Paris, Kathy and Rick Hilton were out in Las Vegas Saturday night for son Barron Hilton's 22nd birthday ... one night after their youngest son Ferris Bueller Conrad cracked up his car in Brentwood.

At least he didn't do this to the car.

Paris Hilton's younger brother Barron has been ordered to shell out $4.9 million to a gas station attendant he struck  back in 2008 ... the same day he was arrested for DUI.




Hilton was sued by Fernando Tellez -- who was working at a gas station on Pacific Coast Highway when Barron -- who was 18-years-old at the time -- rolled up in a Mercedes Benz ... and struck the guy with his ride.

Tellez's attorney claims he suffered "permanent disability" and has been forced to "undergo multiple surgeries and medical procedures" ever since.

Hilton was arrested on suspicion of DUI that day after blowing a .14. He later pleaded no contest to the charge.

Now, an L.A. County Superior Court jury has ordered Hilton to fork over $4.9 million in damages.

A source connected with Barron tells TMZ, "We disagree with the jury.  Barron did not strike the attendant.  Barron knows he did wrong. It happened 3 years ago and he's been incredibly responsible ever since."

A likely sober Barron Hilton is back behind the wheel -- and he wasted no time getting his sick new $60,000 ride on the road.


As TMZ previously reported, Paris' younger bro was given a 2010 Mercedes E550 Coupe by his dad as a reward for getting his license back after his 2008 DUI bust -- and it was delivered Wednesday afternoon.

Within an hour of the car's delivery, Barron was already seen driving it -- with Rick riding shotty.

Hilton got his driver's license back Tuesday ... it was yanked after he pled no contest in 2008 to DUI in Malibu, where he allegedly hit a gas station employee with his car.

The 20-year-old went to the DMV and had to re-take his road test. We're told he was sober and he passed. His reward from pops -- a black 2010 Mercedes E550 Coupe.

It may seem like Barron is spoiled, until you realize ... his 15-year-old brother Conrad gets to drive dad's $200,000 Bentley. It's all relative.

With his father Rick in the passenger seat, Conrad Hughes Hilton (named after his hotel-founding great-grandfather), kept his eyes on the road as he left Wolfgang's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills last night.

But here's the million dollar question -- even if you were super-loaded, would you let a 15-year-old drive your Bentley?!!?!

Barron Hilton -- Paris Hilton's bro -- is getting gas from a 76 Station employee, who claims Barron scewed him up good during a drunken drive.

Fernando Mendoza Tellez is suing Hilton for injuries he suffered a year ago after Barron struck him at the station in his Mercedes Benz. It happened at 8:30 AM and Barron was allegedly snockered, drove the wrong way on Pacific Coast Highway and then entered the 76 Station and began driving wildly in circles. Barron was busted and subsequently pled no contest to DUI.

Tellez is suing for unspecified damages.

A judge has ordered that 18-year-old Barron go the way of sister-in-crime Lindsay Lohan and visit the L.A. County Morgue. He was also placed on three years probation and had his license yanked for a year.

Hilton was arrested in February after cops say he drove drunk, showed them a fake ID and rammed his car into a Malibu gas station employee.

The Los Angeles District Attorney has officially charged Paris' little brother, Barron Hilton, with DUI, misdemeanor driving with .08 or above blood alcohol level, unlawful use of a license and unlicensed driving. A court date has been set for April 14.

The 18-year-old was arrested for driving under the influence on February 12 in Malibu.

The most recently pinched Hilton, young Barron, shed his DUI woes to dine at Katsuya last night -- where they don't serve meals on a compartmentalized plastic tray!


Hopefully, Barron isn't as heir-headed as Paris -- and his recent arrest won't turn into a future of crotchographs, nip slips and stripping exploits. Then again, that might be interesting.

Finally, a Hollywood club that won't admit teens -- Villa kicked 19-year-old Rumer Willis to the curb last night for being underage!


The club, which has admitted youngsters like recently-arrested Barron Hilton, ejected Rumer after being inside only mere minutes -- perhaps they learned their lesson.

It didn't ruin Rumer's night too much though -- she drove right over to Hyde, where age is nothing but a number.

It was a week chock-full of arrests and breasts in the Thirty Mile Zone: Barron Hilton followed in his sister's size 11 footsteps, Bai Ling was busted for not buy-ing, Amy Winehouse put her post Grammy mammaries on display, Nicole Richie popped out, Angelyne showed off her curator's handiwork, and Katie Rees continued to party the way a dethroned and recently arrested Miss Nevada should -- like a crazy person!
