It's the most famous crash diet in history ... the Master Cleanse ... but according to celebrity super-trainer Jillian Michaels ... it's dangerous for your body.
Michaels was out in Malibu this weekend, when we asked about rumors that Beyonce dropped the baby weight by going on a Master Cleanse ... a 10-day program where people are only allowed to consume tea and lemonade mixed with maple syrup and cayenne pepper.
"Don't do the Master Cleanse," Michaels told us bluntly ... "It's bad for you."
Back in 2006, Beyonce told Oprah she shed a TON of poundage by using the program for 14 days ... but now, Michaels insinuates Beyonce is more educated about the dangers of the Cleanse ... and HIGHLY DOUBTS the singer would ever do it again.
But fear not ... Michaels DID offer some healthy weight-loss advice that's sure to work every time ... so watch the clip ... and then get off your ass and work out.
Just three months after giving birth to little Blue Ivy, Beyonce showed off her curvy maternal physique in a chic one piece black Norma Kamali swimsuit while taking a dip in the Caribbean on Monday.
Who killed JFK? Where's Hoffa buried? Did Beyonce really give birth? Mysteries that may never be solved! Except she totally had that baby -- though she IS oddly thin already. Hmm ...

It's been ten weeks since she gave birth to little Blue Ivy, but a glowing Beyonce showed no signs of any post-baby weight in a form-fitting dress as she headed to the Greenwich Hotel in NYC for dinner with First Lady Michelle Obama on Monday.
Jay-Z and Beyonce carried a heavily bundled baby Blue Ivy out into the world for the first time ... hitting up Sant Ambroeus in the West Village for a little lunch today.
This is what the heir to a hip-hop fortune looks like ...
Beyonce and Jay Z have finally posted photos of Blue Ivy Carter .. which appear to have been taken at their pimped out suite at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC.
The Carters posted a note along with the pics which reads, "We welcome you to share in our joy."
Blue Ivy was born on January 7th.

Beyonce Knowles -- who played Etta James in "Cadillac Records" -- has released a statement on the singer's death ... praising James as "one of the greatest vocalists of our time."
James infamously slammed Beyonce in 2009 after Knowles sang "At Last" at Obama's inauguration .. when Etta said, "That woman he had singing for him, singing my song ... she's going to get her ass whipped."
But Beyonce was gracious ... adding in today's statement, "I am so fortunate to have met such a queen. Her musical contributions will last a lifetime."
She continued, "Playing Etta James taught me so much about myself, and singing her music inspired me to be a stronger artist. When she effortlessly opened her mouth, you could hear her pain and triumph. Her deeply emotional way of delivering a song told her story with no filter. She was fearless, and had guts. She will be missed."
Beyonce and Jay-Z's baby Blue Ivy isn't just the youngest person to appear on the Billboard charts -- she's also the youngest person to have her own strain of marijuana named after her.
TMZ has learned, multiple weed dispensaries in Hollywood are cashing in on hip hop's baby princess ... by selling a new strain of marijuana called "OG Blue Ivy."
Obviously Bee and Hova didn't sign off on the new strain -- but so far, none of the dispensaries have received any sort of legal notice from the couple.
The lavish hospital executive suite where Beyonce gave birth is a lot cheaper than you think ... at least it's a lot cheaper than we thought.
An official at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC tells TMZ ... there are 7 suites in the VIP section where Beyonce gave birth. Each executive suite costs between $700 and $800 a night.
We're told the suites have "reconfigurable designs." Translation -- the dividing walls are movable so the VIPs can expand into more than one suite.
In Beyonce's case, the official wouldn't be specific, but we're told she had at least 4 suites -- which could explain the 4 flat-screen TVs. So Beyonce probably paid $3,200 a night -- she can afford it.
We're told any patient can use the rooms, provided it satisfies the needs and treatment of the patient.
The official indicated there has been intense interest in the suites, repeatedly telling us patients can book them subject to availability.
Lenox Hill Hospital constructed a suite for VIPs which looks like a Four Seasons penthouse ... and the room was christened Saturday when Beyonce gave birth.
TMZ has obtained photos of the room where Blue Ivy came into this world, and it's baller. There are 4 flat screen TV's, state of the art electronics, a kitchenette, nice art, mahogany walls and plush furnishings. And take a look at the bed where Jay Z got some shut eye!
Sources connected with the hospital tell TMZ ... the suite was not constructed specifically for Beyonce, but it was always intended that Beyonce would be the first patient to use it.
