lauderdale's Bank Atlantic Center.
A source tells TMZ that during the skit, "Bush" asked Babs if they could sing a
solo together to which Streisand replied "How about "Enough is Enough?" (A reference to Babs' 70s disco duet with Donna Summer) At that point a disgruntled fan threw ice at the 64-year-old diva. Barbra kept her cool, opted against using her now infamous retort of
"Shut the F**k Up!," and simply said "It's ok, it's ok."
When fans asked her to sing a song for the Republicans, Barbra's suggestion was "Send in the Clowns." This got another audience member upset, who started to boo loudly at the singer. Some of Babs' superfans came to her aid telling the heckler to "shut up!"
While both the heckler and the ice thrower were escorted out of the arena, Barbra remarked, "If you just want to hear my songs, buy my albums and stay at home." And with tickets for Babs tour going for exorbitant prices, no doubt many fans did!
After her comments filled the arena with a round of applause, Babs got back to doing what she does best with her voice -- singing.
Babs' tour, and the controversy associated with it, winds up November 20 in Los Angeles.
